I was very polite on the phone, I left a nice tip and my pizza is horrible. Its saturated in red sauce, looks horrendous and tastes awful. Those workers are so mean to give me this disgusting pizza. This was an atrocious experience for over $25.
Had this bug in my pizza called the manager Emilie. She said it’s not my problem and it’s a lie have the phone call recorded as well. We will be looking into legal efforts unless this is settled
Our work place wasnt included on the Dominos delivery map, nothing online orders, called, but recommended Dominos farther away, Stopped in the HFNY store, guy making Delish Dominos said well get there. Always hot and fresh. Occasionally mistakes are made but its generally fixed in a reasonable manner. Always my go to for fast hot food delivered to my door when I dont feel like cooking. Thanks for making my dinner so often!

Very disappointed in what I received. The chicken was dry,because it was over cooked. The Alfredo sauce was horrible and why is there only one piece of chicken per slice? Kids wanted it so I picked it up,even they were disappointed.
Nicely made great taste good price & they are quick but not all dominos are like this one this one is the best I have ever had !

I typically prefer to use mom and pop stores whenever possible but the options around this area are unreliable. I have never had a problem with this Dominos. Ordering is simple and speedy and the food is very consistent. I know exactly what to expect. No surprises. The people are always friendly when you call. They dont treat you like youre a nuisance or immediately place you on hold. I get all of the perks I enjoy about ordering from a family owned pizzeria.
Just ordered 3 Alfredo bowls and 2 cheese breads. All 3 Alfredo bowls were poorly made. The bowls were only a 1/4 filled with dry burnt alfredo. I would not recommend dominoes to anyone with how our orders have been the passed 2 times.
Website glitches & small print on the online coupons cause bill to be way higher than expected. Pizzas were all missing sauce. Manager very apologetic, issues were addressed promptly. But too long a drive for this kind of problem.
Dominos Pizza has great food at great prices you cant go wrong at this restaurant I love the indoor seating at this Hudson Falls restaurant.

I have been so patient, personally asked them to cook our pizza extra because we always have to preheat the oven and cook them when they arrive. Our pizza (white pizza mostly) is ALWAYS undercooked. Today I couldn’t even get it out of the box and last time my crust was white, that undercooked. Also, when someone orders toppings, unless specified please put them in the WHOLE pizza..
The staff is very friendly in a shy way. The workers seem to get along with each other. The pizza is delicious! Also the restaurant is one of the most updated and clean places to eat anywhere in Hudson Falls.
Tastier, healthier (somewhat, I think anyway!) and cheaper than McDonalds. My family really enjoys the newer improved crust which boasts an incredible parmesan and garlic flavor. The local Pizza Hut always burns the pizzas, so I no longer bother with them. There are sone great pizza places here but you will spend 3 times as much, if youre trying to stick to a budget and get delicious, get your pizza here.
We ordered 8 pizzas for the Superbowl. They were all correct and delicious. The online app was easy and fast.

The new system tells you every process of your pizza . The time it goes in the oven and exact time its done is really cool. The pizza is pricey unless you get the specials but good.

A med pizza with 2 1/2 toppings was $19. When my husband questioned the price, he was told that it was high because we ordered it online. We wont be ordering online anymore.

This is the freshest ingredients I could find in a pizza. The most flavor you can get out of a pie.The hot Mozzarella cheese stretched all the way to my plate. Yummy!
Prices are getting outrageous... I live 3-4 minutes away and pay almost $4.00 delivery and they expect me to tip the driver after waiting 45 minutes for my order. I tip what I can an most drivers appreciatively accept the $3 I can afford after paying almost $50 for 3 pizzas but some give dirty looks or mumble insults as they leave. The lousy 10 points I get for a $50 order isnt worth it an we are going back to pizza hut!

Everytime i order a pan pizza from this store it doesnt come with any sauce on it. Today when i ordered not only did my pan pizza not have any sauce. But the gluten free bufflo chicken pizza i ordered didnt have any chicken and had tomato sauce. I ordered online so the order was very clear. This place is horrible

It took a hour to deliver, they went to the wrong address, had asked for extra pepperoni did not receive that, also asked for garlic sauce and they gave us the wrong sauce

2022-07-27I have been getting pies here since they moved to this newer location. Its way bigger than the last shop they were in. Ive never received a bad pizza or un-fresh food here. Tables for dining on the inside and a monitor to tell you where youre at with your order being made. Open design so you can see your food made start to finish. No public restrooms. Friendly staff. Clean inside.

2022-06-07We have been buying our pizza from this Dominos for over 5 years now. Sometimes we have only weeks between orders and sometimes months. No matter what we have been lucky enough never to have a bad pizza. Not so lucky with cheesy bread or cinnamon twists, but never a bad pizza. In the case of cinnamon twists or cheesy bread, the store has made things right. Love this Dominos

2022-09-06I placed a order for delivery waited over an hour.called the store back they tried telling me I ordered online which I didnt. I placed the order over the phone. Then I was told I would have to pay a delivery fee in which I believe due to their lack of professionalism I should have got my order for free. The girl who I talked to from the store was very rude and quite unprofessional in every way. Needless to say I will never order from them again and advise others not to support a place ran so poorly and managed by rude individuals

2021-10-05Our last order was perfect. Very polite, upbeat and punctual. Food was nice n hot, CORRECT*, and delivered with a smile. When we decided to order out again I immediately thought of Dominos and how quick, convenient and great tasting and cost is definitely within reason . My kids say delecious in regards to the cheesy bread, which we order every time. Thanks again Dominos for a great family dinner night and to all the employees who take the time and effort in making this possible!

2021-10-09Typically they are good. The food is decent. We usually order online no problem. Last time it hit my bank 2 times for one order that did not go thru. OK that happens but when we called to explain we got charged twice and could not get our order to go thru the woman was clueless and did not know what to do but she was very adamit we were not getting a free pizza. We never asked for a free pizza. We asked for an order or a refund on my bank card. Maybe shewas having a hard night but your employees need to have better control over themselves when issues arise.

2021-03-22My review is 4 star only because Im not a fan of their pizza, however theres so many other options on their menu I dont need the pizza to be extremely happy with their food, value, divery & service. Theyre always happy to add in toppings & sauces, for an added price, their delivery is about $5 not including tip to driver, but their food is worth it. Highly recommend the specialty chicken.
