Always fast,never get my order wrong
Just ordered the family deal two 🍕 pizzas 🍕 with toppings. One was the mushroom 🍄 and bacon 🥓 and the other bacon 🥓 and sausage. Deal also came with cinnamon sticks and Parmesan bites and a soda on the side,.It was delicious. Pizza was cooked perfect 👌🏽 and so was the Parmesan bread 🥖 bites..Who ever made the food was definitely paying attention..
Worst customer service I have ever received. Ordered pizza @ 12:44am for delivery Saturday night/ Sunday morning. Called into the store an hour later and they said it was on its way. 2:20am arrives and still no pizza. I then call dominos. The man answers the phone (middle eastern male), I tell him my issue and he hangs up on me. I call again he says they are closed and hangs up again. At this this point I’m done and drive down to the store at which the door was unlocked so I walked in. They told me they canceled my order because they couldn’t find it. Not once did they call me to ask me how to get to my apartment. Dominoes you need to step up your standards for your employees.
My household orders from dominos at least 1 to 3 times a week they’ve gotten orders wrong many times and at least half of the times that we have called before were even done talking they hang up me and my sister just ordered spent $40 and one of the things I ordered were honey barbecue wings boneless get the wings back they have cheese and bacon on them my sister knowing I only wanted honey barbecue wings she at least said no extras just plain. She calls back and tells them the mistake and he hangs up on her! So rude and unprofessional
Always fresh and delicious. Always on time. I have always been a fan of dominos but i have noticed an increase in the quality and variety of their food over the last 5 or so years. Whatever theyre doing its working. Yum!
Had a coupon emailed to me and would not work. Went and spoken to mgr named Assad who blew me off, would not help, not even give me 800 number to call about my issue. I been ordering dominos since 92, long before this manager was born. I have since received a 10 gift card which I will be redeeming at this location making sure assad sees me and is aware this free pizza is due to him :)
Ordered a sausage pie not only did it come with literally a grand total of 4 piece of sausage it took over an hour. Mind you this was the second time this happened ... the first was the previous day which I was hungry and ate it which had a total of 6 pieces of sausage(did not complain just ate it) this time I called told them this was unexceptible the told me not to eat the pie cause they wanted for evidence and they will send me another one. An hour later no pizza and an excuse that they gave my pie to someone else. So if you want eat the cold pie and we will put one in the oven for you ... well I didn’t want to eat a cold pie I wanted the one coming to me. I just got tired of waiting and my wife called and the so-called assistant mgr was a total jerk and I ended up asking for a refund but they insisted that wasn’t the card we used. I’m just totally done with the store. They have zero patience if something goes wrong with you order and figure the best way to deal with a customer having an issue with their order is to be rude and unprofessional. Goodbye I’m done with this store. I was gave them a 5 star review but things have changed over the years with them. Maybe new manager etc. who know and and this point who cares. Goodbye Dominoes!!
Waited an hour and a half for my pizza. Sent out my order at 8:00. I always follow the app and after it said the pizza was in the oven, it went back to saying they were making the pizza again. Then it said that the driver left at 8:30, at 9 I still didnt have my pizza. I called and the guy said the driver must have had a stop before me and will be there within the next few minutes. I live about 8 minutes from this location. Another 15 minutes pass and still no delivery, so I call and they said hes lost but he will be there within the next few minutes. Then I get an alert on the app saying my pizza has been successfully delivered. This time my boyfriend calls and the guy says not to worry because the app runs a little fast, even though his account was already charged for the food we hadnt received. He voided the purchase for our inconvenience which we appreciated, but we were starving. We finally got our food at 9:30pm. This is the 3rd time I have waited at least an hour for my food. The drivers have gotten lost all 3 times, my complex is right off route 111 and the buildings have giant letters on the sides so its not difficult to find my apartment. Pretty frustrating, I didnt learn my lesson the first 2 times but after last night Ill order from a different dominos from now on.
Wouldnt deliver my food to my entrance of the house where I could get it as I cant leave my apartment right now. Said it was policy, so I got Papa Johns instead. Best decision of my life.
I ordered my very simple meal over an hour ago. I was told 15-20 minutes until delivery. Then After 45 I called and was told 20 minutes. I live ten minutes away. My food is still not here. It will probably be cold when it eventually arrives. Complete crap. Will not be ordering again, God Bless Papa Johns.
Everything came as expected in my delivery. Last week I had a coupon & found a thin crust veggie pizza, which was really very good & quite surprised me. This time I went for bacon & mushrooms, but the thin crust wasnt included in the coupon & 2 medium pizzas would have been over $35.00! The ratio of less bread to the toppings is much better with the thin crust. My only gripe is that, because I paid with cash these last 2 times, Im not entitled to a receipt, which is a deal breaker for me. i only get a receipt if I use a credit or debit card. Not good!
Waited over an hour multiple times on orders, which never bothered me much since Im usually at home anyways. Last order I called up to cancel after an hour+ of waiting for one medium pie and breadsticks, got a rude employee on the phone who essentially hung up on me when I was trying to make sure they canceled my order. Got told they were busy, and then got told I dont live 5 minutes away like I was trying to explain (google maps says 7 minutes, close enough no?). Seems like theyre severely under-staffed or have poor management (or both?).Long in short of all this is just go somewhere else or try a different dominos.
It took one hour and a half instead of 25-35min to arrive and it didnt taste good. I dont plan on ever ordering again with Dominoes. I am better off with my local pizzeria which would be faster, better flavor, and maybe even cheaper.
This dominos is the worst. The employees dont have any problems cursing infront of customers. They used a racial slur which my 8 year old daughter overhead. This dominos needs to be shut down. Read the reviews before you dare trust these people with your food. I even talked to a friend who worked here and he told me he left because they are extremely racist and anti semitic and also sabotaged peoples food before. I now know why i got food poisoning. They dont wear gloves, dont throw out expired food. This place is a compliance nightmare!! Call the government food safety in suffolk to shut down this disgusting place.
OK, never again! For the umpteenth time, I am waiting for well over an hour, knowing that once again, Ill receive cold food. Patience is one thing; being a fool is another!!! Even after calling them to respectfully complain, the next time is no better. My local Chinese restaurant will benefit. Its a shame; I used to love Dominos and ordered often.
Usually ok, but missed an order of wings one time, forgets extra sauces on occasion. Dominos store 3 stars, service on email complaint (just wanted my wings that I payed for at a later time) was not responded to.
Multiple times where delivery orders took more than 1.5 hours. Thought it was a fluke the first time, it wasnt. Employees are nice enough, but man. They have very serious issues delivering a pizza.
Originally had a 4 star review changing it to 1 because i had an error while ordering online, called the store and the guy who answered told me just try again, I dont know what you want me to do about it and when I told him the error asked me to call the store he said thats stupid we cant fix anything just try again or something. Waited for 45 mins for my pizza before calling the store. The manager told me theyre short on drivers and it could take up to an hour and a half. I dont understand how this is acceptable in any way shape or form. Still waiting for my pizza.
I drove up at night and parked my car on the side of dominos because there was no parking infront and all of a sudden I walk past a car where I seen a woman and a man doing stuff in a car that was not appropriate and as i go inside there was a young man standing there and asked me what i would like and then the woman comes in shortly after and then smiles and walks towards back and then i over heard the employees talking about what they have done in the back office. This place is very unprofessional and disgusting. The woman was short heavyset and seemed to be one of the management. I will never go there again.
Delivery never showed up . Called and was told driver only takes 1 delivery at a time. Promised driver would be here in a few minutes and never showed up. They even texted me delivery was completed when it wasnt..terrible service

I have to agree with these reviews. The management team here is abusive. It is very clicky here. They cheat us on overtime and absolutely hate black people and jewish people. Management is greedy and deserves to be fired. The shift manager gio. he needs to be arrested for tampering with food for people of ethic backgrounds

2022-02-28Ordered pizza last night. Always liked the app with the status of the delivery. But when they didnt deliver it and I had to call. The. driver finally came and argued with me that it was delivered. Then he came back 5 minutes later to tell me he got the wrong house. So I had cold pizza. Why lie??? If your new own up to the mistake. Wont be ordering again.

2021-07-25I wish i could this place ZERO stars. The employees working that dump were horrific and disrespectful. I ordered the 19.99 deal and they forgot ALL the sauces i order along with it, prompting me to call the place and ask about the sauces. The women on the phone very very rudely answered the phone and offered me a “credit” or someone to bring me my sauces. Mind you this dominoes is not that far from my house. When I asked for someone to bring the sauces, she asked if I was serious and i was baffled and said yes. She put me on hold and hung up. I called from another phone and talked to another women who gave me a “credit”. Never again ordering from this specific establishment. Don’t ever even think about ordering here.

2021-07-07Ordered pizza tonight. 2 for $5 deal. Driver couldnt find my house less than ten minutes down 25A, even after given detailed instructions (btw I ordered from here frequently, so my apartment shouldnt be a mystery at this point.) The driver eventually figured it out and handed me the wrong order at my door. Took a walk to his car to correct the order, where he had a handful of other food orders and had to piece them together properly. I had Ordered garlic butter sauce - I got 2 cups of vanilla icing instead. Jalapeño and bacon cheesy bread had almost no Jalapeño or bacon, mostly just cold cheese and raw dough. The store seemed very confused when I called to tell them about the mistake(s) that took place. They offered to drive back but I wasnt that interested at this point. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, however the quality of food and the level of disregard from management has been unacceptable on more than a few occasions. Upon reading other horror stories on here, I have to say - dont waste your money or time here. Youll be happier with a bowl of cereal instead. This store is really going down hill. The amount of poor reviews ought to catch corporates attention at some point. Dominos is practically a plug-and-play food service system that is almost impossible to screw up, but somehow they manage. There is no excuse aside from lazyness and uncaring staff and management at this location.

2020-01-18Large order Friday 1/17/20. Delivered quickly however, pizza box crushed on top of Brooklyn style pizza so cheese was stuck to the box. Honestly, thats not a big deal to me but what prompted this review is the undercooked pan pizza that was also ordered. I even tried to reheat/recook the pizza but still the dough in the middle was RAW. My wife tried giving the benefit of doubt asking if it was cheese but it was clearly soggy dough. Correct me if Im wrong here but with pan pizza the dough must be cooked for a short while First, removed and then sauce/topping added. Clearly this did not happen and my pizza is inedible! Another issue was my greasy cheesy bread. I usually dont write reviews or complain. I just take my business elsewhere but this experience was BAD and needs to be shared. I hope they use this to review to improve the quality of food delivered. Slow down; take pride in your work! Proper food prep trumps delivery speed any day; every day!

2020-01-07I literally order from here every Friday night. We always get the $5.99 pizzas since we are ordering for 5 kids. Best deal. Every kid gets their own pizza and it lasts them 2 days. Hot and fresh, never had any issues. Kids are happy.
