This is a filthy place to go, the entrance is always dirty, people begging all that time the elevator and escalators most of the time damage. The mess inside is horrible and if you try yo buy something theres boxes blocking the aisle. Not recommended to anybody.

Its very unfortunate for me to put this star rating because actually the staffs are nice there, but the store is poorly organized and hardly have any items you need available or either opened up as apparently stolen, also you have customers that just doesnt know how to behave in a store. Unfortunately this is my local dollar tree store and its supposed to make good business here because its located in a very busy area where trains and buses transportation are connected but again unfortunately for people like me that likes to do diys crafting I have to be searching elsewhere. Im sad about putting this out.. but its the truth. I wish somehow it could get better.
What happened to the dollar in dollar tree you need to change the name from dollar tree to your dollar when flying up a tree
You order to pick up in store and they never can find anything. Store looks horrible. They never pick up the phone had a manager take my number and still haven’t heard anything. If I could give them no stars I would !!!!!
Big store but so disorganized. New stock was everywhere in their boxes. NOTE all items are now $1.25. Lets see if they change their name.. now its false advertising.
Great for a Budget. Everything in the store is a Dollar. U cant beat those prices. Everything is a Dollar Check them out! The is Quality and some of the food can be microwaved. No Lie! Eggs a Dollar. Soft Loaves of Bread a Dollar!
I wouldve loved to rate it zero stars but that wasnt an option, i went to two separate locations and the following was true for both locations. The cashiers were rude (Monica from store #4729 and Marlene from store #5191) and the stores were dirty. I went in for one item and couldnt find which was fine but the attitude on these women was absolutely ridiculous. Next time Ill think twice before heading to either location.
There is a good variety of items here for all sorts of things, even a few good deals on food and snacks. Some of the areas such as the snacks are a bit unorganized, but for the price I can hardly consider this a significant downside. Like some said, the employees might not take their job too seriously, but it was nothing that affected me checking out quickly.
This is one oft favorite dollar trees. So much variety. It is messy, but what dollar tree isnt!! The favr that every item is a dollar is awesome even balloons and they have a big array of balloons to choose from. And the blow them up. From household necessities to gardening tools, kitchen items. So much to choose from and its only $1.00. But be careful it adds up lol. First time I went to a dollar tree they told me total was 54.00 I was like I thought everything was a dollar. Miss you have 54 items.Oh.😊!
Place is too dirty and nothing is in place it so a shame you can get so many things in this store but at the same time you dont find nothing that how the store is dirty and unorganized
It is a very economical store, everything is $1 per item. There are no variations and no surprises. There is also a two-way escalator and an elevator.The Bx5, Bx6 and Bx19 busses as well as the #6 train all stop directly outside the door.Hours are daily until 9:00 pm.
This dollar tree is beyond despicable! Most times they only have 2 registers open, with lines down the isles. The cashiers are having personal calls going on while ringing up customers. The managers are cursing up a storm. They need an entire new staff here. The isles are a mess! Some of the isles are so filled with boxes you can’t even walk through. Then they unpack merchandise and put them in shopping carts. Now customers never have shopping carts. I hate coming here but it’s the closest one to me.
One of the biggest Dollar Tree stores that Ive been in with a large variety of items. But, sometimes its very messy due to the area that its in and some of the type of people that shop there. Also, they seems to need more staff. Other than that its pretty ok.
They do lots things you need even frozen foods.
Theyre not in tuned with Good Customer Service! A cashier preferred to tend to crackheads finding their way around, than stepping back to cashier booth, leaving security to tend to security issues. One other worker literally told me she was busy putting things back on the shelf when I asked her to ring up my purchase. I walked out and left everything at her register for them to put back.
It was ok I had to beg the manager to blow up some balloons and tell her I need them for a babyshower that started in an hour she looked like she was annoyed Bout it but did it for me anyway, I found it ridiculous that I had to beg to get some balloons blown up other then that it was ok
No carts were available. Aisle were crowned with still packed/unshelved boxes. Many shelves were bare. The store needs a better management team to fix these problems.
They had Everything I wanted, however the store was in disarray so the challenge was finding it but once you got through, they had it all. Kinda being short on workers made the lines long, I would go again though!

Usually properly stocked, more the 1 check out available. Always clean and theres escalators & an elevator for access upstairs though sometimes the down escalators break down due to kids jumping on them.
The location on Longwood close to the 2 train is far better. This location is only clean when they are about to close the store for the day. Packages are open all over the store; people eat and drink and leave everything behind open till some items become moldy. The cashiers are not professional . and shout their business in front of everybody. I saw one of them spitting at people .Some of the items they have are not sold in other locations. The place is too dirty and they sell cleaning items.
I love this place. You can get so many things there for just $1*Edit* this store started off great, but now they are the worst. Theyre supposed to open at 8am, cashier comes strolling in a 8:15, whoever is on the insides doesnt open until 8:20, we the customers didnt enter till 8:30.
I love shopping at #DollarTree but the staff here need to be a bit more PROFESSIONAL. The few times Ive been here the check-out person was nice but all the standing around, cursing out loud, laughing & yelling across the store, crowding around the management office & register, etc.... Its SUPER unprofessional. Also, FAMILIES SHOP HERE... There are people w/ young children here. I am truly shocked at the behavior. Other than that I like shopping in the store.
Has a lot of great products but the aisles and shelfs are messy. Its mostly rude costumers who dont put things back or pick up the stuff they drop but there should be someone to make sure the ailes dont look a mess.
The guy who took my purchase was nice and helpful. although his line was doubled he greeted and smile at every customer.. When he asked for help the was long he still tried to finish it even if his co worker took her time to open her register.the associates name was Jonathan he was so good . he should be moved up in position with the heart he took on today to battle that long line by him self never losing his cool. Prime example of wat customer service is thanks to dollar tree staff on hiring him.
The store is nice but the people who frequent that store is not nice the employees are very helpful and very nice but the customers are terrible I will never go back to that Dollar Tree I will look for another one... I love to shop in Dollar Tree
Dear people let me tell you that here you can find all the best things that you want. For the kids. For the home and kitchen and for the 🏫 and the best wonderful and delicious food.You can get good drink.Ice cream.water. Guess what? Everything is just $1.00.yup, no kidding.
One of my favorite stores to go to for snacks and candy but is usually understaffed and lines can stretch pretty far when they decide only to have open one register. Can use improvement but a good step in the right direction.
I hate this location, its always a mess, boxes and merchandise all over the floor, long lines and not enough workers, their shelves are always empty. Placed an online order for pick up at this location and was given the run-around. Two employees helped as much as they could but the manager was no help kept telling me to come back after they stocked up, when i would go batvk she said she couldnt find it.it was a large order of bottles i never received and then she told.me to call corporate for a refund well corporate didnt help either.

Its atrocious, 2 registers open, boxes all over the place unopened, the candy isle is junked, everything is out of order, and they have decent stuff for whats out but its beyond junky, overly cluttered, an embarrassment. Smh ,I seen 4 female employees thats it, it should be doomed a fire hazard.
I wish I could give this store zero stars. When walking into dollar tree it was so hot. The store is not well kept. Shelves are empty. Lines are long and the shopping carts are full with items that none of the customers can use it. Damn shame that this store looks this. I would never ever shop in this store ever again.

Googled the hours of operation today and seen that the store was open until 10:00 pm ... As i reached for the door it would not open. Now 9:31 pm the store is not open until 10:00 pm on weekdays clearly if the door is locked at 9:31 pm this review is more for google and dollar tree together. Communication Update is needed . terrible information
This store is never opened on time. Corporate really needs to take a good hard look at management here. This location tends to open an hour to an hour and a half past its scheduled opening both on weekdays, and weekends. These lackadaisical tendency really need to stop.
This is THE MOST GHETTO dollar tree EVER! The manager is rude and so are the employees. I am going to mAke a complaint to corporate. Its just disgusting how the employees treat customers. Yelling and screaming In the store, playing and making jokes over the store speakers. Its just plain horrific.
This Dollar Tree is amazing, but the catch is to go when it 1st opens @8am. They have everything and very clean

Staff members are great, but the night staff is slipping trouble performance less chatting and more packing. Product must be out move the boxes must be open. A lot of people live around here. A high traffic area.

I have shopped at many Dollar Tree stores but this particular store is a Mess. It is in need of serious management. Shelves are empty while isles are full of boxes. They let you in the building but not inside the store. Its suppose to open at 8am yet customers werent let inside until almost 8:15am. When in a rush you do not have time to wait to get inside of a store that should already be open and ready for business.
I love going there especially when I need cleaning products. The product do tend to run out. More staff is needed the lines can get long and more organization is needed.
Hunts point dollar tree has some really good deals. theres a bike rack at the bottom . its two floors up so you have to take the elevator or the escalator. they have starburst kool aid and they have energy drinks for a dollar
They really need to get it together here, cashier is playing music from her phone and dancing to it while ringing you up, unprofessional. Not saying you cant have fun but their is a time and place for everything

The store is a little messy and when I wanted to pay for the items I had there was only 2 lines and they were extremely long. I had to just go and not buy anything.

2017-12-03Dollar Tree stores are among my very favorites. This location is quite spacious. It offers escalator as well as elevator services. I always find practical and many quality products here. Their holiday inventories are really nice. Clean environment and good customer service. Very difficult to find parking in the area, however theyre close to transportation buses Bx5, Bx6 and Bx19 and the Hunts Point train station.

2018-10-31This place is bad. No associates anywhere to assist you if you need any help on products. The aisles are a disaster. Theyre either empty, understocked or just messy. If theyre busy they always tend to have only one register available, causing long lines.

2021-11-06This Dollar Tree is pretty big. It being in a prime area a lot of the real good products are about gone. But there plenty of other goods stocked. Not much for cat, just a few toys but plenty for dogs with toys, bones and dry dog food.

2021-08-11This is one of the worst Dollar Trees I ever shopped. The store is totally unkempt and dirty. While there i noticed that there was merchandise on the floor and out of place. Giving the store an uncared for appearance which was the first thing I noticed after walking through the door. There is no reason for the story Another problem I encountered was that a number of shopping carts were not functional because their wheels were unlocked. The manager needs to take responsibility for this messy depressing store. The only good thing I can say about this store is that the staff are really helpful and nice. They should not have to work under conditions like that.

2021-10-08I live in the area and the upkeeping of this place has gotten really bad. The entrance before walking in to up the stairs alone is dirty. The rug is filthy and the escalators have been broken for a while already. The store always is a mess. I can say they do have new merchandise but it’s NEVER EVER IN order. The store is always messy and dirty.
