One of the worst Pizza delivery experiences i hadThey delivered the wrong Pizza with the wrong toppings and the center was all messed up. When I called (initially i thought the actual pizza was correct) Warid (i think thats his name) the store Manager..... told me to lift the cheese to find the missing toppings...really. Then my son pointed out that it was the wrong Pizza (we ordered Brooklyn Style and got thin crust). So I called again and asked them to deliver a new Brooklyn pizza ASAP as its was getting late. After they put me on hold twice the Manager told me he will have to inspect the pizza (i guess to ensure I was not lying). Then he told me I will have to wait 40!!!! minutes for the new pizza, and finally refused to cancel the order. After I told him this (call) will not be the end of this and asked for his name, he started accusing me of being rude and cursing (which I NEVER did even though I was very upset for some reason), and lastly agreed to refund the order. This was one of the worst customer service ever (all he needed to do, and all I asked him to do is to deliver the correct order asap (we are literally 5 minutes walk from them). Dominos - you have to rethink your campaign or at least let your store managers know how the better execute it. We ended getting some slices from dough bros across the street, was worth the wait!
Do not deliver your order, say it’s delivered on tracker and don’t even get a phone call. AVOID.
I really enjoy the taste of Domino’s Pizza and I appreciate all the variations and options they offer. I’m a user of the app and sometimes take advantage of the 3 items for $5.99 deal online. Every time I get to check out after placing my order, I’m greeted with charges that are more than $5.99 per item. Upon arriving to the store to pick up my order, the employees always make excuses and say “that’s how that app was designed. I know it says 3 for $5.99 but they don’t tell you there are up charges for certain items and you don’t really get to pick two toppings per pizza if you are choosing to do double toppings on multiple halves.” It’s very frustrating and misleading and it always leaves me feeling that Domino’s doesn’t care to make things right for their customers.
OMG I ordered from this location last night. I got the delivery fast, which I liked. I opened the pizza box and was shocked. It looked amazingly scrumptious and It tasted so GOOD. I never had a dominoes pie that tasted so amazing like the one I had last night. I saved some for today and It still tasted great! The cheese didnt get stiff or rubbery and the entire pizza wasnt even dry. It was still flavorful. I am surprised. Great job dominoes!
This Dominos is just fine. The sandwiches are delicious. The pan pizza is good. The regular, hand tossed, pizza, has the most disgusting crust of all time though. It really does taste like chalky cardboard. Many years ago Dominos hand tossed pizza had an outstanding crust, but those days are long gone now. Also, its weird how the pizza doesnt get crunchy anywhere on the crust even if you ask for it well done. I think they use some sort of industrial convection oven, or microwave alternative. You know how when you use the crisping tray on a frozen pizza in a microwave? Its kind of like that.
Dominos is the first pizza company that crosses my mind when craving pizza No matter where I’m at in the united states! their employees are simply the best, cleanest and most organized in the industry.. the app is also one of the best in the space.. you could also earn free pizzas when placing orders via the app. Try it out and take advantage of their in App coupons while you at it.. orders must be $10.00 or over to qualify for points.
So close yet still so far. Pizza was good and the girl on the phone was very apologetic... But their delivery people leave much to be desired. After the first delivery person failed to bring me my soda, it took them almost 2 hours to get me... wait for it... the wrong soda! They threw in a free cheesy bread, which was nice of them, but still no soda with my dinner (Which is the entire point of ordering it!) And now I have soda which I dont even like for all my trouble... First and last time ordering from this location, which is a shame because I generally love dominos. Only reason they get a second star is for the lady on the phone.
I called them to order, and i ask them to do you have any medium pie special, he not even say nothing just said cant help order online, I dont know what kind of worker they are its feel like Im A Slever to him. i dont know what to say they should respect the customer. i believe dominos will look into it. cause of the color they doing that resisum.
Horrible experience at this location. There’s an older man that works here that is the most unprofessional dominos employee I’ve ever seen. I ordered pizza online, arrived and he struggled for 15 minutes trying to type my card number out. Was pretty nasty with me saying it wasn’t working. Also was pretty much screaming my credit card number out to the entire store, no privacy. Called the manager over he got it working in seconds. The original guy just kept giving me mean stares and did not apologize for his incompetence.
I order from this location pretty often. But tonight pizza was just amazing. Whoever made it, thank you
One of the best Dominos pizza locations. My most recent order was exactly as I specified in the online order. The cheesy bread and extra cheese peperoni pizza had the perfect ratio of ingredients, baked just the right amount of time and tasted great.
They always delayed the delivery. 9/10 times my order was late and pie got cold. DONT ORDER FROM THEM
Ill start by saying that my family always orders from this location, and this will be the last time. The driver arrived at my building and did not know how to use the intercom. So being that I was home alone with two young children I called my neighbor and asked him to open the door for him to come in. The delivery guy refused and left. I called the store who called the driver , when he returned he did the same thing. This time I went upstairs to open the door and asked him to come in so I can get back to my children. He refused saying he couldnt leave his bike. When I asked him what happened the first time he lied and said no one opened the door and he had another delivery to do.He then took out the pizza and handed me a wet soggy box and the pizza was barely warm. I was so furious I took my money back and shut the door on him. Worst experience at a really inconvenient time. Needles to say we will never give business to this store again and will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
We waited for over an hour for the pizza to come. When we called to ask where are pizza is, they told us it didnt even leave the store!Would not recommend ordering from there. ):(
Its not uncommon to see unhealthy behavior right by the pizzas, like the guy picking up his nose up while cutting the pizza. Unfortunately this place is also poorly managed. Staff is left unassisted and panic if something goes out of normal operation. Dominos *DOES NOT* stand behind this location, any issue you report to them they say this is an independently owned location and ask you to contact the owner. ZERO responsibility, just a brand. Its that bad. Its just a place to make money, not food.
I went to this location and their customer service was awful. The phone rang the entire time i was waiting for my order and it took over 20 minutes for them to get it together enough for me to get it and pay. I understand they can get busy at night but that is no excuse for the way they work and take care of people entering their store.
Solid 3 stars for the pizza which we picked up here at like 3 in the morning. We called them beforehand but still it was wait of 10 mins when we arrived to get our pizza. Had the plain pizza with chicken toppings and it was tasty not exceptional but did the job of satisfying hunger in the wee hours of the morning, enuff said!!

They had fast service and good quality toppings when I went there. We ordered a couple of pies. We got a lot of different toppings and all of them tasted amazing. However, one of the pies was missing sauce, and another was missing cheese.
Horrible customer service. I waited patiently for over 15 minutes on the phone only to get answered and hung up. And I’m a regular customer of Dominies, first time at this location, but I will not make that mistake again.
Dominos pizza has an amazing value, But mediocre pizza. Id recommend it if you were eating it on tight funds. The delivery service is adequte. They also offer coupons which make it a deal on a budget.

Worst experience ever ordered a pizza through the website an hour after says delivered, when no one called me or anything. Then I called twice to asked them what happened and they said that the driver has it. When I get my pizza its cold and Im not able to eat it because I, ordered it at 10:00 pm and received it after 12:00 am

Food delivered when promised. Cheesy bread was great and boneless chicken was well cooked. No issues with delivery. Only thing is delivery charges are a but higher in the city than I expected.
Unfortunatly, my pizza is overcooked tonight. Got the pepper and pineapple, usually far better than this with my steak n cheese. too overdone. brownies are cold
I would give it less than 1 star if I could. My dad owns a dominoes franchise and even he was amazed at how bad the service was. Acted like they didn’t deliver to me yet they’re .4 miles away. Absurd, abysmal.

The Brooklyn style pizza dough in the middle was too thin or uncooked. The pizza broke off in half when I picked up the slice, and the rest was was stuck to the cardboard

Customer service is questionable, and Dominos locations are just about everywhere in New York City. It still makes great pizza along with other foods on the menu.
Ordered a pie pizza half cheese half Pepperoni with some cheesy bread and everything taste OLD !!! pizza was REAL FLAT & had no crust. Cheesy Bread was dry

I never been to the place but my mom always ordered the Dominos Pan Pizza and it tastes really good.

Customer service is very slow. I have waited well over an hour for pizzas on multiple occasions. They often show up damaged.
The service was great. I thought the taste was ok. The delivery is satisfactory. My parents are allergic to the bread they use though.

Always liked Dominos Pizza but the delivery time is the worst thing Ive ever experienced, i ordered a pizza right now as i am writing this review and it gave me an estimated time of arrival of 2 hrs, i dont know if this pizza is coming from Florida or Dominos is picking out the peppers from the farm to put them on my pizza but next time ill be sure to order 2 hrs ahead of my dinner time.
Ordered a pan made pizza the cheese was old I called them as soon as I smelled the mold my son had already ate a slice and so did it they tried to say that’s how the cheese smells but I’ve never looked at a pizza so discussed before the smell was so unbearable me and my son was sick for the passed 3-4 days I want a refund of this ordered I should have to pay for old cheese

2022-07-08One thing that you can always count on Dominos for is their terrible service and rude attitude from miserable employees. Order for pick up and it is not ready in 2 hours. When it is ready, it’s missing stuff. Never do I ever wanna be at a dominos again.

2022-07-10Disappointing experience. Arrive to collect the order, and one of the pizzas handed to me was completely wrong. Before another pizza was being made, transpired there was a mix up with another order. Had I not checked the pizza before leaving, both mine and another order would have been wrong. Left with the correct pizza order in the end. Pizza tasted fine, but the cinnamon twists were awful. Could taste it had been contaminated with meat and garlic residue. Convinced it contained pieces of garlic in the twists, but could be mistaken. Absolutely awful. Avoid.

2022-03-27$5.99 special is not true.My pizza was $5.99, but my boneless chicken is charges $8.49!3 chicken and 1 medium pizza was over $43 before my tip!Thanks for the past, but never again, especially when you advertise $5.99 chicken.I could order a large pizza and 20 piece chicken tenders from a local shop and wouldnt have the ridiculous $7.00 delivery charge on top of the tip!

2022-04-11A fraudulent charge was made on my credit card to this Dominos location. According to their listing on the website, this is their credit card purchase policy: ID & CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS.Thats the funny part. Someone spent $132.69 on my credit card. By the way, I live in California. I was at work all day when this purchase occurred.This store approved a credit purchase without proper identification. Very unprofessional.

2022-03-20It’s dominos, so the bar and expectations is set at dominos level. Not going to compare it to the regular nyc pizza joints bc it’s not them; it’s dominos. I usually get dominos on very particular occasions, namely when it’s late at night and I’ve been drinking and am starving but the other local pizza shops are either already closed or packed with people who have also been out drinking trying to get food like me. That’s when I turn to dominos because app ordering is easy breezy and food is usually ready in 20 minutes tops. It’s quick, it’s cheap, it’s reliable.

2021-08-02Make sure you lift the lid to confirm theyve included all your toppings. Many times theyve added only 4 toppings for a 5 topping pizza or 2 for 3 etc. Very dishonest staff. The pizza itself is decent though.
