All I have to say is I’m so pleased, they started the job Monday morning (replacing my sewer line and new water lines)and they didn’t leave that night until my sewer and water lines were done. The next couple of days was cleanup and the best thing about about my driveway now is they put a driveway apron in , I am beyond happy, Thank You So Much.

The staff at Donofrio Mechanicals was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They serviced our old furnace and when we needed a new one they replaced it. From the quote to completion, they were professional and dependable. They helped us with the paperwork and kept us informed on our status through email and we have been completely satisfied.

I had a emergency with a water heater and Plumbing Masters/Donofrio were extremely helpful. I had tried 3 other companies who couldnt help me for at least a week. Plumbing Masters/Donofrio solved my problem with in 2 hours. They are are an amazing company to deal with and next time I will call them first

Joe Donofrio is an awesome guy.My main drain from my house into my septic tank broke and he came out and replaced it all in one day.He also removed some tree stumps with the excavator he brought and also dug a drainage ditch for me that I needed to have done.He did alot of extra work for me and I wasnt hit with an outrageous price.Honestly I got alot of stuff done because of him and definitely saved a ton of money because of Joe.Will absolutely use the company for any of my future needs. Absolute worst. They installed a pump incorrectly, and after numerous problems since that installation (that they seriously overcharged me for) they finally corrected the pump (which I had been insisting all along based on very obvious observations), and they still had the nerve to not accept any responsibility. This place creates problems they can then charge you for.

Conscientious and quick workers on all levels of the company, from the person who tried to fix my furnace (David) to his helpers (Jamie in particular, who came to fix my shower but also helped with the furnace) to Madeline at the home office keeping me up to date with the timeline of the project. I hope nothing else breaks, but if it does, Ill be glad to go back to Dorofino.

I was very happy with the way my natural gas water heater was installed by Donofrio Mechanicals. I purchased the water heater I liked (and I had options from Home Depot, Lowes) from Lowes. The contractor picked the water heater from a local store. The night before installation, they confirmed the time. The plumber came on time, and did a great job with adjusting some of the pipes to fit a new water heater. The work was completed on time, and he cleaned everything before he left. Few days later, they followed up to see if all is well. Highly recommend!
