I called to see if this location had furniture polish and when the person picked up and I started to ask if they had furniture polish they immediately hung up on me. I called again and nobody picked up. I called once more and when the person picked up it was a new person and I stated that whoever just picked up the phone hung up on me and the person on the phone cut me off and told me “it doesn’t matter, what do you need” and it was so incredibly rude. I would understand if I was rude or something but I wasnt given the chance to speak and I just wanted to know if they had what I needed. Awful establishment and obviously is in need of new staff because the ones there do not care about proper customer service.
The place is always unorganized the staff seemSad. There’s one lady who is so nasty in the way she speaks to people and she doesn’t care whether the person is an elder or has a disability. The management and owners of this location should check their processes - without customers and with the condition of the store it shows the lack of respect you have for the community you serve. I won’t spend another dollar at this store because Of these reasons.
I go here for party supplies. Cant beat it.
I think this Dollar Tree is great. Everyone on staff seems to care and go out of their way to help their customers. Today Christina and Nakeemand the manager were very helpful in getting me balloons, helping me find something I had lost, etc. They always say have a good day or take care or stay safe when their customers are leaving. I find so much of what I need as a homeowner, teacher and parent in this store.

Oh my gosh! I went to this particular Dollar Tree yesterday because it was closest. Horrible! The line extended to the back of the store, literally there were 11 people before me and a, one, all by herself cashier!! It was also incredibly too warm in there as well. After 5 minutes I called the store to see if anybody else was available to help this poor girl out, nobody answered. As I was preparing to leave my items and walk out, another register opened. Now the clerk was nice. It couldve just been a bad day but first impressions are important.
Train or hire better staff. Their customer service skills are extremely poor. The store is always a mess and the manager is never helpful. If you know you sell balloons A LOT on Saturday’s have a staff member to cover that. There is a young man who works their that was having an inappropriate loud argument on the phone because his register was down. Better customer service. Better customer experiences.
One of the more complete dollar tree stores around the area too much stock in boxes and not on shelves didnt have what i came looking for. Wound up with other stuff ....
There is not much else you can say about this store. If you are on a budget this is the place to shop for all your needs. Even better quality and prices than food stores. I cant live without this store. Thanks.

Its poorly managed with unpacked boxes everywhere, blocking isles & passage ways. It has been this way for weeks now and the last time I was concerned that boxes would fall on someone.On a good note, the staff is always polite & courteous.The New Rochelle community and workers deserve a better place to shop and work.How can we expect to fill all the newly constructed high risers if we have nothing to offer?
A lot more organized than most dollar trees however, very limited selections. Also, because it is a smaller store, there is one line opened for the most part and you must be prepared to stand on line for at least 20 minutes.2 years later Im editing this post because its become exactly what every other dollar tree is. The shelves are never stocked, its super messy and unorganized, the staff gas gotten friendlier but better management is most definitely needed.
This location is not well stocked. Half empty shelves are the norm whenever I visit. I may be visiting on consistently off days but I find it hard to believe. The location in Pelham Manor is not too far a drive and better stocked. IMHO.
I went really early on a Sunday morning (my first time ever going to a Dollar Tree Store). It was empty and I was able to do a quick walkthrough and checkout which was great. Only drawback, there were loads of unboxed merchandise along the outer aisles. I couldnt shop efficiently in those particular sections.
I would like to mention the good service. The staff is always friendly to me. But empty shelves are not always nice to see. I would like to have more choice of products.
Its obviously cheap but many items from dollar tree are reliable enough for me. If I need something and I cant spend much, I go to dollar tree. I have never had a problem with staff. I have not complained about anything that I have purchased. I love the dollar tree.

Lines are too long, low budget hiring to employ enough workers, and customer service sucks. Did I mention not enough employment to keep stores clean..just a waste ! of time. Products are okay just needs work and it could be 3 1/2 stars.
I love the low prices for almost anything. Target and Walmart toys are like 20$ and why go there when there’s a dollar tree for 1.00 really like c’mon guys. Love staff and parking clean too. And there’s food there and candy so it’s a win win “I. Loving it “

I like this place for quick buys and cleaning supplies. But Im giving just 2 starts for the parking and the front of the store. Its starting to get abandoned, garbage everywhere, containers with leftover food in areas of the parking lot, not good for a place that just open a few months ago.
Always LOVE to be here. As a newbie to this country I spent ton of money for CVS at first and then when I found this store all I can say is OMG what did i do. Pregnant test, ChapStick, seasons and all the seasonal decorations....Also, the staff are very friendly.
Lines are terrible. Registers not open blocked with items that need to be stocked. When asking manager a question he never has an answer. I never want to see anybody get fired but the manager should be disciplined.
Always busy, always a line...but they usually have eveything I need! Except SALSA! I wanted salsa and chips the other day, and because they carry such a wide variety- I was shocked they werent able to satisfy this craving. But they have every household item, cleaning supplies, baking and cooking tools,a grocery section with eggs sometimes, cheese, ice cream, frozen veggies, etc. Juat be prepared to stand in line!
Went to this dollar tree for the frist time.and will never go back.every food that belong in the refrigerator was just sitting in a truck .went to get beef patty and it was expired. I bought some ice cream and it was melted by the time i got home.....dollar tree is a good store but its a shame how they have it.not organized
They are actually practicing social distancing!!! Which makes their inventory pretty well stocked and organized! One of the best dollar trees Ive been to.
The store manager is rude mean and refused to check me out because I was upset that she gave an attitude when I asked her if she had change. She told me no and when I went to buy something and simply said I bet u have change now that Im buying something..Ive seen her be rude to people in the past when they complained about how the store was running and because of her if rather pay more money at a supermarket or drive to another town then go back and see her again some people shouldnt have power
What can you say, everything theres a dollar the only problem Ive ever had there is the fact that sometime the lines are ridiculously long. I no longer buy any food from there. The quality of some of it is horrible and I have to question why they only have these stores in certain areas

They have pretty much what you want at great prices, but take way too long to get your things checked out. Only one or two cashiers are working every time I visit.
I wish I could give it ZERO stars.....never have I walked out of a store more than 5 times.....one cashier on with 20 people checking out, store is constantly in disarray. Once ordered items online for pick-up at store, took 20 minutes for the manager to come out and tell me half of the items were broken....came back the following week like he told me to and items were never re-ordered....list goes on and on
Nothing special, could be more clean and organised, the staff dont seem to be very optimistic at all. If youre looking for a place to buy cheap party items and snacks then this is the place for you, as well as cheap soaps etc.

Depending on wat dollar tree ($🌲)u go to the lines are always long and no 1 to help you most of them that I have being to most stores only have 1cashier to ring u up. Being to several of them in different locations thru out Westchester and the Bronx . The two in Yonkers are allllwayyyyys busy and the lines are long there. They Ave enough cashier for the 1in Getty Square from what I have notice

I love the DOLLAR TREE. .!!!! I was VERY disappointed with my experience at this Dollar Tree. I am visiting from Massachusetts and shopped at other Dollar Tree stores at home. This one was dirty, and had an foul odor. It was in TOTAL disarray!! SHAME ON STORE MANAGEMENT!!!

This store is great and everything really is $1 dollar ,not like the $ .99 cent store where nothing is really that price and the quality of things is much cheaper looking.
No parking, nobody directing customers in the store as to high line to stand in. And no social distance inforcement.
Prices are shockingly and advantageous Low, but at times they only have one check out countermand a stupid policy at any time there are customers in the store, put the low advantageous prices on a multitude of items that you need or can find very useful are there
Place is great very clean and organized. they could pay a a little more attention to the registers and get more people on the register when theres huge lines.
As an educator like, this place is a godsend for lesson materials. But this location suffers greatly from being understaffed. Lines to the check out are commonly rounding towards the back of the store with only a single cashier open. Multiples times I have just walked out and left supplies in the cart.
Management needs to do a better job keeping the store cleaner after cashing out the doors were partially blocked with shopping carts

2022-04-11The WORST dollar tree I have ever been to. Every time I come this is exactly how the store looks. One cashier with a line all the way to the back of the store. Today it’s actually to the back of the store and around ! It’s MONDAY why is it like this ? Either shut this place down or get better employees. Not ones who complain at 4:20 that they leave at 5 and is doing nothing but cutting the line to buy a juice. It’s ridiculous.

2022-06-03They raised prices 25%. Just an FYI. The shelves are not fully stocked. They only have 1 cashier no matter how long the line. Parking is decent. Go early to avoid spending forever in line. Seriously, go when they open at 8.

2018-10-26I have been to other dollar trees so I know what to expect. However, this one was very uncomfortable. The shelves were bare and there were boxes everywhere. I actually triped on one of the boxes. The boxes stacked were a safety hazard above my head. Big boxes on top of small boxes. The hand trucks of boxes were in front of merchandise I was trying to purchase. I purchased some items and cant beat the price. For a Friday, it should have not been like that in there. Also, only one person at the register which is typical for most dollar trees i have been to. Long wait. Still cant beat the amount paid for goods. Everything a $1. This is my first time here. Mayber next time they will be more stocked with items on shelves and not on boxes.

2019-04-23One of the best dollar trees to go to the other is on Gun hill Ave in the bronx off of the 95. Cashiers are so respectful they have everything that I need and most of their products are from Canada which means its vegan. Definitely worth going

2022-02-10I spent lots of time waiting to be checked out, not enough cashier during weekends; when products sole out, it took days/weeks to replenish them back onto the shelves.I shop again today, 02/09/22; price gone up to $1.25 each. a 25% increased. I found No shopping cart/basket availabe so I simply use my 2 hands. I just dont understand because this shop was Not crowded!!! It had about 10 shoppers there.

2021-03-23I have been going there for a number of years and I dont understand why the owners of this store does not see the value of employees that they have working there for example Carlos, who is very courteous and efficient and works well with the customers. He goes over and beyond his duties. Lately I have observed less and less of Carlos, he should be promoted and given more hours! Since I have seen him less and less, I have noticed longer lines and the store has not been as tidy!! Therefore I have decided to shop at another dollar tree! You guys need to do better!!!!

2021-05-15The cashiers and staff are very friendly and polite. However, the store is always a hot mess. I dont know if its lack of staff or disrespectful customers. Also, this store doesnt seem to have as big a selection of items as other Dollar Tree stores.
