I like dollar tree, I always come out with more then I intended to buy!! I enjoy there craft sections. I buy all this stuff with great expectations to be creative and they just end up expanding my junk drawer!! Heres to great expectations!!

I like it better to shop early in the morning as it opens at 8am to 9 am. Other times it is so crowded. You can find a few nice things for the home. And the chicken nuggets and patties from the frozen isle is nice. When you are low on funds and need to eat this is my place. Thank you @dollartree.

Staff uaually not very helpful. Workers make loud and rude announcements and are sarcastic. Not professional, to much theft and aggravation going on in store. Of all the dollar tree stores I visit this is my least favorite . Gave it a two because it is close to my home and somtimes they have things I want in stock, otherwise awful place.
Worst Dollar tree! Always a mess and empty! I go different days and times and the same all the time. They dont have a lot of stuff that other Dollar trees have. I go to one downtown and its always stocked and always has nice stuff. And you have about three or four tellers open to keep the line moving. The one here is always one teller. I can go on and on but why bother

Mind you, the store is actually one of the better organized Dollar Tree.. it was the actual manager who made the experience a dub. Very short and rude. Already had an attitude when I approached the counter. So I gave that same energy back. When all my items were rung up and I didnt have enough she proceeded to cancel my items from the register , place them in a basket on the floor, then told me to get them if I wanted them. And when I asked for a refund on the food items I purchased she told me she wouldnt do it. Always an unprofessional putting their personal feelings into their work and making a hostile environment for the customer. The quote the customers always right was not the case. She was a nightmare to be around I can only imagine how her employees feel about her and that stink attitude. Hope to never have to interact with that person again.
The hiring manager there is doing a great job. From the staff to stocking and product selection,its just awesome. I look forward to more pleasant surprises from this store.
Stock everywhere, its like shopping in a maze of boxes. A safety violation. Boxes are stacked up and have calapsed as costumers have walked through lane. Its an everyday day messy experience. Security ?,what security? Its a shoplifters dream. I no longer feel safe or feel an enjoyable shopping experience.
I always leave with stuff I didnt intend on getting but was a good find. So had to get it. Cashier guy very pleasant and helpful.
They need to open all the registers in that place because the lines be crazy and they cant keep inventory because its always being ripped off
Most organized one Ive been too. Most in the Bronx lack certain products and the staff is super rude. This dollar tree is a good one.
Cheap quality items. Good value for your money. Stock is Low, not enough variety.
I would give this a 5 star but this Dollar Tree has only two cashiers open, even at that. There are usually just one person working at the cashier! so the if you are willing to wait, then by all means wait. But other than that it is a wonderful and blessing to have this Dollar Tree in the Bronx.

I ask the cashier if my single bag that she put 2 soda bottles in would bust and she went ghetto. Telling me she was running out of bags and suggested I purchased a tote bag ? I thought when you shop that the bags was included. She went on & on I just feel some people are not built for jobs the need customer service skills and she needs to be let go. Whatever happened to the customer is always right ? Maybe she got a standing ovation when I left cause she sure put on a show 👏 👏 👏
Lovely helpers/cashier ++♡, good selection, decent social distancing during This Time of Covid-19. Overall, just a dollar store. But sweet people.
One of my favorite places to shop, they get new stocks every week and the workers are very friendly. The manager on the other hand has her days where she can be really nice or really rude, youll never know.
I dont understand how this location functions. Always have one line with a surly, combative cashier in the mornings. Never anything in the shelves, and I mean never. This location s manager doesnt know the first thing about purchasing, merchandising and for that matter how to manage a store. I avoid this store like the plague.
I went to this Dollar Tree today, and could not believe the number boxes blocking almost all the aisles. I could not get everything I needed. Really why dont they hire over nite crews to restock the aisles !

This store needs moore stock. Evertime I go into this particular store the shelves are empty. The manager should increase the order so that he/she could fufill customer demand. Thats a big turn off.

🤮In this dollar tree what there is is a stream of spoiled customers who do not know how to serve customers, starting with the boss and the employees. The employees throw the bags to the clients, they do not respect the clients and they always have only one cashier and the row backward hopefully and change employees or they lock
Long line bit didnt have any 2021 wall calendars for adults. They had cartoon calendars for children. I wanted calendars.
Very disorganized, always seems messy. They never have enough staff in the store which usually means a long wait when trying to pay. They do have a good amount of random things You might need.
Love dollar tree,this one pacifically has a bunch of great product that I feel the other dollar trees dont!

The store runs out of items,the Lines are long and the managers suck I give 2 stars cause some cashiers are nice I will not go here again I found a better deals down the block for there way cleaner with lots of cashiers

This store hardly restock the shelves. I didnt make any purchase the last 2 times I was there. I go to another Dollar Tree now which is only few blocks away.

2022-06-27Horrible, line was way down the aisle. And only one cashier and when another cashier opened she had a very nasty attitude. They need to do better. Why is this only in the BX.

2021-04-02On 4/01/21.This dollar tree is just unbelievably sad. I stopped by here because I was in the are, but this store is just messy, with long lines. The workers here are not helpful, they seem to just act like they are working because the way the store looked. They couldnt be working hard or at all. They had boxes blocking the entire aisles. The best find here was pet food.

2021-10-20Lawerance is an amazing employee! I called 10 dollar trees and he is the only one that answered the phone plus had amazing customer service.Made my trip from Harlem to the Bronx to pick up supplies for my students stress free.

2017-10-06Very disorganized seems to be in a constant state of being set up and theyre always out of pretty much everything. Very poorly managed the person in charge here doesnt seem to know how to run a store never restocking for instance or not opening more then one lane no matter how long the line gets I highly recommend avoiding this location if possible.

2022-06-23Great place to buy variety of things for home, parties, kitchen, etc. All/Everything regardless of what it is cost $1.00 approximately ! Guarantee you will want to spend atleast $20-$50 in here at any given time. One of my go to and most frequented places. Great addition to the community.Update: You can no longer buy any items for $1 the price has gone up to $1.25 for everything. To some that may not be much for others it will. Whereas before you could get 5 items for $5 plus sales tax. Now its basically $5 for every 4 items you buy. For some that may narrow the amount of items you buy opposed to before.Prices still remain $1.25 per item including food. Happened during the pandemic/beginning of post-shutdown. Im not sure it will change back. Dollar tree is profiting off of the extra 25 cents per item we pay for.

2021-11-29They had some cool stuff, but the floor service is not good. They dont handle lines very well. There was a lady blasting her speaker, noone asked her to stop. Feels very ghetto in there. Not just this one. Even in the city its like this. Only a different type of ghetto there.

2021-11-29Friendly staff the store has frozen food section which pretty good. Groceries and other items first all holidays. They all stock both Pepsi and Coke coca.

2021-05-29Bad, bad, bad..The store was well organized and fully in stock.I and a party of 2 others had to use the restroom and the cashier told me that the restroom was for employees only.I had to laugh because evidently someone doesnt know the laws when running a business.Dollar Tree get it together!

2021-08-04The Dollar Tree on Morris Avenue and 142nd Street was fully stock. I went around midday and not only was the store fully stock but very clean and organized, everything in its place. As for cashing out, didnt have to wait no more than 30 seconds. I was totally amazed.
