I have an outstanding background, references and a perfect credit report. So your statement concerning issues with my background is slander and defamation of character and I will be using your response review to file a complaint with the realtors association. I also will be contacting my attorney concerning this matter.Be advised I recorded all of our conversations and I have audio of you stating that everything was excellent and there was no issues whatsoever other than the repairs on the house. Now you have posted on a public forum a lie that I can prove it is a lie. Also the background agency sent me a follow up email stating the landlord reversed his decision to rent to me because the house was no longer available for rent.Now you have posted on a public forum that the house is still available for rent and you have so called applications. I have audio of you stating to me there were no other applications submitted for the house and the house was taken off the market for the next 3 months for extensive repairs. You have told so many lies that you cant even began to keep them straight. I challenge you to provide any proof whatsoever that there are issues with my background or background check. I am 1 billion percent confident that you cannot.In this world you always have to record your interactions with people for these very reasons. When people try to lie and slander your name you always have proof of the real truth.Unbelievable unprofessionalism, I found Don wanted to discuss his personal life way more than he ever cared to find me a place to rent. I had to constantly follow up with him just to get any results and he made it clear he didnt want to put much effort into anything that he did.He showed me a house for rent that was over priced and had a huge amount of repairs that was needed to the home. He told me the repairs were scheduled and that it would be no problem they would all be taken care of. When we were close to signing the rental contract it changed to well he is getting quotes.The house should have never been on the market for rent in view of the condition of the home. I paid for a background check and was approved for the rental only to find the repairs were way more involved than originally stated. The approved rental was cancelled due to negligence of the extent of the repairs that were mandated. To conclude the matter Donald just stopped talking to me.He didnt even have the standard professionalism to follow up and advise me of the final decision. I am not sure why people do not understand that their job involves the community and how you treat your clients speaks volumes.

Don was a great partner in my search for a new home. What gave Don extra points was how responsive he was to issues that went on after the contract was signed. Valuable person to have in your home search quests!
