These people specifically NORA needs training on how to handle customers. These are very rude and disrespectful. They dont even know how to properly speak to people. I will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau on this company. They dont even care for the housing they provide for people. Apartments are roach infested and go weeks before they clean the drain on peoples sinks. Everything is you have to go to court so I will see them in court.
Not a good experience! Whenever I have an issue I have to call not one time, sometimes 3 and 5 the worst thing is that I have to keep repeating myself to the same person that i spoke to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth time. Mind you he takes notes and all my information to place the repair orders that never get done until I speak with the manager that has an attitude. Im sorry, but I do pay my rent on time.
My family has repeatedly called about a faulty fire alarm on 2042 Grand Ave, to only be sent electricians that replace it with expired fire alarms and dont fix the electrical problems (because it would be too expensive!). Instead we have to turn it off at night so it doesnt start beeping wildly because the battery drains so fast due to electrical wiring problems. My family has complained for over a year. Now we have to accept it, because Dougert Management cuts corners so much!
The receptionist or what ever she is in this company name Miriam is rude as it can gets she thinks she has God by the balls ,has no manners what so ever and talks to people like she is superior to them and acts like people owe her something ...very disrespectful and when people treat her the same way she doesnt like it.....Learn some manners and respect people and you will get the same in return. If I could rate a 0 star I would ...and I dont recommend this company to nobody not even my worse enemy .
As I am typing this. I am sitting in an freezing house,no running bath water, pipes frozen within building. I am an pregnant woman who is unable to take care of herself properly in this house. It is an health hazard for me to be here and I have no help or assistance from a company in which I pay my rent.DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT WITH ANY OF THERE BUILDINGS. THEY DO NOT CARE. I WILL BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE HIGHEST COURT POSSIBLE.
I recently spoke with this sorry excuse for a Management and an appointment was set up for an intercom company to come fix my intercom and the contractor never showed...and the worst part was when I called the management office (lucy) picked up the phone and claimed that an appointment was never made...they dont help their tenants because they are to busy lying and covering up their mistakes and even worse no HOT WATER!!!!

2020-03-06The ceiling is breaking and falling off every few months after it is redone. My food and household items are getting destroyed. I spend hours cleaning everything. But they still deny to fix the problem. Always paid rent on time. But in return the service is disgusting. They have no manners and are very rude. And so much more. You really have to deal with their disgusting attitude and behavior, and be willing to do things yourself if you want live in their apartments.

2020-10-21I have to agree with these reviews, this company is one of the worst management companies. They never return calls, the agent Christian is never around. I had to file a complaint with the city, because in 6 months Ive had 15 mice in my apt, and my apt is super clean, the building on the other hand is never cleaned!!

2019-03-12Worst building management company ever. Not only is Anette, the one who answers the phone, the rudest and most unprofessional secretary I have ever spoken to, Christians Sachs, the supposed property manager doesnt answer phone calls. Nothing in this building is fixed and theres a super who doesnt clean because he doesnt even live in the building. Yes, you read it correctly. THE SUPER OF 2825 WEBB AVENUE DOESNT LIVE IN THE BUILDING. Almost everyone in the building conducts illegal subletting of the apartments, the building is constantly dirty, neighbors are loud and inconsiderate of the few of us that actually work, and the property manager does nothing about it. When you call the office, they either dont answer the phone or in Anettes case, say that they dont have time to listen to tenants problems.

2017-03-10This management company is the absolute worst! No heat! No hot water! No repairs done to apartment no matter how many times you call the office! As I write this review I am sitting in my home, it is 38 degrees Fahrenheit outside and snow on the ground, I am wearing 2 pairs of socks and my toes feel like they are about to fall off!!!! I am dressed as tho Im sitting outside. the water is too cold for me to bathe my newborn and 3 yr old. They dont respond to court warnings! do not do business with them unless you are an Eskimo.

2018-12-22Terrible service, they tell you that they can get it done and have you calling them back about hundred times, Andy according to them is never in the damn office, what kind of building management are you. You guys need to do better. An actual plumber that know what he’s doing to come and fix up the pipes so that this wouldn’t happen, stop patching up the walls/ceiling because clearly this is what happens when you patch things up.

2017-10-19Worse experience of my life Rude, Dirty and no customer service what so ever spoke to a so call Dyoung could not even spell his damn email this people are a joke and that lady name Miriam is the worse she thinks she is superior to anybody and talk down to people .The 2 of them combine dont make one .If I was the owner of this company I would consider to hire new people that would not put his company to shame. I was treated better and with respect by the homeless man around the corner of the building than the staff that take peoples concerns like a joke. Shame Shame....would not recommend at all ....I think people is better of living in the projects that dealing with this so call management company ...what are they managing ???

2020-01-17Very unprofessional staff. Today i called the office around 9:30am to speak to Donna, basically trying to follow up on issues that i reported yesterday that i had no heat in my bedroom nor bathroom. The person who picked up the phone was Donna but i still went ahead and asked to speak with Donna...this lady is going to say that Donna is not in as yet....call back around 10 am ....so i said ok. I called back at 10am and Donna answered the phone yet again trying to tell me that Donna is not in yet...call back around 12noon. I then asked her, isnt this Donna? ....she hissed her teeth and started to get disrespectful saying i need to call back. What i would really like to know is if this is a place of business or it is a PATTY SHOP!!! I cant speak for anyone else but i work extremely hard so i can afford to pay my rent...why should i be coming home to sleep in a freezer and i also have a toddler?

2021-06-14Worst company ever….left their retired super of 25 years with no working refrigerator for 8 days…. If they didn’t care for a former employee who provided 25 years of Exemplary Service like this they Don’t Care About Anyone!!!! True Slum Lord Style Management Company!!!
