This was my first visit to the office of Dr. Roshe. I liked that I was promptly seen within minutes of arriving. The office is neat and CLEAN. The staff is kind, courteous, and efficient. After the X-rays treatment plan that was fully explained to me. I left there feeling like I am in good hands. Looking forward to my next visit!

I had a great experience at this office. I was nervous for my first time having lidocaine injections, but Rosa the hygienist put me at ease and it went much better than I had expected. Whole process smooth, efficient, and easy, very close to bus and train lines as well. I would recommend this dentists office fully.
AWESOME! I met Doctor Roshe for the first time. He was the absolute best !! He took me in by emergency, he fixed my temporary crown, and suggested other work for me on the spot. I love that ! I recently had a root canal at this dental office. They explained the procedure beforehand and I felt secure this was the right course of treatment. They made sure I was comfortable during the procedure, and I had no complications during or after the procedure. I confidently recommend this office to others in need of dental care!

Best teeth cleaning I have ever had. I can’t remember the name of the lady who completed the service but she was amazing and super friendly. Staff was very welcoming and the environment was extremely clean. Great place! I would definitely recommend everyone come here for a dental cleaning.
My time visiting Dr. Roshe has been limited due to COVID, but my positive experience here so far has been a stark difference from my previous dentist. Dr. Roshe himself is straightforward and helpful, and his staff is absolutely lovely. I just received a root canal from their specialist, who thoroughly explained the process and did a great job despite my having a surprise canal in that tooth. I would certainly recommend based on my experiences so far.
This is a great place! The office is clean and most importantly Dr Roshe is one of the best doctors Ive ever met. He is professional, knowledgeable and skilled. I saw 3 other dentists before him and all wanted to do a lot of unnecessary dental work. I needed braces and they all wanted to extract my healthy teeth and even use an implant to put braces. I am glad I did not listen, Dr Roshe did an amazing job without all the unnecessary pain. Another great thing about this place - BEST waiting time in NYC! I had office visits every 3-4 weeks for the whole year and I was usually seen within 5-15 minutes 95% of the time.
Everyone was very nice and professional. I really dont like the dentist but everyone there really took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable and understood what was going to happen before moving on. I would highly recommend this office.
My first visit to this office was great. The staff is professional and welcoming. Dr. Roshe was great and highly detailed when explaining the steps for my dental care. The dental assistant, Rosa, was DELIGHTFUL, very caring, engaging and attentive to any possible signs of discomfort.

They are accommodating, super attentive to your needs and they actually walk you through each process. Ive never had my x-Rays explained to me but they were considerate enough to take time into explaining what I was seeing and what my options were. A very professional, very warm and friendly staff! I felt I was in good professional hands. Experienced absolutely no pain during my root canal-not even the needle to numb my mouth before the procedure! Love the atmosphere and decor of the office! Youre treated to aromatherapy while youre there making you feel very calm and de-stressed. A great experience! I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing dental work. Ive been twice and each time they took me right at my scheduled time, the appointment was quick and easy, and the staff were available to answer any questions I had and provided me with good information about braces/teeth cleaning/long term dental health. The entire staff is awesome!! Dr. Roche is the best dentist that Ive ever had . He is empathetic and takes time out to discuss my numerous dental health issues and options . He answers all of my questions, in detail. He also makes me feel extremely comfortable. I am very pleased and 100 percent satisfied with all of the dental work that he has completed for me. I had recently visited this office due to tooth pain and abscess which they treated with penicillin. I returned for my follow up visit to have some dental work done (at least I thought) on only 2 teeth. After my consultation, I was advised that both teeth would need to be extracted and were not worth saving. I immediately begin tearing up because I could not imagine having my front and side tooth removed. He even went further to bring a 2nd opinion in and she deferred different and stated that the tooth can be saved. He continued to state that if it was saved it would not last and repeatedly stated that extraction is the best option. Well I took myself and got a 3rd opinion and guess what? I am now still the proud owner of both teeth which had root canals and crowns and are just as perfect as they were before. Had I sat in Roshe Dentals office a second more I would not have those teeth right now. Sometimes you have to make the BEST decision for YOU and not always rely on the 1st DOCTORS or DENTIST diagnosis that is given. I love my NEW Dentist family in Harlem.
Dr. Roshe has been my dentist for years, and the reasons I am satisfied with the service I get from him are still the same. His office staff are always personable and competent. His chair side manner is perfect for me. He is attentive, thorough, and always speaks in a way that I can understand what my choices are, and what he will do. His office areas are well-maintained, and pleasing to the eye. I love my dentist!

Dr. Roshe treats his patients like family and his bedside manner along with his compassionate staff members are the reasons why I always make the trip to NY. Two thumbs up for Roshe Dental! Dr. Roshe and his staff are very professional and pleasant. Also, Dr. Roshe is very experienced, patient and personable and takes the time to explain everything in detail and make sure that all your questions or concerns are addressed. The office setting is clean, contemporary and comfortable. I scheduled in advance and was seen right away on both occasions. During my second visit I had an extraction performed by his associate Dr. Nadler and she and her assistant Vilma were wonderful! The office is across the street from Montefiore Medical, a few steps from Gun Hill Road and very convenient to get to. I was concerned that the office is not equipped to provide nitrous oxide for pain, however, the extraction was relatively quick and the novocaine injection was adequate. I’m happy to have found a high quality provider that’s close to home in Roshe Dental Group!
I had an amazing experience. My eight year old daughter needed two teeth extracted and was extremely anxious. I was preparing for the worst. The dentist and dental hygienists were so great with her. They spoke with her through out the procedure and distracted her like experts! It was over before I knew it. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend this office.
Been going here a little over 3 years now, best decision I made since changing dentist! Staff is very friendly, you feel important as soon as you step in the office door. Your teeth are their first priority!! The office is immaculately clean and always jes a different smell of a soft fragrance. No complaints st all.

All of the staff I spoke with were very helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered before I left.Update: January 2020Ive had an implant and crown put in along with regular hygiene visits. Dr. Roshe has always taken his time with and explained things to me. I appreciate his patience and the diligence of his staff. I always have a great experience.

During this unfortunate times when its almost impossible to get a dental appointment, Dr. Roshes staff was kind enough to accommodate me on an emergency basis. Entire staff was very professional. Procedure was fully explained to me and options were discussed. Highly recommended.
I Loved this Dentist, office, and his beautiful, friendly, yet professional staff. The dentist is amazing. I went in with throbbing tooth pain almost in tears and came out numb, happy and now 3 days later still No pain at all. Im so grateful to Dr.Roshe and his staff. This place is GREAT!!! I have a fear of the dentist but this place made me feel comfortable and its not all about money they actually care about the patients teeth. Dr. Roshe is the best and so is his staff!! I would definitely recommend!!!!!!
Awesome service. I went for a second opinion, and it was confirmed that the previous office was not being truthful to me about dental care.The office run very close to schedule, no long waits. Dr. Roshe as well as his other staff explained everything to me and answered all my questions.Also dont be fooled by the outside of the building (my children were), the office is clean, modern and offers state of the art equipment. I have a follow up and I will be returning.
Great service & nice staff. I am normally terrified of dentist, however Dr. Roshe & his assistant was very gentle with me, knowing how scared I was. Dr. Roshe deep cleaned my teeth & filled 2 cavities without having to numb my gums. Great Doctor so far.

This is a great office, especially if the mere mention of the word dentist makes you uncomfortable. Dr. Roshe is very personable and thats saying a lot, as many a dentist Ive been to dont even take the time to greet , talk less of introducing themselves formally to you before beginning their work. Every staff member I made contact with was pleasant and helpful. The hygienist did the best job on my teeth Ive had to date and the office environs are clean and welcoming. Oh and there was virtually no wait time. Would recommend to anyone in search of a good dentist.

Dr. Roshe is a good dentist. He is attentive to the needs of the patients, has a good sense of humor, and most of all, he knows what he is doing. I went in there with a tooth broken in half from eating a sausage egg mcmuffin and he did a good job of making my tooth look normal again. His assistants are very skilled and they make you feel at home. The light touch that they have when doing teeth cleanings takes away all of the dread that some people feel when going to the dentist. I would recommend this office wholeheartedly.

Not going back here. Not recommended. Hygienist was nice, however, they focus on how to make money rather than helping the patient. I am asking for copies of my X-rays and going somewhere else. The “doctor” who examined me ( a blond white lady) didn’t even say anything after she was done poking my teeth.
Went to this office with a groupon and had a great experience. I was the only patient at the time and was seen quickly. Dr. Santana was knowledgeable and professional, and took time to answer my questions and educate me. The cleaning was thorough, and he was gentle (Im usually not a fan of the dentist). Would definitely recommend.

I have recently moved to the are and needed a new dentist. My trip to this office was the most pleasant dentist visits I have ever had. I did not have to fill out any annoying paperwork because they are paperless. The doctor has a four-chair waiting room to ensure there are never long wait times. I literally sat down for one minute. The staff was polite, easy to understand, and made sure I was comfortable. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Roshe’s Attention to detail really made the difference in my decision for specific dental work options. He went as far as to show me pictures and describe the process to me which made my decision much easier. I trust that he knows what he is doing and by his actions, I know he does. I like coming here because you get good service and the hours are extended on some days. It is great for people like me that work long hours. It gives me the opportunity to get treated with my busy schedule. Dr. Alex always makes time to see you no matter how hectic he gets. While getting treated, he explains what he is doing with detail so you feel at eaze. I went for a cleaning and the hygenist is great. She is gentle and takes her time cleaning your teeth and gives you advice on how to continue taking care of teeth. The place is very clean and presentable. I highly recommend this place.
Excellent service. The office is very clean, the receptionist is very nice and helpful. It was a very short wait(20 minutes). I didnt have my insurance card on me and she still went through the trouble of making sure I was insured. I liked that a lot. The assistants are nice as well. The dentist is very nice and calm. I was at ease in the dentists chair. Thank you Dr. Roshe. I would recommend this office to anyone. If i had more stars to give, i would!!
I’ve always had a severe fear of the dentist! Dr. Roshe is amazing though! He made me feel more at ease from my first visit. He did not judge me or make me feel bad for my poor dental hygiene. Instead he guided me and gave me tips on what to do to improve. I had to get work done on my front teeth and I never make it back to my appts. He is the first dentist that I’ve actually went back to. I haven’t felt not one bit of pain when he works. I still get nervous at the thought of going to the dentist, but I know I’m in good hands. I’m looking forward to my end results with him. I saw Dr. Roshe when I was experiencing a lot of tooth pain. He quickly diagnosed me as needing a root canal, prescribed me medications, and scheduled me in quickly a few days later for the procedure. He did a very good job of explaining the procedures, making the whole process as painless as possible. Scheduling appointments is very easy and theyre willing to help fit you in if you have an emergency.

I love my teeth! On -time appointments. Offers cutting-edge services & products. (I recommend periodontal treatment Arestin) Great pain management (no pain). Explained procedure/process in detail. Worked with my insurance plan & even offered a payment plan for crowns(thank you!). The doctor and his office are the best. I ran into a colleague in that neighborhood and said I was going to the best dentist in the city and she said Oh, youre going to Dr. Roshe!

I have been going to Dr. Roshe for a few years now. They have appointments available on the weekend and till the evenings. Im always in and out in no time. Dr. Roshe cares about his patients. The staff is always kind and courteous as well. I enjoyed that they send out reminders via email and text the day of to kind you update to appointments. On top of that Dr. Roshe gives you a gift for recommending someone to his office.

My appointment was cancelled due to the dentist having an emergency. However, I wasnt notified so I arrived at the office. The lady at the front desk claimed to have called me, but I never received a call or a voicemail. She was unapologetic and just said I needed to reschedule, I declined. I will not be returning and its a shame because the Dr. is a really nice guy.
My children love going to Dr. Roshes office. The entire staff is pleasant and its a child friendly office. My teenage daughter stated that even when she goes to college, she still eants to see Dr. Roshe. He is a very professional, thorough and kind spirited dentist that cares about his patients. Dr. Roshe spends time and explains how to improve the condition of your teeth better than an other dentist I have met.

My experience was great, from calling to schedule my appointment- to the moment I walked out after my cleaning. Everyone was professional and friendly. All my questions were answered on the spot. I waited less than 5 min to see the dentist. I met multiple members of the office and they were all helpful and friendly. Amazing service! I usually wait hours to see a dentist, get nothing accomplished and leave unsatisfied but at Roshes Dental Group every staff member was extremely polite and I finally received the service and care that I needed on the first visit. The Hygenist was so informative and did an amazing job. This will definitely be my primary dentist office, I was tired of finding the right location. I also loved that I was able to get checked asap.FYI: I received a thank you goodie bag which was so sweet.
I trusted Dr. Roshes decision with my daughters braces. He said Hmmm I dont think extracting her tooth is necessary. The tooth that indented her tongue for many years is finally aligned. It has been a few months and excellent progress. My daughter is very happy because she is able to add various colors every month and her word are.... Dr. Roshe is COOL.

This was my first visit . When I called i was given an appointment for the next day. Everybody from the receptionist to hygienist to the the dentist are very friendly and professional. I waited about 5-10 mins to see the dentist which is and that fairly fast for a new patient. Ive been scared of the dentist all my life, but that has changed ever since I went to Dr. Roshes office. He would not work on me until he was sure that I would be comfortable during the procedure and that helped tremendously. I got a crown and a filling done and I never been so relaxed in a dentist chair. Definitely recommend to anybody that feels uneasy about going to the dentist.

This was my first visit a consult. We I called it was given an appointment the next day. The receptionist was delightful. Waited maybe 5 minutes before seeing the Dentist. He spent much time to evaluate me and offer me a few choices for treatment. I will return 2 weeks far cleaning and to decide a treatment that we feel is best. Very friendly and professional staff! DR. Roshe is excellent as well. I wasnt there for too long because they work very fast. The Dr was knowgeable and explained everything in a very professional way. I will definitely recommend this office.
I have been under the direct care of Dr. Alexander Roshe for the past 6 years: he is thorough, professional and friendly. His view of preventive care is the best I have seen so far in NYC. The staff is equally professional, I recommend this practice without reservation.

Very accomadating, Doctor works with the patient. He is very knowledgeable, since he received a degree in both his Homeland and again when he came to the states. Very flexible payment plan, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I would recommend people if asked.
Deeply regret going there. felt am in retail store. All their concerns is your freaking money.God! Where did u hear about us? !!!! Is that even a question that a dentist supposed to ask? You are a freaking Dr that deals with human health, you are not a sales man.
My experience was great, professional, and to satisfaction. I got cleanings done, fillings, and treated for root canal work. The place is clean, neat, organized, and pleasurable. Dr. Roshe is great, a legend, friendly, professional, attentive, a great listener, clean, knowledgable, modest, humble, and one of the best dentists ever. The healthcare staff is professional, clean, hygiene satisfying, and has amazing customer service. The office is well maintained. I felt relaxed on the dentist chair. The healthcare workers are fantastic representatives. The Roshe Institute / Roshe Dental Group / After Hours is overall one of the best places around for dentist work. Thank you very much. Follow-up visits are always prompt, professional and pleasant! Staff is friendly and accomodating. At one point they were not taking my insurance plan but the office is so nice and helpful that I didnt mind paying out of pocket for the visit! : )

I went online to find a dentist close to be and stumbled on 1800-dentist they found me Dr. Roche and I an so thankful. he gave me a root canal and I thought I was going to be in pain for hours afterwords and honest to God I didnt feel anything after the root canal I was perfectly fine. I had to wait a little bit to regain feeling in my mouth afterwords butI was able to eat fine within 2 to 3 hours.
The hospitality from Brittany to the doctor himself does not deserve five stars - it deserves six.I initially came here for an examination of my wisdom tooth, and the counsel was good. I came back for an examination for my teeth for braces, and I was told by Dr. Roshe your teeth are a part of you. Its your body, I cannot (adding what I remember) disrupt it. That let me know that it wasnt about the money - it was about my dental care.
I will start by saying I was not treated by Dr. Roshe himself, but nonetheless if I could give this place a 0 I would. I went in for a filling and an inlay and both were done terribly. I had to end up re-doing my filling bc they left a whole part of my tooth uncovered. Isnt this like dentistry 101?? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Clean and modern office environment, efficient and friendly staff, and the best park is Dr. Roshe who provides a very lax experience. He gave me an alternative option to flossing! Very glad I picked them among all the choices.

I went for a scheduled teeth cleaning. In and out in 30 mins. Front desk receptionist Brittany will melt any of your fears away with her charisma and joy, as soon as you walk into the office. The staff is bilingual, very friendly and professional.

Front desk was rude if u are late 1 minute they will cancel your appoitment. But the dentist was nice when I went there first.I will not go there again.
Strike 1: When I email your office copies of my xrays two week prior to my root canal and I show up for my appointment and your front desk person, without an ounce of shame asks me, Umm, do you know when you emailed us those xrays? The doctor just wants to make sure. Let me just say that if a patient is coming in to have significant and costly dental work, it does not garner much confidence in the office when you casually ask them where their xrays are.Strike 2: When I witness the dentist hand a tech this pink conical-shaped material which she proceeds to light with a hand-held lighter and that material is then placed into my mouth. Why so low budget? Watching someone light up dental materials like its a cigarrete and then have that same material placed inside my mouth is disconcerting.Strike 3: Fix your fly problem. As I am sitting in the procedure chair with my mouth agape, terrified that one of the many bionic Bronx flies buzzing around your office might fly into my mouth...well thats a problem.Strike 4: When your hygenist tells me I need a more deep cleaning that will cost me more than a standard cleaning but when I go home and see plaque/tartar all along my gum line.Strike 5: When you put in a temporary tooth that is STARK YELLOW and my natural teeth are off-white and your tech says nothing can be done about it which turns out to be complete rubbish.Strike 6: When I enter your office and overhear your tech saying the Hey, your favorite patient just arrived! and I see both the hygenist and the tech laughing to each other.Strike 7: When I walk into the restroom and the toilet has feces floating in it, dead flies on the ledge behind the toilet seat and the overhead light doesnt workStrike 8: When I ask the DENTIST how my crown is secured and your TECH responds, with Oh we use cement.

2022-01-04Probably the most pleasant experience Ive ever had with a dentists office! It was easy to book an appointment and when I had to reschedule, they answered quickly to my message. They sent multiple reminders about my appointment. When I arrived, I was taken in immediately and everyone was very friendly. I did not have to wait for anyone more than a couple of minutes! Shocking for NYC. The dentist gave me the most painless cleaning of my life (thanks, flossing!) Only thing was he didnt know how to replace some of my tiny fillings that had come out, but thats not crucial or urgent. Would definitely recommend this office!

2022-02-02Went to visit Dr. Roshes office today for the first time and had a great experience. The front desk staff,secretary, hygienist and Dr. Roshe himself were very kind and professional. I am currently in treatment for cancer and Dr. Roshe and his team coordinated well with my oncologist prior to my appointment to find out what procedures were safe for me. I had x-rays taken, an exam and a very thorough cleaning. I would definitely recommend!

2022-07-28It’s always a pleasure going to Roshe dental. Dr. Roshe is not only an excellent dentist but a great person with a wonderful bedside manner. The young ladies who work there are amazing. They are so kind, friendly, professional and accommodating. They treat me so kindly and I appreciate them so much. Rosa, the dental hygienist is incredible at her profession and Vilma, the office manager is always very kind and helpful. I rate Roshe dental tops in their class.

2021-12-08I switched dentist and I’m happy I did. This was my first time at their office and the customer service was beyond excellent. Rosa is amazing she was very comforting and she walked me through every step. I would recommend this dentist office every time. I Hope they open a location in the south Bronx that would be great.

2021-08-03I have to say i have never had such a great dental visit experience, i had a root canal today with Dr. Tran and her assistant Vilma, they are amazing at what they do! I almost fell asleep on the chair! Unbelievable! I was apprehended at first due to the reason I was there, but Dr. Tran has the most amazing hands ever!! She is ONE GREAT Dentist!!! Im so happy I was refer to this office, its incredibly clean and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind. I recommend this practice to anyone or everyone who is looking for the best professional service ever!!! I rate them a perfect 10.

As someone who has had so many negative experiences in the past with different dentists, it has been a huge breath of fresh air with this dentist office. The staff are all extremely welcoming and patient, and they make sure you are as comfortable as can be. These are all things that I appreciate as a patient, and I’m sure so many other patients will as well. PLEASE COME HERE!!!
