HORRIBLE lines. Honestly, raise the price of stuff if you cant afford more than 2 cashiers at a time. I strongly advise chosing a different Dollar Tree.
Worst one I’ve been in the country. Staff with attitude. 1 lane open with multiple employees doing who knows what. Shop is quiet a mess too compared to others. Just avoid this location
The cashier with the glasses and low short cut hair. Super unprofessional, if you don’t wanna work somewhere quit. Always has a nasty attitude no matter the day.
This dollard tree is a mess. I have never seen such mess. Is disgusting. You spend triple time in there looking fir things. The workers are not friendly. O starts the manager needs to get it together or leave.
On line for 20 min rude employees tell us to leave if we dont want to be on line just open another cash register by far the worst Dollar tree in the area
It used to be a good place when some really nice guys managed the store. After that its dirty, messy and unlogical. Long lines. And instead of opening one more the manager just stands there talking about a thing she did earlier? Letting an employee eating with her hands while blipping my items. Apparently she was on a break? She I super rude too.
Every customer entering Dollar Tree should be treated with respect. As a customer, I won’t ever be going back to this location again because of how nasty the manager and the cashier was to me. I was told they don’t have change, so I had to go to Staples next door and get change. When I came back, the manager told me to wait online again. Why would I go back online, if I was told to get change by the cashier herself. Both the manager and the cashier have no human decency. Regardless of race, ethnicity, or religion, I deserve to be treated with respect. I’m not an animal.
Great for candy & seasonal items. Greeting cards still a bargain & many are 2/$1.Store has slightly changed since price increase..there are some items not available anymore like the RussellStover bags of chocolates. $Tree is still a great bargain & nothing comes close to the variety of items especially seasonal & gardening, party goods. Hope they can continue to survive. There really are no other place that can come closeto the bargains @ $Tree.
Was dirty, shelves were a hot mess. Products misplaced and all over the floor. Boxes of products unopened and stacked buy making it difficult to move around. Wont be going back there. Left with just birthday candles.Went in for craft stuff and birthday - nothing.
Im a frequent Shopper at this Dollar Tree because its so clean the customer service is so great its just wonderful here . Im coming from Manhattan which already has Dollar trees but buy far this one is the best . I never have any trouble here and will continue to shop here and if you want to I highly recommend it you will find what your looking for . 😊
Went there the other day, Its not the dollar tree anymore. It use to be my favorite store, not anymore.They should not call it the dollar tree anymore. They charge you more than a dollar for each item. I will be going there less than I use too!!!😢😞😢
Store is disorganized at times and merchandise is sometimes on wrong aisles . Cashiers can be nasty to customers and are loud.
Unique experience. its hard to describe. Its like a dollar tree but all the leaves are falling off and there are piles everywhere. Community center. do people live here? its addicting. its like an antique store but everything is new and there are duplicates. its some sort of carefree temple. I usually get the dish fluid, toothpaste etc.
Store has lots of items, however store is always in a state of disarray, boxes and items stacked on carts to be restocked and no employee completing that task. Long line every time, not a issue because typically it moves good. They do have parking.
Place was a complete wreck. Nothing was in place u-boats everywhere. And dont want to mention the line.
Horrible place looks like hurricane hit it. What happened this manager & staff is not keeping up with store standards. Lots of boxes full of merchandise and shelves mostly empty. Also shelves are dirty & staff is working angry, it needs new personal from manager to cashiers. It failed I wouldnt recommend.
Absolute disgusting experience today with the opening manager at this location. She yelled and screamed at my elderly father after she spent 10 minutes laughing and cursing with the couple in front of them in the store. This is his 3 negative interaction with this lady and it just constantly gets worse.I tried to call and make a complaint to the store, she answered the phone and than continued by screaming at me and hanging up. I can contacted corporate about this woman already. If you have an elderly parent please beware of this lady, she is unprofessional.
This location has limited items. However I go often for the same things that they do have. It shares a free parking lot with Staples and Auto Zone which makes it convenient for drivers. The employees are not rude but not socially hospitable. The managers are cool.
Its dollar tree. The consumer relations training needs a lot of improvement. Ive shopped in several stores and this one needs employee retraining. Its messy, unorganized, long lines, and inventory is a joke. Im a hospitality major and I dont usually leave reviews like this, but I hope Dollar tree listens.
Busy. Slow, only 2 cashiers while 2 others were on the floor. Their were putting together Easter baskets which could have waited until the store was closed or less busy

Has a good selection of things, but VERY unorganized, unprofessional, and are kind of rude in a nice way if that makes sense. Also my son whom is handicap had to use the bathroom and they would not let him.
I just wanted to say what a wonderful experience I had at check out today. My sales associate Sharon was so friendly and competent she should be commended. I dont know if you have an employee of the month program but she should be nominated for it. Thank you Sharon for being a bright light on this dreary day. Keep up the good work.
Nice store, but at times can look junky. The service is good depending on what day you go. Otherwise you will get someone who acts annoyed to help.You wont get a smile or how are you. I always say hi cause its how I was raised. & in return I will get a bothersome hi with no eye contact.Its why I inly go there now when its truly needed. Most people & other Mom’s I know feel the same.Maybe have a fresher upper on how to work in a store of this manner.
They need to hire additional staff, both working check out & stocking shelves. If you have options for other locations, I recommend you take advantage of going elsewhere. It does have a good size parking lot, which is an edge relative to other locations. The staff working are doing the best they can, its just poor management.
Good deals on paper products and everyday dishware but the store suffers from customers who literally throw goods on the floor to be walked on.
They have everything from food to cleaning supplies, pet food, toys, school supplies, toiletries and much more. The line was not too bad. And they are usually very well stocked.
Hate this place so much, I wont even walk within 20 blocks of this rathole. The manager should be ashamed that she is the worse part of this store. I feel sorry for those that have to work there with that toxic person.

Now there is a new manager and new employees that seriously need help it’s been worse than the times I visited when the old manager was there . In the past yes it was messy but now when I walk in it feels like a tornado that ripped through the aisles BTW I AM A REAL CUSTOMER I visited here before in was changed to dollar tree which was deals . The shelves used to be not as empty but now it is so empty . I used to get a lot of my Sports cards here as well as my sports sticker albums and stickers the last time I visited which was before the pandemic it was still full but it was super messy I found a lot of things opened . As I weren’t to check out the sports card section there was only one box of packs it used to have more than 10 Sports card products
Its a filthy store, stock handlers drop soda bottles on the floor and still put them on the shelves. Once someone tries to open the sodas theyre going to spray all over the customer.
People are buying a lot of stuff. The company has to fill up the schelfs more faster
Dollar and a quarter Tree needs to cycle their products more often.
Nice place to shop and find bargains but is very unorganized and messy. The manager should get on point and clean up the store right away. You should be ashame of yourself running this store the way you do. Hired more help and stop being so cheap.

As of 11/17/2019, the opening time for Sunday is listed as 8:00 AM. I went to the store at 8:36 AM to find that they’re open at 9:00 AM.Had I known, I wouldn’t have wasted my time taking a detour to come here to quickly pick up some party supplies.UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION!!!

Worst Experience in my life. I went there to pick up my order but the manager did not give me my items and their customer service said it cant be refunded. This is crazy and weird store. The manager was super unkind and rude. Do not visit this store and use their pick up service.
There is everything from generic Zyrtec to vegetarian burgers that taste good and have protein, not soy either. Cleaning products, gloves, cards, the one on No. Blvd even had mini canvases for painting! You will be amazed! Staff are polite and do their best given limited open registers.
The store was nice. The workers were very pleasant, they asked if we needed help with anything. My experience was amazing and I will be going back soon.

Today, Sept 12 my shopping experience in this place is very bad.... before I was happy got all stuffs with good deal. When I paid my shopping at the cashier, the sales (Nichole) said my total $12.18, so I gave her my money $22.20 (one $20 bill, two single & 20cents). She supposed give me change $10 & 2cents, but she about to give me 9 dollars & 2 cents. She argued and talk back to customer very unprofessional and rude. I said you dont know how to count. A guy (manager?) came and I explained to him. So I said : give back my 20 dollars, so I pulled the $20 instead I gave her $10. So I gave them exactly money. But the guy (mananger) seem on her side and theyr not apology at all for her mistake. When I look the receipt, I found out the cashier (Nichole), she type wrong in the computer $21.20 .... no wonder came up $9,02 supposed the change $10,02. The cashier should be go back to school and learn math and manner, coz she has no manner and rude to customer.... no apology at all and she is vr selfish ...she thought she is right. I came back to the store again after i stepped out and show the guy (manager? ).... the reason (coz your cashier put/type in computer wrong $21.20 actually I gave my money $22.20). Sometime I went to other dollar tree store.. but this is the first time I had bad experience. Unprofessional service.
This store is in need of HELP. Its a mess & not up to date with merchandise like other stores. It is now my least favorite location. Sorry, but the managers need to get on point.
One cashier, other people standing around “I’m about to open” after 15 minutes on line . Manager should do their job and pay attention to the store to avoid a single 2 aisle line.
The employees do as much as they can do with the circumstances given. The store just needs to be managed in a way that merchandise isnt being lost.

They almost always have some of my staples. Great place to get about 4-7 things that you need regularly.
This is actually a DEAL$ and it makes my heart soar. Be careful though. Every time I walk in to get one moderately priced item, I often walk out with 10-15 additional moderately priced items I didnt even know I needed!
Its my go to place to save a few bucks and it always has good stuff for just 1$! you just cant beat that even if it don’t have much quality it still gets the job done!

2022-05-10I like this store because has everything. However, what is wrong with one girl who is the cashier, it is not a racial commentary but I have to describe her , she is short, with ribbons as her hair style , and with a lot of tattoos, …. I went yesterday and she ask me about if I would pay with card, and I said Yes with card , so she ask something again, and I told her I told you card…. And she respond: I am not asking you, what is wrong with her, all this conversation was with her bad attitude, I felt like if she had a bad day, or she didn’t want to do her job, or I don’t know why she treated me like this…. She has to be kind and gentle with the customer…. I never disrespected her … someone should take action about this erroneous attitude …

2022-07-08No longer dollar tree..its 1.25you can still get alot for ur money but shelves r not stocked up. cool whip that normally sells for 2.69-3.49 is found at 1.25. paper plates r usually expensive. Here only 1.25.

2022-06-30This place used to be my favorite. It was clean, well shocked, friendly staff. Now is is messy, dirty. Things are all over the floor. And the staff is very unfriendly. Definitely will go to another one in the future.

2020-07-13I wish we had the old manager back. I think his name was Bennie.The store was always clean.Now it is a mess all the time .Shelves are empty all the time. We need a better manager . Someone that does their job.This is what it looks like now

2022-03-01I had a very horrible experience with a Cashier name Stacy.Stacy you are very unprofessional, rude and Are lacking customer service skills.Why do me as a customer have to deal with your racists mood swings and disturbing demented behavior??. I work hard to earn an income & im on a budget, dollar tree provides a sense of affordability, but dealing with employees like you is not worth the trip to this location.Do You think bullying customers will make you a better worker? Do you know that the world doesnt revolve around you? You have a job to do & unfortunately you are not doing it correctly by being a racist or being nasty to the meeker community customers that are non african American.

2022-02-20Hey 👋 my Lovelys ok lets get to it Nicely stocked .I believe For where its Located they should have a bigger and better Selection in plastics and household goods ..Ive Also see they charge a Quarter extra well deserved. But were getting less product for more money 💰 scottie tissue I believe was 160 sheets per box is now smaller 128 sheets ..same with some spices bought 2 Cilantro they were half way full .I didnt see that cause if I did ,it wouldve stood right there on the shelf.Workers Friendly Cashiers Friendly. Very Nice Quiet clean environment and in the neighborhood well stocked Arts and Crafts .I got some Beautiful kitchen towels .😍🥰 White And black farm house Style ,Adorable..there in full gear for Easter .. 2022-01-03The place hasnt been clean lately a lot of boxes that have not been unpacked and there is one particular cashier that is beyond nasty every single time. But it does have if you catch it on a good day all the essentials that you can use to reorganize and work on Crafting as well as party supplies.

2021-12-18First time going here. Staff was great they announced mask must be worn in the store. And social distance. I was happy because I just got to check out. And lady was right next to me putting her things up. Cashier asked her nicely to please wait until next is called.

2022-02-28Store was really messy and disorganized. Clutter everywhere. I usually spend more time in DT but this around I was there for less than 10 minutes. Literally I went in and out.
