Im giving this a 3 star, for good reasons.I love shopping here when Im low on cash. But I cannot help but notice how absolutely dirty the place is. Eugh. 😑Especially in the middle of a pandemic were still in, youd think they be the least tidy and clean. I just went in and out there today, as Im writing this review, one of employees informed that one of the customers may have a leak. Though, this doesnt really matter, per se, but still. Do they at least clean or mop the floors when theyre near closing\/opening hours? They really need to set a new standard, like cmon. I once bought a small bag of popcorn, but I didnt know the bottom was covered with sticky chocolate of some kind (idk)Point is : Please keep clean to please your customers!Edit : Tues 02\/08\/22They slightly improved but that doesnt mean theyre out of the woods, not to mention more staff needs to be on deck at all times so things can go smoothly, I will say I didnt have an issue so thats good

This place used to be one of the best dollar trees. It was always clean and well stocked. This was because they had wonderful workers and management about a year ago. Now the store is dirty and barely has items.

Dollar tree was great. Couldnt find 1 item that I generally always find at other locations. Spoke to a kind staff who wanted to help. While describing what I needed amd what it was for so she can have. A betting idea of what I could get as a replacement, her manager began yelling at her infront of of all the customers. He was yelling that she should stop speaking about nonsense and get back to work. For context, we were only talking for at maximum 2 minutes. The worker didnt deserve to be yelled at and embarrassed in the way that the manager responded.

Some people dont shop at these stores because they dont trust the quality of the edible items there. Its a matter of choice, but you wont save money like you can unless you shop here.... savings for sure 😃!

I understand DT like many chain stores are having issues with supplies etc. But this store is so disorganized & messy.

They didnt have much on the shelf. Stuff was in boxes in the middle of the aisles.

This is the worst Dollar Tree I ever shopped at. The store is unorganized and The staff is rude.Every time I ask for cash back theres a problem.Done shopping there.

I made an attemp to load my PayPal card at the Dollar Tree on Van Siclen Avenue in Brooklyn and was refused even though all of my bills came straight from the bank. The cashier was also rude and dismissive.

This is the worst dollar tree ever, I had to wait on a line that stretched to the back of the store because they only had one cashier. Another cashier finally came to ring after a 10 minute wait on line. Mind you my arm was in a sling and the cashier told me to put the basket back where I got it from just as nasty and the attitude was atrocious. The store hardly ever has anything , I will not be shopping in that location anymore and I will tell my friends not to bother going in there either. A total disgrace period. They should close that location for good.

I have to say that this one is in my neighborhood and I rarely visit it, but yesterday was a first in a very long time. I was pleasantly surprise that things where organized. They still had a few cute things for Christmas that I had to snatch up. I actually went in there for letters which none of the stores had them. On line you had to buy a case and I wasnt going to do that. The line went quickly. I was in the store anywhere from 5:30-6pm, and it was comfortable. I would visit again.
