STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. My flight was cancelled in June and air company reimbursed DDT in full. Its been almost a month and DDT is refusing to reimburse me back. The staff is rude, obnoxious, hang up the phone on you. They scream over you and do not let you say a work. Dealing with bank now and disputing the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVEL AENCY!!!!!

This is crock who sell ticket thru e-ticket agencies like last minute fair deal or just fly or cheap o air then you get lost when flight is canceled. Your blood spread among the airline, downtown and internet agency

DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THEIR SERVICESIT IS A BUSINESS THATS PROBABLY OPERATED BY RANDOM DUDE OUT OF HIS STUDIO KITCHENI USED SKY SCANNER APP TO FIND A TICKET TO MOSCOW, IT LED ME TO THEIR WEBSITE AFTER PURCHASING A TICKET ITINERARYI WAS ALL SET WITH MY PLANS, PEOPLE MEETING ME AT THE AIRPORT, ETC.ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT 3 HOURS IN ADVANCE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT MY FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY.NO WARNING EMAILS OR ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION FROM THESE BASTARDS, ALTHOUGH AIRLINE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONSBUT THATS NOT THE WORST PARTPROBLEM IS I HAD A CONNECTING FLIGHT AND THE AIRLINE HAS NO PERMISSION TO CHANGE IT TELLING ME THAT I NEED TO CONTACT TRAVEL AGENCY WHERE I PURCHASED MY TICKETSSO AS OF RIGHT NOW STILL HERE 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE STILL DIDNT GET TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON......
