Dr. Lai is a great doctor. She took the time to talk about my issue and she is accomodating with schedule. So sad she is retiring, is difucult to find a great obgyn like her.

She took a new patient in October 27,2017 but she is retiring in December 13,2017 this makes no sense to me. They don’t answer the phones or call you back to get lab results. I would keep away from Mount Sinai Doctors.
