I ordered at 5:40 pm, called the store at 6:40pm was told its on its way. I called again 15 minutes later no answer, kept trying to call manager picked up phone and said hold and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and again and again and then some else picked up and said pizza is about 30 minutes away! I asked to speak to the manager who came on and said she cant do anything we just have to wait. I asked for a refund, she said it would take 48hours. Absolutely unacceptable, horrible customer service, dont know how to answer the phone, unaware of what customer service is about. Instead of apologizing for the delay they kept saying just wait its coming. I paid everything through the app even tip. I have never had an issue with other stores, this was the first time ordering from this store and will be the last. If I could I would give no stars.
I give this place one star simply because the review will not post with none. my order left the place 1 mile away from my house and got here an hour after, cold and nasty. I called the manager he was curt and told me it was a step process to make it fresh well it was room temperature when I got it not only the pizza but everything else the warmest thing I got was the 2 litter soda. after that he would no longer answer the phone. I guess any positive reviews are not from actual costumers but people who work there or something like that there are several older reviews I see most like mine with an hour to 2 hours wait and cold nasty food delivered. dominos should remove this store from their chain. it is a disgrace.
The delivery service is slow & half the time I get a cold pizza. The store has given me a free pizza prior to just do the same thing the next order. The pizza is fantastic.
Very very very rude employees, speak to customer like they are nasty , wouldn’t give you a chance to decide what you want to order , I HATE IT , Wish of the high authority could look into the situation.
Used domino’s app to order a meal at 830 pm which was easy, after tracking the order, the delivery get out at 915 pm. The meal finally arrived 1050 pm, which the store is 10 mins away from my residence. The pizza was cold and the wings were missing. Tried calling the store but no answer. One of the worst experience for a simple task. Smh

Been ordering my Dominos from this store for about a year, and they always make it delicious! I like the way the employees always seem to be having a good time while at work, and still maintaining professional service. Its always fun to come here for take out!
Ordered 3-topping $7/99 pizza. waited for it, quite a wait!. paid for it _charged us $9.23-instead of $8.67. Told the manager, theres a mistake, he says the grilled chicken went up. theirs no sign saying that. the advertisement of 3-toppings--$7.99 are all up in the store, tv, on line. Youve best watch your money!
Placed an order at 6:59 and walked in at 7:11 and my two medium pizzas were already done!!!! I was SUPER pleased with how fast the service was. Young lady working the front was also very courteous and nice . Highly recommend
Decent pizza if you are in a rush. I prefer local family run pizzerias but if your desire is to order a pizza using a mobile app then Dominos is the way to go..
Called to order. Girl who answered was unprofessional, extremely unenthusiastic and rude. Gave me misinformation on sales and acted like im annoying her because i ordered according to what she told me. Skip this place. Read the reviews. Terrible! Ill call pizza hut. Maybe they hire people who know how to treat customers with appreciation.
I wish i could give this 0 stars ! The manager hung up on me when i was arguing over them messing my order up ! And refused to give my tip back ! 🤬 i called again but she never answered me so i called from my friends phone and continued arguing and she finally agreed to give my tip back. But she was like “Thats up to the driver if they want to give it back” like noooo ! If i want to take back my tip that was going to be charged on my card YOU CAN WRITE NO TIPPPPPPP !!!! Horrible !
Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich after a long day and late arrival to my hotel. Sandwich comes ... no buffalo, strange pieces of chicken on bread. Driver rude.. first and only thing he asks is how much change instead of giving back change and accepting his tip. Sandwich is dry, horrible.. dont order from this place. Not sure its even chicken ... tastes weird.
I work at a homeless shelter here in Huntington new York. I waited over an hour for this order it was cold and long piece blond hair was in the crust of the pizza. When I called to find out why the delivery was taking so long I was told they were backed up . Backed up no problem .i was told if i wanted to call back and cancel that would be ok. what is this demographics bad area bad pizza. But I tossed a whole pizza. never again will I order from this dominos in this area. my co-worker warmed up the boxes only to waste time rather have crappy mcdonalds then hair in my food . very pizza.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered and then they called me with a different phone number and i did not answer because it was different. I called about 30 minutes later and the lady on the phone was SO RUDE, she said that someone called me when they were outside , and I WAS OUTSIDE THE WHOLE TIME WAITING , then she continued saying that this wasn’t there fault and that I should’ve been attentive , RUDE .
We order from this Dominos regularly and I am almost always happy with the results. Once in a while theyll forget something but theyll remove the charge with no problems.
I love their sauce no matter what I order on my pizza. Weather I order for delivery or I walk in, the service is always fast. The staff is also friendly.
I think corporate needs to teach them again how to do everything correctly this is the second time I ordered from this Domino’s because I moved into the neighborhood and I can tell you I’m very disappointed the pasta is over cooked it looks burnt in my pan and the only thing I’m enjoying is the cinnamon twists so corporate please go back and show them how to do all the cooking again Cuesta pizza was horrible the last time I ordered and the pasta is horrible I will never order from this dominoes again

Always after 1 hour and a half the deliveries never before I once waited almost 3 hours for my food, not a good place to order .
At very late night we got the pizza in time ..i appreciate their service ..taste was mind blowing...pizzas remain soft even after hours , without losing their tastes and textures ..simply mouth watering yummy ...loved it .. you guys can try when you are hungry even in the midnight

I was inside waiting on the pizza I just ordered, as I was waiting I watched 1 of the drivers walk in, go behind the counter and take the dough with sauce out of the females hands that was making the pizza and proceed to grab cheese and toppings and place them on the pizza and put it in the oven. Then he walks across to the other side and gets on the computer.... meanwhile he NEVER once WASHED HIS HANDS! BEYOND DISGUSTING!!!!🤢😠💀
Always has my order correct, they just have to work on cutting the pizza. 4/5 times that I’ve been there It’s not cut all the way through

She tried ordering her usual large pizza with chicken. As she was trying to get her words out, the man had told her, we only serve people who speak English here. and turned his back to her. He continued to take orders on the phone and out of anger, my mother had called me. She took a picture to inform my family about what had happened and as her son, first generation born in this beautiful country, I am torn that my mother who has been in this country for nearly 30 years can go out and be treated in such a way. I hope that this post can be shared among others to avoid this location and its service to those who have the same difficulties that my mother carries.
This place is a joke I ordered a pizza on a Thursday at 3pm and now it’s 5.15 I called they said it was a pick up I said I had no car it must have been a mistake made online could not be delivered even though it was over an hour and no one called. Sitting here to feed hungry kids and person on phone barely could understand as they couldn’t speak English I thought maybe I called the international dominos.
Fast courtious service, never failed my order. if they could make their wings dryer I would give them a five star.
This is a great Dominos. My order is prefect every time. Theres great pizza in Huntington, you cant beat the deals here tho.
I have never been to a more disgusting place, not only are they openly racist to anyone who doesnt speak English well but the bald guy who takes phone orders should be fired for his treatment of a lady who was ahead of me in line, He treated her in such a manner that he deserved to have his mouth stapled shut, I will never return to this place and I will file a complaint with corporate.
My food was delivered super fast I was surprised! Everything was spot on, food was hot & delicious and the delivery guy (papi chulo lol) was friendly & gracious. Lil pricey but who isnt these days

New owners not playing attention to cc reading machines. Used to accept mobile payment but not anymore. All other dominoes accept samsung pay except for this store.
Waited one hour for an order they told me was going to take 30 minutes, after waiting an hour call back and they tell me that they didnt had my order down and put me on hold for 10 minutes after which they hang up on me.
On the computer it said it was delivered , but it was never delivered. Then when you call the actual store they place you on hold until you hang up. Very upset place is trash never again.

Bad service I paid for a deliver order and they came to me with half the order apart, call later, nothing better, they ignored me and custom after 10 oclock, nobody wants to answer you, nobody accepts calls very badly, they dont work.

2022-06-05Horrible place. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Very rude staff, worst management ever! Placed an order at 8 called the store at 8.40 manager said they are working on it, called again at 9.15 and they said they are still working on it. When I told them cancel the order since it’s been more than the order the manager said next time don’t place an order with us.

2021-05-10I love the experience I get from this dominos. Our orders are always done right, and the team is very friendly. In a town where good pizza is a stone’s throw in any direction, dominoes gets me the pizza I want, when I want it. The rewards system and coupons available always add value to my meals. It’s my go-to for late night eats!
