Dollar Tree in other cities:
Honestly, it is a Dollar Tree through and through but I feel in comparison to other Dollar Trees in other areas there is not a lot of name brand things which of course can be expected but it would be nice. Otherwise, I would suggest coming for basic things like plates, Tupperwares, arts and crafts products and cleaning products etc etc. I dont usually find a huge line, but there is a line nonetheless as there is usually about 2-3 cashiers max open.
I have never ever met such bad cashier on this world. I purchased six bottles of 1 gallon water. The cashier said I cannot push the cart out of the store. How can I load them into my car? She said you need to take every bottle out to your car. Does that make sense? How can seniors or physical disabilities one by one to move heavy water out of the store to their car? I said I will return the cart. She just rudely said no. I never have had such experience before in any other dollar trees. Dollar tree CEO, you should feel shame to have such employee, not helpful and makes people feel bad & difficult to shop here. The receipt shows her name is Susana. Zero star!
This dollar tree has declined slowy, used to be great, but now has changed, employees are a constant turn over, managers are a constant turnover, the stock is terrible, the place is filthy and floors are extremely dirty, not scrubbed and waxed, I have been to other dollar tree stores and they have items that this one does not have, the managers can order more then whats on the generic list, but they dont, its disappointing 😔 even if they vaccum the carpets, clean up the floors, clean the door glass, replace blown out light bulbs and clean the blackend lenses, clean the baskets and line up the shopping carts, it would put a whole better outlook on the place. Perception is reality, it has to be presentable in a quiet fashion, it feels uncomfortable to be in the place to begin with, it used to be so nice.
Gotten pretty messy over the years but they still try to keep things organized. Still am able to find the stuff I need. Dollar Tree stuff is comparable to most branded items which makes it a bargain. This the store I primarily visit compared to other Dollar Tree stores.
I just left the store after being in the line for what seemed to like 15 mins with a crying toddler when its my turn the lady starts scanning the person behinds me belongins and when i realized i said thats not mine i i just had 2 chargers and she asked if I could wait for her to finish with this ladies whole cart of items. After not doing anything to check me out she continued to check the other person out and asked me to wait when i was in front of the other person and had only 2 items just because she didnt want to void it (too much work she said) i said you know what forget it. Thanks and left.
Yesterday I was at your store (which I am there almost every week). I was at the register and paid for the 4 items I bought...After I paid and got my receipt and when to grab my bag and it was gone...The cashier and I looked all around, she said I gave you the bag but it was gone...(I THINK THE PERSON BEFORE ME PICKED IT UP BY MISTAKE). The cashier called the manager (which it looked like we were bothering him from the beginning) I told him what happened and he wasnt really listening to me, didnt realy care what I was saying...I then said it again and he said to me GO GET YOU ITEM in a nasty tone....I found him very rude and truly didnt care what was going on or what I was saying....He made me feel that I was annoying him....I do think he should be spoken to but I dont think he really would care....AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TREATING CUSTOMERS THAT WAY...ITS DOLLAR STORE REALLY.....THANK YOU.
There were about 15 people on line with full carts and they only had 2 registers open. Employees were walking around chillin oblivious to the lines. The best was being shorted one cent bc the cashier ran out of pennies. She asked me to wait while she ran to get more pennies. After 15 min of waiting on line, 🙄. I walked out. Never again.
I love this place, they have a parking lot, everything here is a dollar. You can find a lot of good deals here from porcelain plates, glass cups, kitchenware to air freshners, soaps, and sponges, and everything is a dollar. You dont have to spend a lot but you can get a lot here.
Stop in here every couple of months or so. Well-stocked, sensible prices, on brand names. Spend $25 here and save $75 that youre not spending at overpriced Walgreens or Rite Aid! Basic name brand items like Colgate toothpaste, mouthwash, Softsoap, hand sanitizer, melatonin, batteries, Etc.
The problem is always cashiers. Today the manager open a register and said 3 items or less. However she had no one on the line SO TAKE SOMEONE OFF THE OTHER LONG LINE. you’re a manager ? This is how you manage ? Corporate get your act together. So many people just walked out.

2022-04-13Very unprofessional they start cleaning the store and closing their registers before closing! On weekdays they close at 10pm but if you go there 6 minutes before closing good luck they will not let you in. I’m complaining to corporate! They always do that. Also, be careful when you go in the store because they would mop the floor with NO CAUTION ⚠️ SIGN ON A SUPER WET FLOOR! I almost trip and could of really hurt myself and sue the whole entire store and the lady mopping the floor. Next time i have to go in which I would rather not I would definitely take pictures of the time they are closing and pictures of the floor with no caution ⚠️ sign. You shouldn’t be mopping the store with customers and kids walking with no signs and you shouldn’t be closing the store 10 min before closing.

2021-12-12Said it before, Ill say it again, this place rocks. Yes fine, now almost everything is $1.25, but who really cares? Its about time they did this, be serious. How did they operate for so long at just ONE DOLLAR, it amazes me. Great place for throw away seasonal stuff, frozen quick bites, stationary, ornaments, milk, seasonings, odd ingredients, pet good, cleaners, towels, kitchen utensils and paraphernalia, well, you get the point. Just be grateful this place exists still.

2021-03-18Gotta admit the stuff here is definitely a dollar and pretty good stuff. However it is SUPER dirty! Garbage and products all over the floor. The products on the shelf are disorganized not placed neatly. Lines are SUPER long; only one cash register was open. There was a MOUSE running around the store; many customers noticed it. Completely grossed me out.
