I like the back home food, mondongo, sancocho and chicharrones, all the topical food there are great
Absolutely great ambiance and view.
This has got to be my favorite Dominican restaurant by far. The food here is incredible it never lets me down. There is always something new that you can order theyre menu is a decent size not to overwhelming but enough to have variety. I recommend the chicharon and the ox tail.
Firstly when I stepped in all the workers were around the table eating, then someone finally went to the counter to take my order. She didnt speak any English , I said my order 4 times and she still didnt understand. I guess someone who had a better understanding of English tried to translate .They STILL didnt get my order right. Long story short i ended up leaving with something I didnt order and I also ordered coffee which was the most horrible coffee Ive ever tasted. I asked for 3 sugar and milk, I left with black coffee and they used caramel syrup as sweetener that I ended up throwing out. To top it off they charged me $12 for 2 medium coffee. A total rip offf I guess because I didnt speak spanish or understand what they were saying!!! Management needs to hire bilingual staff because its not fair for people to spend their hard working money and leave disappointed because of a language barrier.... TOTAL WASTE of my money!!! Will NOT be going back here
The food looks good but unfortunately it did not taste that great. I order to different dishes and the both taste the same. And the staff is very uninviting very rude. I walked in no one said hello a older women fixed my food with an attitude. The prices are high for subpar food. I will not recommend this restaurant. They have zero customer service.
The food is so amazing the people the ladies That work there. the community neighbors that goes there for thay food the owner the owner family to own a family children who owns the restaurant is a mazing people. Thay treat their community like family they are the best

I used to love this place but owner doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. The owner refused to speak to me about it and I was able to heard him on the background. It is really disappointing that customers get treated this way.

I already shared but wasnt impressed. My ex and children are Puerto rican and no restaurants exist unfortunately bc they make best spanish food!! Dominican is similar but Ive had much better than this place. My daughter is the pro on this type of food, sorry, being honest!!
Omg, the food! I heard so much about how good the food is as well as the ambiance but you have to see it (taste it) for yourself. Love the food and the crowd. Owners are all about hospitality and professionalism!!

I love the food here. Everything they make is just delicious. You need to try out their churrazco steak with some fried green plantains and a avocado salad. DELICIOUS!
5 start little gem in Freeport. This small place has always an welcoming vibe, attentive personnel and tasty food. Never disappointed me and the price range is affordable. Is very clean as well anything you need when you decide to get out of your house and have food.
Love all the food from this place, drive few times a week 15 minutes to pick up food. The best bistec encebollado in town. Large portions would not change their food for any other one.
They missed part of my order. When I called them through the app they gave me a run around. Then they claimed I never ordered from them on Grubhub and then they hung up on me. I order from them all the time but this will be my last. Grubhub ended up giving me a refund.

I had a very bad experience with the employees going to pick up a food order and they were ignoring me and an employee seeing me waiting asked me, I told him about the order and he wanted to prepare it, one of the young women saw it and complained she told him whatAnd my order was ready but he did not have the responsibility to deliver it to me and then the young man complained to me he forgot that I was only a bad customer for them they are useless

2022-04-24Terrible service the waitresses clearly do not like white people. Make you wait an extremely long time while they take care of everyone and everything around you. I waited so long and then tell me there are no beans ready as I watched them serve all the beans to others. Midway is right across the street food is good and they give you so much more for the money and the service is great everyone is so friendly. So disappointed because the food is good but the service is not worth the time and energy.

2022-02-14I ordered yesterday via UberEats, for Super Bowl get-together, and I was VERRRRRRRY disappointment and embarrassed to have to feed my guest burnt chicken chunks and hard rice. This is not the Dominican cooking that I am use to and do not recommend. The portion for the family meals are good but it doesnt matter if the rice is hard and the chicken is burnt and flavorless.

2022-03-30Dont think Ill be ordering from here anymore. Inconsistent food and prices. For my last order I was told one price on the phone, then my card was charged a different amount. They charged me a fee for using my card which was never charged before. They also charged me for the onions for my escabeche fish which makes no sense at all!!!

2021-06-16The food was really good and tasty Ill definitely go back good place to stop to get lunch before going to Jones Beach but parking is very limited bathrooms are clean and they had soap well just for the mens room I didnt go into the womans obviously did it take out around midday only two couples being served and one gentleman I think he was the owner not sure two waitresses on staff did not know how many cooks thumbs up on the cooks or cook.
