The drivers here are the worst! Call the store with a complaint and they all tell you to come in and fight. Very unprofessional. 2 Burnt pasta bowls, but somehow enough sauce for 12 bowls. The drivers will slam 2 liters of soda into your neighbors car when they are on the wrong property and the neighbors are pulling out there driveway because they think that they ordered dominos and not you. My neighbor even showed me the security camera footage. The picture below shows him hitting the car( cant upload video here but it on social media)
Excellent pan pies! Way better than its ever been! Good service quick delivery, delivery tracking and superb deals. We had ordered pan pizza two orders of bread sticks knots and dip 2liter of soda all for 30$ bucks! They threw in an extra pizza pie! This place goes above and beyond to provide good service and the tastiest doms had ever been. When they had forgot side order of 2 dipping sauces they brought four more for a total of 6 garlic sauces. Highly recommended. Food quality 10/10 customer service 10/10 delivery time 10/10!
Had an experience with the Manager on duty this evening at the Teall location regarding a sub standard product delivered to my house. The wife called and was ridiculed, argued with, and eventually hung up on. After I called back the Manager changed his tone and apologized, but not until It was made clear that I wasnt looking for a hand out and his conduct would be forwarded to corporate. This is the last order we will place, and I would discourage anyone from doing business at this establishment. The Customer is not right here, nor are they a priority. There are too many options locally, explore them and take your business elsewhere.The attached photo is a 7 dollar Chicken dish that was 85% hard cheese and the rest Chicken....bits, maybe. While no real dish ever looks anything like the menu item - this was next level. Disregard the fact that it looks like vomit, there was next to no meat actually there. The wife Texted a photo of this to the Manager at his request, but he was unable to rectify the situation, either through an inability or incompetence. It was difficult to tell.
Order was supposed to be completed by 9:25 it is now 9:44 already paid was told it would be another 10min though I dont understand why store was empty and quiet when I arrived. Order hadnt even gone in the oven yet. No apologies no discount and no explanation. 1st time ordering from Dominos and its already disappointed and havent even gotten food yet. Its now 9:48. No stars not even one at this point. Just got food 9:50 got an apology and a free Coke. I guess Ill leave 2 stars for now.
Well the estimated time for delivery when I placed the order was 26 minutes. It has now been 1 hour. No delivery. The so-called real time tracker informs me that the delivery left Dominos 30 minutes ago. Standard service I suppose. I will not order from Dominoes again. Sadly, I doubt the manager of this Dominoes cares or will bear any consequences for his/her/its poor performance. I dont blame the delivery driver. I blame pathetic management. The pizza just arrived after an hour--30 minutes later than predicted by Dominoes. It is cold and fairly inedible. I also requested text updates but they never came.
I ordered online, As of covid I asked for my food to be placed on my table on the front porch of my house. The delivery driver knocked on my door as my husband answered. My food was dropped on the ground by delivery driver. As Im letting my husband know he can bring the food back with him and dude hears me he is closing my front door not porch door. Rushes back to his car as Im calling for him. I call Dominos and Ibrahim acts Iike he cant understand me. I said can I speak to someone that understands English. So he says I refund you money. Then he calls me back to back repeatedly until I answer. He says I bring new order. I agreed and it never happened. Im not happy. If I could of rated them 0 I would have. Very very unprofessional.
Took over an hour and still had not left for delivery. Absolutely unacceptable from a fast food pizza shop. Also conveniently when I call the store to ask about my order and why it is taking so long, you cant get ahold of anyone and you just sit on a perpetual loop of automated advertisements. Does anyone even answer a phone for dominos anymore?
So I thought it was a great idea to order from here tonight, sounded rather good, but I was in for one rude awakening. I got a medium pepperoni pizza and a Philly steak sub. I get the pizza and the top is completely smashed in, not even hot and undercooked. And the sub? Bread is soggy, cheese and meat are burnt to a crisp. Absolutely DISGUSTING. Thanks for ruining my meal tonight Dominos. Next time Ill just go and order from somewhere else.
NEVER RECEIVED FOOD. I ordered online at 11:28pm on 3/28/21. Order #2500. After ordering i got an email confirmation and i decided to check the tracker— “Sayed began preparing your order at 11:29pm”After that i closed my phone and waited patiently as the email said it would take 71-81 minutes. Keep in mind that this location closes at 1am. After a while i tried checking the tracker again and nothing came up except a blank tracker bar. I called the store 3 times at 12:56am and no one answered except voicemail saying the store is closed. And here i am over an hour later typing this at 1am with NO FOOD.I ordered $36 worth of food and left a $15 dollar tip because i read all the bad reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, “maybe they’ll be good if i leave a nice tip. And what do i know? NO FOOD ARRIVED.I am absolutely disgusted. Made me wait over an hour anticipating food for me to go to bed hungry at my hotel. Don’t bother reaching out to me to speak to “management”. Would probably be better speaking to a trash can. I will be telling everyone to not order Dominos. Unbelievable.
I ordered a pizza tonight and was given the wrong kind. When I called a manager was put on the phone and he advised me he gave me the right pizza. After I informed him I took a bite and I can tell the difference between garlic and cheese AND that there was sauce on it he advised that there were no drivers and I would have to pick it up if I wanted a replacement. He didn’t even try to fix the problem and was obviously irritated by the call. I honestly wasn’t too upset about the issue until I called and spoke to management. Good thing there are a ton of other places I can go to.
This place is the worst Pizza spot to go to. They are always rude with their customers. They have no manners and their pizza always c oo mes extra greasy. Ive called there about 3xs hoping the rude guy who always answers would change his tone but nope hes rude and everyone in there are also rude. I will never order from this ghetto pizza shop again.
Ordered delivery for the 1st time recently since just before covid. Delivery time was good in fact came earlier than expected. Wings were good, alfredo was good. However, the philly cheese steak pizza was undercooked. And Ive been a Dominos Philly cheese steak pizza lover since it came out! And I dont believe its suppose to be made with pizza sauce?? MISSED having what it tasted like originally. HOPE its better next time!!
They have no idea how to properly bake a CHAIN RESTAURANT pizza. How do you manage to turn a pan pizza into a flat bread? Also, like many others have said, their pizza has a good chance of being delivered raw and cold. You’ll also have to wait over an hour before your food will finally be delivered, which is unacceptable.
Should be 0 stars.Order a small pizza and 16 wings at 2pm, driver supposedly left at 2:33pm and is suppose to arrive at 3:30pm...... this dominos store is an 8 minute drive from my house. This is ridiculous, I don’t expect it to be done without 30 minutes but this is just too long especially for what i ordered.edit: I’ve been watching my delivery person go for a joy ride around Syracuse while I sit and wait.Will never order here again.
I placed my order online, and when the driver arrived he gave me someone elses order. I had to call him to come back and when he did ,he did not have my order with him. He stated he needed to go all the way back to the store to pick up my order which would cause my wait to be well over an hour. I called to speak to the manager and he was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for a refund , he hung up on me . I will never order from Teall Avenue Dominos again and they just lost a regular customer. Plus I turned their unprofessionalism into corporate.
I would rate this place a “0 if I could. Worst place to order from . They lack customer service skills here. This isn’t the first but yet, the 2nd time that my order is wrong, missing items or it isn’t ready on the time frame it’s supposed to be ready. Today I ordered a jalapeño chicken pizza with chicken poppers, as I was tracking my order online when it said it was ready I send my husband to grab it, when he arrived he was told that they didn’t get my order. Few minutes later they found it but it wasn’t started on yet, why would the app say it’s ready and the staff haven’t even started the order yet? Let me just make it clear that without customers the store wouldn’t be in business but if the staff keep on pushing customers away it will be out of business sooner than later. Acknowledging your mistake would be better than standing their arguing with the customer.
I love Dominos, order from this store all the time. Never have problems besides the drivers occasionally getting lost. Strange how no other delivery service ever has trouble finding it. Very easy if you know how to use a GPS app and a phone. Brings you right to the door.Tonight I ordered $40 worth of food from them, and after the delivery took too long and the app said order completeand I was still empty handed, I called and asked and the person on the phone said he was still out and to call back again if the food wasnt there in 10.At the time I called again, at this point it had been an hour and a half if not more since ordering. We called and asked again about the status of the food, and got hung up on when we asked to repeat what was said because we couldnt understand them.Called again and asked to speak to a manager, got put on the phone with someone who wasnt the manager and they told us they cancelled the order and they had never said anything about cancelling on the phone. All because waiting a half hour was too long of a wait.
I usually order from this Dominos all the time but this time I never received my order. I waited about and hour and a half for my food and called multiple time asking about it. I never got a clear cut answer on how much longer. They just kept telling me it’s on the way. I guess I’ll never know what actually happened to my order. Hopefully next time my experience here will be better.
I placed a delivery order, I’m just 5 mins away, and waited for an hour and the tracker said the order was completed. No food. I called and was immediately put on hold for 5 mins, so I hung up and called back. They said to give it 45 more mins, as it was busy and the food was out for delivery, so I waited. Still no food. I called back again, put on hold, and they said they had remade my order and that it had been resent. 40 mins later I received burnt pizza and cold cheesy bread. Never again will I order from this place.
I must say the food that they got right was perfect, but I ordered a bacon & pineapple pizza for my daughter (her favorite) online and received a plain cheese pizza, and the manager at this store had no solution to make it right... I have never delt with a food service manager that basically told me it wasnt their problem, to bad deal with it!!! Very disappointed with Dominos Pizza.
Went in to order Saturday night dinner, service and food great!!! But I stood and watched a young white male eat a slice of pizza, talking as food was falling out of his mouth over a box . He then took a paper towel, wiped his hands, mouth and rubbed his nose. Proceeded to touch dough bins then grabbed a dough and started to make a pizza. I couldn’t just stand there and say nothing. I asked where was my order , ensuring the box was not the box he ate over and told my cashier that he may want that other young man to wash his hands!!!!! He replied, “ I know” and never said a word. I received my order and then told an African American lady that he should was his before making more pizzas. She did go over to say something to him. I left store, watched from my car as they all conversed, some laughter and then the young man who had eaten over pizza box pulled out his cell phone and never washed his hands. Do you guys not have a break room? Is this ok to eat at the serving area?? I know public kitchens are gross, but when customers can see your hygiene habits , please be more diligent to clean your hands and follow company protocol!!!! #DISGUSTED
I was told 35-45 minutes waited two hours.. Checked the tracker it said the driver left with the pizza and a hour passed still didnt show up.. Rather than addressing my concerns manager tried convincing me a pizza will be fresh up to three hours.. Ive been in the restuarant industry 28 years and that was a TERRIBLE rebuttal.. This place is getting worser and worse each call.. I send an email to corporate about my complaints almost a year ago and havent heard a thing..
Communicate with each other. If a customer calls asking wheres the food 45 min after the app says its out, dont just routinely say, if its not there in 15 min, call us back.okay, then we call back to be on hold 15 more minutes and no food. That strikes up ANOTHER household member to call, then be also put on hold immediately, just please hold after i explained you have someone in my house on hold and...*click*, Im on hold.But then I talk to the driver and he had 7 orders in his car. I get it NOW.. your business is slammed. .. If you would have explained the driver has multiple deliveries, were busy, youll get your food in order recieved, would have been A LOT better to comprehend other than not communicating but shoving us on hold.
Dominos APk said order was ready @8:45. You NEVER offered touchless pickup. NEVER. It said come in to pickup your order when I touched I am here button. So I went in and my order was NOT ready. Employee said order was ready but I waited 3 more minutes in the store and I told them tobring out to my car. One of the employees makinga pizza yelled back to me as I was leaving to my carYou will just have to come back in Maybe the Dept. ofhealth would like to know this. Why do state you have touchless pickup when you do not? Why was order not ready for 15 more minutes when APK said it was ready. So muchFor Dominos trying to prevent spread of Covid19.Nice attitude your employees have toward the customer.The only one that helped and brought food to my carwas a foreign (I think Somalian) employee makinga delivery. Maybe your American employees shouldfollow the foreign employees example. I will not beordering from Dominos until your attitudes aboutsafety and rudeness change.
Frequently order from this location, and more times than not, my pizza has been EXCELLENT. Yes, this is a chain, but I have experienced non-chain level of quality from other locations and this one consistently performs to the Dominos standard. Yes, on the occasion the driver will forget the drink or the dipping sauce, but on the whole, I would order from there in the future.
Ordered with expectation from website of delivery in 22 to 32 minutes. Tracker indicated food on the way after 20 minutes. For less than 3 miles it took over 40 minutes to arrive. The pizza was not hot. Called manager who just said they were very busy and website the tracker dont accurately reflect delivery times. Big disappointment.
3:00pm Sunday 1-26-2020. Kept me on hold 7 minutes, never came back on the line. Stayed on hold, called two more times from a different phone, busy, busy, then forwarded to the managers voicemail, left a message. Called again, got a guy who said the gal was there alone and he came in to help. No prices on the webside, you must order and put every item in the cart to see what it costs. Very time consuming. He said thats how it is. I asked about specials, he told me a few things I didnt understand and hung up on me. I ordered online and will post more after pick up. Food OK.6-04-202. Ordered 2 more times. Last time, $90.00+ Good food, fast.TONIGHT, 60+ minutes to order. $70.00+ of food Order perfect 10 times. Try to check out, PC, crashes. Try to pay, crashes, says coupon not available, not which one. Price is up by $25. Repeat, tweak, repeat, tweak order.Overpaid big on 6 items. Local staff is good. Website horrible! Need LOW SALT for people w/ heart probs. I order from Papa Johns to get that. Dominos LOW SALT! Fix WEBSITE.
Ordered awhile back from this location but I got to busy to leave this review..while staying in Syracuse we ordered from this location..it was the first time I used pay pal to pay and it didnt look like it went through as the order screen did not state thank you for payment and I checked my bank acct and nothing was taken out. I received a text stating their driver MATTHEW had left the store to make the delivery but it took him 45 minutes to arrive. Its a 15 min drive to the hotel we were stating at and since I didnt see proof that it was taken out of my account my husband gave MATTHEW money for the order and tip (he seemed to have hesitated but didnt think much of it). On Sunday I seen the money was taken from my acct and I called dominoes right away stating we gave MATTHEW 25$ and he never said it was pd for..the gentleman I spoke to on Sunday stated he would try to reimburse me and he would call back on Monday..did not receive that call..I then called them back on Tuesday and the gentleman I spoke to thought it was taken care of but nope it wasnt, so he said to call back on Wednesday after 5 pm and speak to the GM which I did.. I once again explained the situation and he didnt speak English very well and had to keep repeating myself and explain Matthew knew the order was paid for but took 25$ from us...the GM called me back after checking into the situation and Matthew stated we only gave him $4 which is an absolute lie..the GM refused to reimburse my acct but stated he would give us credit at his store..i explained I did not live there...my husband and I order from dominoes every time we go away and never had this happen .. I told him Matthew is a liar and thief but refused to believe me that he pocketed the money..horrible customer service!!!..so be wary of this l8cation and driver!!
Terrible customer service. Made my pizza wrong and insisted that I was wrong. Then told me that if I wanted a refund, new pizza, or store credit I had to come in and bring in the pizza. I ordered delivery and that is not right I have to come in. The point of delivery is so I don’t have to leave my house. Even when I came in they still tried to refuse to give me a new pizza or a refund.
App always says food is done and it’s never ready when u get there to pick it up. The young lady and the guy tossing the dough seem to be the only ones ever working. Everyone else besides delivery guys seem to be standing around having a good time. Then after all that I get home to a burnt pizza.
Usually great, Ive gone here for years but today the seasoning on the crust tasted like actual soap for some reason. Called them, they said theyd send fresh ones, and they sent larges instead of mediums which was very nice. But when we got them, the crust was still absolutely unbearably disgusting. The rest was fine, but the crust was completely inedible on four different pizzas. This has never happened before, and when I called about it, I said to them hey, dont worry, not gonna ask for more pizza, just saying, the crust still tastes like soap and I really just cant eat it, so I think something might be wrong, to which all the person on the other end had to say was basically okay, thanks. Not sure what to say. Ive loved it for years but today the crust, usually the best part, was completely inedible.
I usually would try to leave a good review but this has to be the worst dominos I have ever been to or have had delivery from in my life. The place will be open and the phone rings off the wall numerous times, the staff are rude and even one time had one swear over the phone like it’s normal at the job to do so. Whoever manages the place needs to wipe out all the staff and start new or maybe they are the issue. I don’t recommend this place to anyone and I’ve ordered from there a lot but it’s the same thing over and over and over again.. it’s so close to home so it sucks. They need to figure it out.
Terrible management, and staff who takes phone orders is a joke. The dominos tracker app is a joke also. The delivery drivers are the best in the biz though! These guys are the friendliest delivery drivers I have ever met. They are the only reason I gave 2 extra stars. They should really find a job somewhere else, because they are too good to be working at dominos on Teall ave
This was the worst experience Ive ever had with Dominos. My Food was throwed together. The bread was soggy and half of my toppings were inside the box and not on the sandwich. I wouldnt even order food for people I dislike from this location. This location should be closed. Poor Service. Couldnt understand the driver when he called. I will be contacting corporate about this franchise.
Had a horrible experience here. Make sure they deliver to you before you order. My girlfriend and I stayed at a hotel and ordered from here, they took our money and never delivered our pizza, said that they didnt deliver to our location. Not a big deal but they never refunded our money! And when I called the manager he said it was my fault for not calling them back the next day? Very upset and frustrated with this place.
I wont order again wasnt happy I went got my order I did online got it came and didnt get my whole order and had to go back thats not all I called them took a bit to get them and when did was told to hold on and got hung up on and had to call back I got to talk to someone finally and then said they had my order so had to drive back and wasnt happy again I wont order again from them
You guys suck. You won’t deliver pizza 2hrs prior to closing. This is the 4th time it’s happened to me. Night shift people need to get checked. They have a little clique and I bet they tell each other to not pick up calls after 12 or so bc I’ve been left on hold for almost 20mins in the least busiest days of the week. Managers need to straighten up these suckers. Tell them to do their job or find one elsewhere!
Ordered a pizza for carryout. Get there and it wasnt quite ready yet, which is fine. While I wait, I watch the employees making orders. I notice not one employee is wearing gloves. I ask one of the employees why. Her answer is because we cant stretch the dough with gloves on. And what about the toppings? The are sticky and wet...really??? I will never return to the location again and make sure everyone I know that goes there knows how clean they are.
Ordered from Syracuse Ny location, ordered medium pan cheese with extra cheese and order of cheesy bread, pizza was a disaster and the cheesy bread was undercooked had raw dough.. totally unacceptable!!! I will never order from this location ever again!!!! They need to learn how to cook there product before they send it out.. wish I could attach pictures to show everybody...
I ordered through the on-line app and there was an error processing the order so my sauces did not show on my receipt. My order was delivered without any of the sauces. I called to explain this and the manager on 09/30/2016 at 4:30 pm said its not his fault that the order didnt go through correctly on line and he wouldnt do anything about it. I then started to ask another question and he hung up on me!
Dominoes is great an always on time. The only thing I have to say is there rewards is a little off for me. Its great that there giving back but you have to get 60 points and in order to get 60 points you spend about 100 dollars or a little more an in return you get a free medium 2 topping pizza with is 5 bucks an some change. Ok why not give a complete meal pizza side an drink. I believe that would get alot more service. But thats all I ha e to say
The worst of the worst. Called in to order a large pizza and some wings, 2 hours the driver did not show up, i called back to figure out where my food was, a female picked the phone up , was very very rude , told me to go kill myself because i told her i was disatisfied with the service because my stuff was going to be cold . Food came in exactly 2 hours and 43 mns after ordering , my food was already cold . Dont bother ordering here , they will screw your money and time.
Went today to order food and was told i couldnt order anything. They didnt say exactly why but they were open and plenty of left before closing. Probably wont return to this location on teall ave. After working all day the last thing i want to do is go home and cook. Thanks for nothing!

Ordered pizza and wings lastnight for my wifes birthday and got the biggest disappointment of all the times Ive odered from dominos of course the lstime i ordered was when you where dominos pizza the wings used to be great had just enough sauce the wings we ghtot last night were fatty and under cooked the pizza was to thick and not enough sauce also the wings were drowned in sauce. TO SUM IT UP THE NEW DOMINOS EXPIERENCE SUCKED!
I decided to order a large two topping pizza,with chicken wings from Dominos,you know showing support and that was the worst mistake I made,the pizza was cold and super dry,and I ask for half of the wings mild and half barbeque and I got some dry tasteless barbeque wings a disgrace
My first call was at 11:39 it was not answered i had call an additional 5 more times jus to have the phone answered an responded with were closed now mind you by time my call was answered it was 11:55 or maybe 2,3 mins before but jus had say thanks dominos i ordered from the same exact location 3-4 times a week jus hurts see how a loyal dominos lover treated 😢

2022-07-23Second time this week ordering through delivery Abdallah was my delivery person today. Food came hot & crispy. The wait time originally said 38-40 min. But it got to my house in under 20. Very satisfied with the food presentation for both pies.

I often order 2 assorted items for $5.99 each.If you order on app. Or pay ahead , and let them know you want contactless delivery to car, they will bring it out to your car.Check your order.You can also pick up inside or have delivered.They should not have new employees take orders, especially if they do not speak/ understand English well. This helps assure less errors on order, not a criticism.No dining inside.

2022-07-28The pizzas are good & only $5 or $6 depending on whether its delivery or carry out. Dominos is open until 1:00am most nights which is awesome for those of us who work odd hours.

2021-12-28This Dominos always seems to have a friendly and hard working staff. Their delivery times are always prompt. Unlike other places I order from, this Dominos has never made a mistake on my order. And I order almost once a week from them.

2022-05-24Absolutely disgusted with how this location has been. Go to the dominos at Walmart, so much better! Very disappointed tonight!!! Ordered a cheese dip and it was burnt around the whole bottom AND didn’t get much at all. The other location mentioned gives you more for your money.

2022-05-16Ordered from this store for lunch and they had it marked as delivered on the pizza tracker almost 45 minutes before it was delivered and then by the time my food was delivered I had to heat it up in the microwave which for pasta and bread sticks just makes it horrible so I had reached out to the store was greeted by someone who told me they were the manager I had asked them why this had happened and all he could muster up to say was I cant help you and when I said why he screamed into the phone I cant help you the owner will be in tomorrow and hung up I then tried to contact again and was told Id receive a call back and still have not
