Doug is incredible, his work is meticulous. He shows up when he says he will, he communicates with you and makes sure you are pleased! Highly recommend Doug and his crew. We were very, very pleased with his work!

Doug did a phenomenal job at my apartment! I started off with one item and wound up with a grocery list for Doug who managed to help me with it all no complaints! I highly recommend Doug. He was reliable and efficient and is one of the nicest people I was able to meet!

2022-01-12Had some work done on our house by Doug and it was beyond what we were imagined. Doug is super thorough with his work. He always cleans up before leaving a job. He shoes up on-time, every day and works an entire day. He kept us in the loop if a problem arrised. Had answers to all our questions. Would 100% do business with him again. Quality work done at a reasonable price and impeccable timing. Would totally give more stars if I could. Thank you again for all your time and hard work.

2022-01-12Doug is the type of professional that would give you the shirt off his back. I have yet to meet a more personable and knowledgeable contractor. Even if you set the bar high for your project, Doug will exceed expectations. Please do yourself a favor and click “Request A Quote” on his site after reading this. He will be my go-to professional as I work to update my 110 year old house.

2022-04-04I received a referral from a friend who recommended Douglas Scott Constructions to assist me with my kitchen. After Douglas and I spoke he showed up in few days and took measurements and discussed what is needed to be done. I like the fact that he asked what I was planning and he came up with options which made it so much easier to make a decision. Douglas completed my kitchen and I was so pleased with the quality of work. He was meticulous, neat, attentive to detail, consistent, thorough, has high standards, and always communicating with me his concerns and changes in plans. I love my kitchen and the quality of work he did. Im so glad I hired him and if you need repair, remodeling, or anything done with your place, then I recommend Douglas Scott! 2021-11-07I highly recommend Doug for any work you need. He helped me out with what turned out to be larger project than we planned when renovating our kitchen. He always came when he said he would, was great at communicating about the project and his schedule, and helped me through some challenging decisions. He worked hard to help us complete the work on time for a complicated schedule and out of the many people we had to work with over the past few months he was the best!

2021-07-02Doug and his crew were very good. He was very professional and attentive. We bought a house in Saratoga Springs and we had to get work done while we were living in another state. Doug was in constant communication while we were not here and kept us updated on progress. He also looked at our inspection report and did the projects that the inspector suggested and required us to get done. His work is clean and we are very happy with it. He communicated well with the other specialists that worked at the house so that the work was all done successfully. Also, very importantly, he got the work done on time! I would highly recommend Doug.

2020-01-19Doug completed a bathroom renovation for us. Doug and his team were professional and provided quality work. Typically we do our own work, but Doug was recommended to us. 2020-03-17A few years ago my wife and I bought our house and planned on fixing it ourselves. After 2 and a half years or little progress (and a lot of frustration) we hired Doug to do our master suite. The idea was to have Doug come in and remodel the master, in preparation to sell the house and look for something that didnt need work.After planning out the design of our master suite and seeing Dougs keen attention to detail, we fell in love with the house and now feel like its our home.We plan on hiring Doug to do the rest of the house and will consult with him on what he thinks will make the house look the best. We value his thoughts on the design as much as we do his excellent work.Anyone in the Albany area looking to do work on their house needs to contact Doug. The prices are fair and the work is world class.

2021-11-05We had a front patio repaired by Doug Scott LLC on our 49 year old house. Doug thoroughly explained the process, what materials would be used and completed it beautifully between multiple rainstorms. We always knew when he would be coming and Doug was very responsive to our texts. We will always call Doug Scott LLC for future masonry.
