I visited this store quite often. Even knew a few of the workers by name. When I went in on April 1,2021. I was greeted and then followed around the store as if I was a thief. I attempted 2 times to come in the store to be able to by a few things for my kitchen. The guy and lady that was working seem to had been new cause I had never seen them there before. The first attempt I was greeted by the new guy and notice that every aisle I would visit he would pretend he was fixing something on the shelf. I noticed him and I put down my PRODUCTS and walk out the store to just cool off cause by this time I was upset. The last thing I need was another black man died at the hands of people who profiled black young men. I decided to come back by this time I could go in get what I need and leave. As I enter I spoke again asked where the pots and pans were located. The lady that was working she took me over to where they were. I said thank you. As I was looking for other things on other aisle I notice again she was following me around the store. Again acting as if she was fixing things on the shelves. This time I call them out for their action. Of course they would pretend that this was not the case because other black people were in the store and it brought attention to them. I explain to them yes you are on white plains rd but everyone is not a criminal. This store needs to be shut down. All the black people that were in the store put there things down and walked out. The guy whom had followed me around earlier had meet me at the front door and started to step towards me as if he was going to put his hands on me. I told him you dont step towards anyone if they are in a disarray. You can get yourself hurt like that. Shameful to be profiled. The manger/owner stated I am black too. I explain to him you are not African American. You are from Yemen . Just cause you have consider yourself BLACK and have black customers dont mean you are having the African American black experience. It was on the backs of my ANCESTORS free labor that you are able to maintain a business. This business needs to be shut down fast before a BLACK MAN OR WOMAN gets hurt. I wish I could give the store no stars. IF YOU ARE AN AFRICAN AMERICAN MAN OR WOMAN DO NOT SHOP HERE YOU WILL BE PROFILED!!!!

Worst store ever when buy lip mexex want my money back because I find the another store sale the same thing for cheaper price when back at store they refuse give back my money for those people go to dollar rite please avoid at all cost because scumer
