I went to Domino’s at the Union location last night and ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza. They messed up the order and didn’t add pepperoni. Luckily, my son was flexible enough about eating a cheese only pizza. However, the person behind the counter would not correct the issue blaming the person who took the carry out order. Not a good business practice in my opinion, because I clearly stated I wanted pepperoni, too. He also asserted the pizza was Brooklyn style, but it looked and tasted like a hand tossed one. For the money people spend at Domino’s, the employees should be able to correct any errors on the order. I didn’t feel like arguing with him and left. I will not be returning.
All I was trying to do is order my pizza I gave them my address they told me they couldnt deliver here then they said Hold on were going to put you on hold so we can so you can talk to the supervisor to see if they make a exception so thats what I did I waited and then the guy came on said two things to me and then put me back on hold and then hung up on me.
This is the second time I ordered online and the second time that this Dominos really delivered. The web site kept us up to date on the order status and it was delivered as fast as if I was at the store and drove it home myself, still fresh and hot! A contact delivery was completed but Ahmedul (delivery driver) was friendly from a distance and really did a great job. I am pleased with the service from this union rd. in Cheektowaga location.
First time ordering fromThis location, will never order from here again. I ordered 2 large pizzas. The one pizza only had half of the pizza with the toppings and the other half was just cheese and kinda burnt. The pizza my mom wanted was just a regular pepperoni pizza. She got sick the next day and she said it tasted like it was sitting out and wasn’t fresh. Very disappointing because I actually really like dominos :/
Pizza is great and my kids love to order from here but there is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a problem with our order. We have the app so it shows us step by step and shows that they are checking the order to make sure its correct but they always forget my sons sauce and let me tell ya, its hard having a picky food eating child because he refuses to eat his pizza without his sauce. Its very aggravating to spend so much money on food and then have to go through it with a child and they also keep making the lava cakes without the powdered sugar and we all get one, I called today very upset because thisjust keeps happening and I heard the man in the background yell very rude that he made sure to give me my two blue cheeses but we had the receipt and it clearly says two Marinara sauces and the woman got louder with me because I was upset hearing him yell wrongly in the background. These employees are rude and lazy when it comes to customer service.
Used to be good. New people are rude and sarcastic. Went in to order a pizza after the girl refused to take my order by phone. Then I was told it would be over an hour. Sunday July 11 time 6:40 What happened to the nice people and fast service? On line orders only, really. No time to take an order by phone. Horrible people.
I recently ordered a pizza from here and received a call from the driver saying he couldn’t find the address. He was claiming he was where the address took him, which was a community college rather than the address that was provided in the ordering instructions. After a few minutes of me trying to give him directions to where I was, he said he couldn’t drive any further because it was outside of the delivery area… I was only 8 minutes from the store. I called the manager to hopefully help him, but instead got told that the driver was where he was supposed to be and wasn’t going to go any further. She then proceeded to mention that she had kids that she needed to take to school in the morning and that this whole situation was ridiculous and that she was sending the driver back to the store. Very disappointed with this customer service.
My husband order 2 specialty pizzas assuming they would be the $8.99 each as advertised online - they charged us $16.99 each because apparently it costs double for them to actually work and answer a phone . Then while I was waiting for the “manager “ to speak to me I watched her make a pizza without gloves and she then proceeded to pull her mask down while speaking to me. They’re disgusting and if I were you I’d just go to a regular pizzeria for that cost.
So, with having Pizza Hut closed in WNY, our next choice to get pizza is Dominos and Union Rd location is whats the closest for us. Today, we ordered two pies - both were ordered to be Brooklyn style crust with extra marinara sauce, regular cheese, and regular toppings. Now, the crust wasnt Brooklyn style on either of them nor did they extra sauce and one pizza was burnt on the bottom. And, this is not the first time that they messed up our order. One time, there was barely any topping on the pizza although we ordered three different toppings and it basically looked like a cheese pizza. The other times, they gave us crust different than what was actually ordered. My husband talked to the employees a couple of times but both times, they shrugged and said they cant really do anything and if we have any issues, we should try coming back some other time and talk to the manager. The last time we had this screw-up, the guy offered to toss the pizza he had made for us and bake a new pie. Since we dont like food to go to waste, we took it home.Advice for employees - following instructions on how to get pizza right is not difficult at all but if you do find this job difficult, may be, you should not be working here at all.Advice for management - try training your employees a bit better, please - both in customer service and making getting the orders right. Otherwise, you may not be too far behind Pizza Hut.Advice for customers - check your order before you drive away. Insist on getting what you actually placed order for.
The employees lost my order. They lost the ladys order behind me. I received my food a half an hour after the original pickup time all for it to be overcooked. My pizzas were black and brown. My food was cold when I got home and I live 1 minute from this location. Try another location. This is the third time this happened to me. SHAME ON ME FOR NOT READING THESE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING.
I tried to order online and by phone, no answer and online orders were being rejected after everything was ordered. Went to the store. Sign says open from 10:30 am-12am, but door is locked. No notes or signs to indicate they were closed. No recording on their phone that they were not open, but plenty of advertisements for their products in their newly opened store. Ridiculous.
Process of the ordering was exceptional!The time for delivery was long, and the Pizzas were not up to par.Pizzas were very dry, when I ordered double sauce on both. the slices separated upon delivery, and didnt receive a proper receipt. also all the pizzas I have purchased this year at Dominos (throughout this whole country), I know i should have Several free pizzas by now. Maybe this is a good time to quit eating Pizza!
The most wickedly overpriced slab of burnt dough I could have imagined.I asked for thick crust. Specified NOT crispy and we got crispy/burnt crust. 2 specialty large pies came to 45 dollars.SMHAnd then the chick was blatantly making pizza WITHOUT gloves, Taking her mask down so she could talk. You know, model employee behavior.SMHTerrible food, terrible experience. Gone are the days of good Dominos, like 89-90.RIP Dominos.Your dead to me

Worst food ever!! Slow service! And poorly designed parking lot. I watched a delivery driver walk in, go straight to the kitchen, not wash their hands, and start boxing up food without gloves. Waited forever to get my curbside delivered food. Overcharged for tiny amount sauce. Breadsticks not baked the way it should have and looked disgusting and tasted bad too. Not to mention the amount of grease underneath it, looked like they dumped the grease tray in the box with.
Ever since this Dominos opened, I have had almost entirely positive experiences with the staff and the food from here. Even when a minor mistake was made (which happens from time to time) the stuff and perhaps the chain policy make up for it by either remaking the food order immediately, or if Ive called the following day, I will receive a credit worth the amount of what I ordered for another visit. I highly recommend to the medium handmade pan pizzas with (extra) garlic Parmesan sauce. Sara, who is a manager there, is always kind, friendly, and whenever she makes my food it has been almost completely correct and very tasty every time. Keep up the good work over there! ❤🍕
We placed an order over the phone, union road location, for the chicken taco pizzas, we wanted 2. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery and when we called to check the status of our order, we were told they didnt have our order. That is 2asnt put in the system. Well 3 hours later and a different pizza place we finally ate. Thanks for Nothing, Dominos.
I would like to note that Ive rated this five stars insofar as my expectations of fast food pizza places is concerned.As far as Dominos goes, this is my favorite location. While it is a new shop, my orders are always completed quickly and accurately. I frequently go in to pick up my orders, and the staff always greet me with a polite hello, welcome to dominios! and a smile.My food is tasty and consistent across my orders, and while not gourmet or the kind of mom & pop pizza shop delicious, it satisfies all the conditions of a satisfactory meal that hits the spot when a pizza craving comes along.On the one occasion that I went to pick up my pizza, a different customer seemed to be having an issue with their order. The staff responded politely and in a manner I felt was genuinely apologetic. They gave the customer the item forgotten in the order for free AND offered a free appetizer of any kind on their next order. Given that the forgotten item was an order of breadsticks, I feel it was more than fair compensation.My wife has Celiac disease, and despite the cautionary disclaimer that their gluten-free menu shares prep space with wheat products, she has never once suffered a reaction from their gluten-free pizza. According to her, while not perfect, the Dominos gluten-free pizza is good enough to satisfy the craving and the most consistently satisfactory she has had.The store itself has always been kept neat and tidy whenever Ive visited. They are obviously not meant to be a sit-down venue as seating is limited. My only qualm with the location is that parking is very limited and many spaces are often taken up by their delivery fleet. This doesnt tend to be a problem as visitors usually only stay a minute or two to pick up their orders and depart.Overall I can confidently recommend this Dominos as a top notch option for the sudden pizza craving. While obviously a chain pizza place, it is consistent, reasonably priced, accurate, clean, and employs a polite, competent staff.
As a pizza guy in a pizza city, I typically hate these national brands... But dominos fills a hole with their speed, prices, and variety. The pizza is pretty good, especially if you experiment with all the options offered to make it your own, but the sandwiches and the chicken are awesome.
Very disorganized, orders were being screwed up, which put them further behind. My order was suppose to be ready by 5:15pm. Never got my order until 5:38pm after I had to say something three times as there was nobody at the front counter. When the lady gave me my order, she didn’t have the full order. I had to wait another ten minutes for the items that were missed.When I got the food it was cold and the pizza was undercooked and cold. Ended up putting it in the oven at home.
Greeted when first walked in the door, which was a pleasant surprise. Directed to the menu on the counter from which I selected the Philly Cheese Steak 12 sandwich. It took a long time to get it because they were extremely busy with takeout orders, but well worth the wait. The sandwich was absolutely scrumptious and piping hot. The only drawback is that they do not provide ice for your drinks, which is a bit unusual. I give them 3.8 stars due to no ice available.
Pizza was very good but the phone system kept hanging up on me when I was trying to call to tell them I have been sitting in the parking lot and trying to pick up the order. They eventually called me and I told them what had happened. The young man said, Okay, whatever, which came off really flippant and unprofessional.
Second time delivery has either not happened or i had to find my food. The excuse is where very busy and or the person is new. Then Ill get a crdt back. first time no and I bet this time the same. No food I want my money back. All of it. Makes me not want to tip before the delivery.
Honestly this place put Pizza Hut out of business , every time I go there I never have anything wrong with my food. I love the fact it’s fast and they always have a good bang for the buck , everyone who’s ever complained about it honestly just want to get free stuff and need to thrive off hating it being said 10/10
This why these chains dont make it WNY, ordered a pizza online for lunch. Got there in 20 minutes they didnt even start it, had only 1 person working(not her fault), place is run horribly. Made me late returning to work and couldnt even eat my lunch. Stay away and buy local, lesson learned.
Ordered in person and specified extra sauce. The pizzas were excessively dry, no way any extra sauce on the pies. One of my topping choices roasted red peppers amounted to about 4 or 5 very thinly sliced slivers. I was charged for this extra too. First time customer and likely my last.
Edit: check the reviewers who gave 5 stars. Either paid or work for Dimonos. (One account JUST 5 stars Dominos all over the place) 2 star went down to 1 to compensate for the franchise deception.Site said the manager made my chesse steak pizza w/ 2x meat. It came with a ring of red sauce on it. Either did it w/o noticing or did and gave it to us anyhow. I know this place just opened and wanted to like it but red sauce with cheese steak isnt good. We both could only stomach 1 slice. All well, back to Johnnys.
1st - the App is Really well thought out, and SUPER Easy to use !!! ... 2nd, Im biased ... I used to work for Dominos in college, so I already Know their people are the Best !!! ... Awesome Products !!! Great People !!! Fantastic App !!! ... just an Excellent Customer Experience (period) !!!!!
Place is trash, ordered a pizza just to have it sit on the counter for 12 minutes of standing there waiting to be checked out, and I was the only person there at 11 o’clock at night lmao , then another worker comes in wreaking like cigarette , Just to sit on his phone and watch me wait for my food ,place is horrible , my pizza was disgusting lmao . What do you expect tho ; it’s bum people working there so they can get High when they leave work .... will never spend my money on a trash place again , thank you :)
Order food finally one that delivers to where i live in williamsville. Hr and 20 mins go by no call no nothing. Took my order back saying they came here. Which never did. Call guy say we can re make it and gove u desert. Um no ty so be 2 hrs total ill get food by then
Nope never again!! This place was a zoo, they had 6 people working including the manager and this poor guy was working like an animal while the other 5 were banging into each other like robots without a clue!!The food was horrible... next time I will go without and starve!!!
I think its a bad place, call for a delivery and after waiting half an hour they call to tell me they talked to him manager and they can not bring me the delivery. What kind of deal is this? They call again I told him that I do not have a car thats why I ask for delivery and he chooses to leave me on the line without talking to me. Fewer people like that please.

2022-05-18I agree with other commenters on here who complain about the customer service rudeness as I was accused of lying when I said a food item was burnt and had to send pictures to an employee. That did not help as the employee said my complaints were invalid and refused to refund me and also had an attitude over the phone.The employee told me that I cant just take your word for it because then I would have to take everyones word for it. The complete item list was a medium pizza and fettuccine Alfredo. If I was lying I wouldve said everything was burnt as the complete order was $32.37 USD. $10.99 for Pizza and $6.99 for the fettuccine. I also bought a bottle of water and 4 cups of blue cheese.The pizza was amazing and fantastic with no complaints to report about that portion of the meal.The final result ended up being that I called corporate and they agreed to refund me for the fettuccine. The rudeness can be heard in a lot of these employees. It is sad and unfortunate, however it is very common and based on others experiences: burnt food and rude behavior is common and my experience here adds to that.If it was not for corporate, I would not be receiving a refund. I thank them for their professionalism. It seems that at times corporate is more knowledgeable and respectful than the store itself. In my case even sending pictures to an employee for a refund was still met with resistance with him lecturing me on what is a refund. It is not fair to me and the other customers who patronize a business like this. It behooves me to think that anyone would make up that the food they are tasting is burnt and not good. Seeing the other commenters in the same position, I know I am not alone.Unfortunately it was time that I lost out of my day, a while on the phone with that employee from this store and the corporate entity. Fortunately corporate understood and resolved the issue immediately and without delay.Sometimes on these reviews, establishments will comment that you did not order from here to try and cast doubt on the review or the customer itself, so to save any doubts:My order number was 286 at this location. I do advise those not to go here for food, as you will be disappointed in the outcome if you do end up going. You will be met with rude behavior and burnt items. If you complain they will not help you out and you would have to go to corporate in the interim for a fix.

2022-07-07Very rude, learn to treat your customers first which is very important in any business.Placed order over phone, they incorrectly put the dates to next day, after making me wait for 20-30 minutes gave my ordered food to someone else and closed the store since it was time.I went there with my family for pick up, and this was what happened.

2022-01-14Pizza and Wings have a special place here in Buffalo. This is a football city with a Bills problem. Sundays are for bleu cheese and football.Recently we ordered wings, regular and thin crust pizza nothing out of the ordinary for a Thursday night.*Insert personal bias*. I love thin crust pizza 🍕 and the people at Dominos made ours perfectly. The regular crust was a bit doughy, but serviceable.Then there were the wingsIf I grew up eating wings like these I would have been a vegetarian by the age of 5. Enclosed is the photo, you can be the judge of they look appealing to you. Personally I want to peal them in the trash but thats bc I grew up in Buffalo where we have the best wings in the world.Overbreaded and undercooked with a sauce that just tasted WAAAY too tangy and would incite diabetes in a Corpse.I would certainly order from here again. Maybe Id even order more pineapple chicken. There will be no chicken however a la carte

2022-01-17You guys should change your stuffs, Ive ordered again after last time Incidents, and it is worst again. The person didnt took order properly and sent wrong items and also after informing that he just told me to return the items, nothing more, no apologies and it was really disrespectful.And this is not customer services, this is dictatorship.There was no cut in this pizza. And there wasnt any instructions about no cut. The lady was extremely rude.

2019-04-22The restaurant was clean, the order board impressed me, & everything seemed cheery. We were greeted by both workers even though 1 was busy. The positives ended there.I ordered a Brooklyn Style w/ Italian Sausage, Black Olive, & Red Pepper. (I tried, lol). The pizza was not what I consider Brooklyn Style. It WAS thin but sliced like any other pizza. The only ingredient I tasted was sauce (meh) & black olives (actually good). I had maybe 3 little sausage balls on each slice & tasted no peppers. I ate 2 slices & Im writing this with a stomach ache. Ive never tried Dominos before but I see the commercials all the time (this is a logo... & this is the end of the commercial). Needless to say, it was the worst pizza Ive ever eaten. This is the end of my eating Dominos.
