The Manager Andre has a beautiful soul. The other associates are so wonderful too. I shop every month here. I like visiting this store. I will always shop here as long as they there.

The manager with the dreds is so cool and professional. My sister and I always look forward to his great personality & professionalism. I enjoy the light music playing throughout the store, sometimes I even dance down the isle. The store is always festive and the 2 young ladies at the register are totally awesome. They must be accredited to the music 🎶 thanks for keeping your customers returning and happy. Happy New Year

I was so glad to find this store right near my home, you know, some place close where you can buy every household item. It was not crowded when I walked in and it was my first time shopping there. They had so many good deals that I couldnt carry anything else. I got to the register and the line was disastrous. There was no way I could stand unsupported that long. The hope just drained from my body. One open register. I was so disgusted thinking this was gonna be my go to spot. I have not been back.

If this store would focus on restocking and workers would focus on not roaming the stores when they should be behind the cash register as much as they focus on Steve running out of the store against store policy chasing people who have stolen outside the store.... Stealing is wrong but ,there is a policy that wants the person is out the store you are not to chase them.I have watched this man tackle people and run out of the store Ive also caught on video several incidents including one with him assaulting a man with a stick and I am sending all of this to the district manager Its out of control .You have security, Its not coming out of your pocket. Focus on the products in the store restocking the shelves and giving customer service. Also the manager hes okay hes good but he does not inflict good worth ethics on these young girls that he keeps hiring with attitudes. Many whom are always on their phones when you get up to the register and you have to wait until they finish texting or theyll be off to the side and you have to call out for someone to come people with complaints should reach out to the district manager because if you were in a better area you would not be acting in maneuvering this way.

Horrid experience! The 99¢ Junction next door is A TRILLION times better.A store employee here once said to me (while arguing with me). THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT!Im disappointed that Brian Feinstein (the district manager) seemingly okd them BANNING me from this location.#trash

Basic Family Dollar store, items are cheap. They sell groceries, Toiletries, stationary and household items(dishes, detergent, etc). Lines are usually always long although I found in the early mornings theres no lines. I also think they are improving with keeping lines shorter and opening more registers. Employees are always nice(to me at least) and courteous. They definitely need to hire more employees though. I feel like they are always stocking and boxes are ALWAYS in the way when shopping or trying to reach items.

Inexpensive products, good prices, Crazy Long Checkout Lines. It would be best to come with two people so one person can stand on the line while the other shops. Its like everyone pays in pennies but its just a very show checkout process ugh
