Excellent staff management is actually onsite to adhere customer concerns and insure the store is fully stocked they are dedicated to the customer Ive never been to a dollar tree where as the employees walk you to the item you desire to purchase.
Every aisle has boxes with new merchandise stacked sky high. Each aisle has boxes!! Store looks very junky! Every week I come looking for regular items that are never out. Store needs new management!
Every time I go there they have exactly what I need/am looking for. That being said the store is an absolute disaster area. Shelves are very messy and disorganized. You can tell management/employees do not care about the place.
The many choices to choose all at a dollar each ..from toys to food to balloons and wraping paper and gift bags and bows and frozen food and can vegetables and can fruit snacks and even cookies 🍪 too...so much to see and choose...you wont regret it...

2019-08-24I dont even know where to begin. The condition of the store was never like this but its unfortunate that they transfer the management out to another store. The condition of the store really is an embarrassment to the brand. At some point in time corporate will have to make the adjustment to insure this location keeps up to the standard. After speaking with several other shoppies who comes to this location they express their frustration because the manager does not know how to communicate or keep people to work here. Im so disappointed because this is a store that is in my town. Its always good to support locally

2019-08-31This store is getting worst every time I there. Shelves are sloppy, lighting is dark. Today the refuse ignore my bringing my own bag and stuffed items in their bag and charged me 5 cents. Told him repeatedly that I had my own bag and he just keep putting into the store bag. Not coming back to this store.

2019-07-16What in the actual eff is going on here , I’ve been to 3rd world countries many times and I’ve yet to see a more disorganized and filthy store in my life, especially a franchise . I’m mind boggled if the owners actually cares or the franchise reps . If you can find something or walk freely in that store without everything all over the floor then it’ll be a miracle . I had to scavenge my way through and push about 30 empty boxes away, sweep 50 items from the floor with my feet to find something that was already open and used lol perfect example of being born with money and opening a store and having not one idea of how to run a business.

2019-04-15The Dollar Tree in Copiague is absolutely disgusting inside and out. I was unable to move freely as there were boxes everywhere and merchandise thrown in several different places including on the floor. And the parking lot too was gross. Papers and garbage everywhere. It is not an area I feel comfortable being in. I am embarrassed to bring friends and family to this store. I do have to say that the staff is very nice but other than that I will only go in there if I absolutely really need to. The owner and manager should really be ashamed to allow this to happen and to have it continue.

2018-04-15Its a typical Dollar Tree where everything is $1.00. great place for glassware, dishes, coloring books. if you ever never been. its worth a visit. you can save $$ on items sold at larger chains. somethings I would not buy. judge for yourself. greeting cards are 2/$1.00. staff is friendly.

2018-01-13The staff tries really hard, they are good people, and its a rough neighborhood. I appreciate all their efforts. Sometimes they need more cashiers but I am older and have patiences. My the Lord Bless Them & Keep Them Safe.

2017-06-27The place was trashed! There clearly wasnt enough staff. There were so many boxes and messed up product all over the floor I had to use my foot to clear a path for my cart. The shelves were in complete disarray. It took a while to check out, too. I calmly told this to the cashier who evidently couldnt care less. I doubt Ill ever go back there.

2018-03-06Not that my review will make a difference but the old woman in this store is SO rude its beyond me. First time I went in she was the Only one open at a register but was blowing her nose and just rubbing her face with her hands and then expected me to be ok with her handling my stuff WITHOUT hand sanitizer or washing her hands. Disgusting... and when I asked if someone else could ring me up, she was very ride and upset and responded with yea well, its just me bc everyone else is busy.My second experience was just as horrible. She was just as rude as the first time. This time I purchased glassware and because of the new bag charge rule, I had to pay for 2 bags which was unnecessary. All she had to do was wrap them in paper but no, she claims they ran out... well how is that MY fault? Then proclaims rudely that I should have brought my own bag. First off, how does that solve that she didnt wrap my glassware to prevent chipping or breaking?? It didnt!! Got my second bag and left... found a towel in my trunk to use between the two glasses in the one plastic bag.I swear, if this woman isnt fired soon... I pray that she doesnt get whats rightfully coming to her. I have never met someone so bitter, rude and unhappy. Clearly this is not the position for her, but I guess she cant do better than working at a dollar tree. Probably never had a retirement plan or someone to care for her because she acts like a sad, lonely, I-hate-the-world old, cranky lady . I almost feel sorry for her but it should Never be taken out on the customers the way she is so rude to everyone on the line. Even the guy after me, she had an attitude with and all he said was he just wanted certain items in a bag an the others not. Im surprised there arent more complaints... but then again, its dollar tree and I guess no one actually expects anything to be done about it.Watch out for the Caucasian old, cranky, RBF, tall, slender, wrinkly woman, my friends. She will try to ruin your day or drag you down a peg when she speaks. Her speech is fairly depressing, its hard to miss.Overall store review, other staff were nicer and the aisles are always strewn with boxes... definitely understaffed, as Im sure most ppl will say. There is always a line at this place... fairly long one but otherwise merchandise is fairly credible depending on what you are looking for.

2019-04-06We have never seen a dollar tree as disorganized and messy as this one. There were boxes all over the isles and people couldn’t walk through them because of the mess they had. Very dangerous for costumers. We had to walk out empty handed.

2017-07-20Worst customer service ever.Bought 2 gift cards for $40 each and realized right at the store that they were not visas, but only valid for Dollar Tree.Manager refused to either refund or exchange for same price visas and I lost my $80. I give 1 star because there is no lesser rate
