The store is well stocked and has just about all that a customer needs. Its low on Ajax cleanser and Spock and span cleansers. You need mask to enter and other than that its ok in my stores to shop in.
Today I went to the dollar tree on 138th .. I usually go to this store like 4 times out of the week. Every time I go to this store I go with my personal book bag leather puse that I use and they denied me to go inside the store, because I need it leave my purse .. I told them I have my personal stuff in there because it’s not a regular book bag is a purse and he said if you don’t leave it you can get in.. of course after I put them on place I left cause I’m not gonna leave my personal bag on the floor with the rest of the other grosero bags from the other costumers. They were on fai cause other ppl ho to shop there with the same o similar bag I use and they let them in..
Theres never enough inventory! How came your orders for cleaning items be completely empty! Lots of bleach and not one laundry soap. They need to make sure there is enough items. At least those in the same category.
Be careful if you buy from 138 east street dollars tree they have expired groceries so make sure expired date
They would get a five if I was able to get there when the product is still on the shelves.Very helpful and nice people.The only thing I dont like is sometimes the product Im looking for is in a box on the floor. But given that the people act like savages snatching it off the shelves so fast that they barely have time to restock it, the employees get a small pass.
The staff was wonderful and I found a few items that I had been looking for for months.

The store look dirty,the car and boxes tha people can’t walk,and the employees,they look dishelved ,they are bad mannered and talking with the cell phone and eating while the line is long,on the night Schift I see this...I can’t believe it,I’ll change the store for 138 street is clean,New and the employees it’s so friendly.
Great selection of food and household products. Lines not bad if you go early or later. Plan on them selling out of popular products after 1pm. I try to go before that.

Place is horrible, messy, at most 2 registers open, always long lines, cashiers will have you in the store min. 20mins...
They have products for a dollar were others have it for more. Different Dollar Trees have some items different from the other Dollar Trees. You save money and surprised at what you find.
They should sell 10oz coffee cups with lids among other things that other Dollar Tree sell.
I just like dollar tree because they help poor people to get anything rich people can get and the services and items are very good. Thanks for help communities.
One of the worst. Everytime I go everything is just thrown around. Have to dig through countless products to find what I need. It could be a great spot but is just not maintained well.
Some random lady cut infront of use for no reason. And the cashier just let it fly.

Horrible mess. You cant even walk the aisles. Boxes on top of boxes in the middle of the aisle. Carts full of boxes full of merchandise. Nothing is where is supposed to be .
They sell laundry soap bottles filled with water. Someone must be stealing the soap. Went thru 8 bottles before I found one with soap. Saddddd..
If the store says closing at 9pm, it should close at 9pm not 8:45pm... disappointing service from a big retailer.

I love dollar tree stores, but the ones here in the bronx are always watered, Ive been to others in other states and wow, nothing to see in the ones here, they should have more order and more employees apart from that, I always find what What am I looking for 😉
The store has many essential items and at a reasonable price, therefore I consider it the best but they need to add much more staff to provide a better service to the community but in general we can conclude that it is the best.
But sometimes it is too full and there are no ATMs ... it takes a long time when it is full
They have many new things all the items are needed at home and personal for the whole family

2022-03-07Its crowded during lunch and afternoon rush hours. Which is a good thing for them but not for you as the lines could bend the corners of the isles and you could be in line for 30 minutes or more during those times. Early mornings and late evenings are the best times. All things considered Its not dirty or as disorganized as one might expect. There is usually someone opening the door asking for change, thats not an employee but he means no harm and is not upset if you say no or ignore him.

2020-12-20This store is horrible at times. I am new to the area and 2 out of the 5 times I shopped at this store it was awe filling. I rather walk 4 blocks to the other Dollar Tree. The first incident, I was shopping with my kids and there was a scene at the register area. Apparently a manager got into a argument with a customer and the manager spit at a man that was with the woman. The manager was using foul language the whole time. The second incident was today, again with the same manner. I believe a man was stealing and she just kept yelling and using foul language. I believe the gentleman that was standing beside was a manager as well because I have seen him the days when I go in. He did not try to stop the other manager from using foul language, in fact he just stood beside her. If I’m new to the area and has witnessed this behavior, I can only imagine what the regulars witness on a daily basis with this manager. This is not the way you represent a beautiful company like Dollar Tree. I will not be returning.

2020-01-17My opinions is that all the managers in this store are very disrespectful and racists with the good customers.The customer service is horrible and the store always dirty and the aisles always empty.This is the the worse store in the whole Bronx.Need a new management and good responsable workers.Hope this 2020 the have a good and better improvement.
