This store is very dirty, One register open. Friendly casher, but another employee talked and wandered around doing nothing when he should have jumped on a register and took care of customers. 3rd time in this store and always a mess! Love the one in Glenville, will keep my business there.
I love this place.. Sometimes i go weekly to see whats new! There is nothing bad about this place at all... They even have great sponges which are used everytime i do the dishes!

This is 1 of my 2 favorite locations. Its always clean. Not crowded and there is never a line a mile long. They actually open a 2nd register when needed. The 1 on balltown road is my other favorite. Id also give that 5 stars. The Altamont ave 1 is the absolute worst. No stars for that one.
I was able to get all that I needed including 10 balloons all blown up!!! A wonderful, kind young lady, Mary was soooooo helpful. She should get a raise!!! THANKS for all the help!!!

Employees are super nice there. Store is well organized and always clean.
Kind of a messy store in general but deals abound. Things you would buy for double the price elsewhere you get for $1. They have a ton of party supplies and cards, balloons and more.
This store is a wreck. And by wreck I mean there are more items on the floor than on the shelves. It is a literal disaster. I dont know who the manager is but if it were me I would be concerned about how my store looks.

2022-01-23Every time I walk in this Dollar Tree it is loaded with people and there is 1 cashier. Line is way into the aisles. Get some staff. Its been going on for years

2021-06-01Used to love going to this dollar tree but every time I go in the staff gets worse and worse. I couldn’t believe how rude they are. Tracy had a horrible attitude, didn’t ask if I found everything okay, say hi or anything... a young lady was trying to clock in she must of been new, and asked Tracy a question she rolled her eyes and responded her answer with an attitude, then when the young lady was opening her register not ready yet. Tracy yelled at her to turn her light on huffed and puffed and shook her head.... shouldn’t a little bit of time be given so she can get situated?

2020-11-03I love this Dollar Tree because of the amount of bargains you can get, all in one shopping trip. It is across the street from 99 Restaurant, which is the only thing happening in the old Rotterdam Square Mall. They have fantastic food. However, the area is getting mighty depressing, but at least the welfare product cant invade the store like the new one off of Crane street. The strip mall is old, the parking lot is falling apart and the store is run down, but they still have all the great Dollar Tree merchandise. I always like to stock up on things for the house. Since all the items are necessary items we use everyday, it is great. The only thing my wife complains about is seeing employees not covering their faces with a mask. I am still rating this location high because it is easy to get to and close to where we are.

2019-03-24I mean, what can you say about a Dollar Tree. You arent going here for anything high end, so what you see is what you get. But this store is exceptionally dirty. It looks like the floor hasnt been cleaned in many weeks, and the different smells throughout the store are interesting, at best. The staff looks miserable, but Im sure that it is more due to the atmosphere than anything. As there are other Dollar stores in the area, I recommend going to one of those.
