Cashier sorted me $1. Swipe he didnt, his boss weighed the money on a special scale, said to me hes only $.36 off . Apparently there is no chance he palmed or dropped the bill under the counter, put it in his pocket... no they were automatically right. Apparently I was wrong, though I dont have the dollar... quite an expensive price for them to pay, losing any of my business from now on. As well as others I know...
I always have a good experience when I shop there. All the employees are really nice and helpfull.
Love the arts and crafts they have there now. Been buying a lot of the stuff and keeping myself busy.
A place where you can find many items for only a dollar and not only that but the only dollar store that if you find something that you like you dont have to worry about never finding it again. This is a store that you can go online and order that item and it will be delivered to the store with your name on it. Customer service is excellent, and your credit card is excepted.
Found what I waS looking for. And the nice cashier Ben was so gracious he helped put my packages in my van. Thank you Ben. Since grateful. He is always nice young man
Not a bad store , sometimes u have to wait a little longer in line and wait a little while for some things to be re stocked, but overall decent experiences
The store has such a big variety of merchandise and the customer service is great always service with a SMILE
The store is clean and organized but the bathrooms are the most disgusting Ive seen in the area. I should know because Im a custodian at a local school and I would be fired if I had bathrooms that looked like that.

This store is a step up from most dollar stores. Be prepared at checkout for Cash or Checks Only. I would have rated this store higher except for the inconvenient payment policy.

2020-08-18This is my favorite store in Norwich, however when I want a specific item to craft they dont always have the one I want. To get it I may have to take a drive 45 min. to an hour to a bigger store and they may not have it either. I cant order on your web sight because I have to use a check and its not accepted over an internet net sight. So i have to not give you the 5 stars i want to.

2020-08-12Love this place. Neat and organized. Very friendly staff. I had a young lady name Heaven and she was an angel. She helped me and even talked with my kids.
