Dr.Liang she has very rich experience and friendly to every patient.Even sometimes have to wait for a while,just because every patien likes the treatment from her and got a awsome result!
Decent doctor but it’s a shame that she has the worst staffs! May is the name in case anyone cares!
Very irresponsible receptionist. Sometimes end their phone during the conversation on their own. They won’t provide any good access to doctors.

Dr. Liang has been a patient for many years, since 2017;The waiting room is really small, and the cleaning of the toilet needs to be strengthened; before, the front desk may have confused the cases in Chinatown and Flushing, but now the staff has changed a lot, the work is more careful, and the reception of patients is more patient and more active communication!Dr. Liang himself is very efficient. He actively communicates and gives corresponding treatment plans in a timely manner. He can answer professional questions and calm down the patients mood!Dr. Liang was in Flushing on Thursday until about 4 p.m. and then went to see patients at the dialysis center.*Seats in the lobby, the one facing the front desk and against the wall, sloppy buttocks, uncomfortable to sit*
Dr. Liang is a responsible and enthusiastic person. She has excellent medical skills and treats patients as seriously as her family. The staff is also very nice and treat patients very seriously and kindly. My wife had a kidney transplant here and everything was arranged properly. Thank you very much for this clinics careful attention to me and my wife.

2022-05-28Upon my first visit to Dr. Liang’s office, I knew I was in good hands. I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the facility and the efficiency and competence of the staff. Dr. Liang was highly professional and accurate in her diagnosis and prescribed treatment. She took the time to explain the cause of my problem and how it would be treated. I left her office with a sense of trust and will-being, knowing I will be properly cared for.

2022-04-05HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a warning to all present and future patients - this is literally because of the front desk/receptionist. The reviews here about them are true, not to sound bitter but they are overwhelmed and too busy with too many patients that they cannot follow up properly nor be a patient advocate. I literally just called them because they are leaving voice-mail after voice-mail NOW after Ive informed them that my father will no longer be using their services after the last two interactions with them have been completely terrible over A MONTH AGO. They want my father to come in for an appt tomorrow at 12pm saying that this was to confirm for an appt made but no appt was ever made for tomorrow either by me or my father. This smells of insurance claim/fraud so that they can charge my father for services not rendered. The doctor herself is pleasant and takes time to explain but the follow up and appointment making with the staff does not make the experience worth it. And even though I called today to cancel this fraudulent appt that was made, the person who answered the phone said they cannot do anything to change the appt bc the office is closed...which is incredible since the hours listed on here says open until 7pm Tuesdays and I called at 6pm AND a person answered/spoke to me ???Do yourself a favor and find another office that is not drowning.

2020-03-11The reviews here are so polarized. I think it is really depends on people. different clinic has different situation, you have to find the best fit for yourself. My experience is very good in this office. I feel Dr. Liang can read my mind. She is very nice and thoughtful. But be aware, due to Dr. Liangs reputation, this office is very busy. And stuff here treat patients carefully make waiting time a little bit longer than usual. But it is worth to wait.

2020-12-06The front desk person on Sunday is extremely courteous and helpful, facilitating lab reports, referral, answering questions in detail and patiently. I called Friday as well, though I was put on hold for a while, the front desk person was quite helpful as well. The wait on Sunday afternoon is relatively short. I heard they will not be opening on Sundays in the new year, but with three excellent doctors, there are plenty of schedules available. Highly recommend, for specialty care and chronic disease management, a must in this day and age. - from a soon-to-be-RN

2020-03-09Looks like the staffs are writing their own reviews. heh!! Dont get me wrong, the doctor is really nice but the staffs arent. Patients are usually willing to wait longer time for treatment since THATS what they are there for. but LEARN to be polite & respectful. tell them nicely and DONT point your fingers at them and scream at them in front of everyone. You dont deserve to be a healthcare worker if you sincerely dont care for your patients. I feel bad for the doctor that she has these rude staffs.

2020-03-11This offices doctors are the best doctors that I have ever seen, they control my blood suger and my blodd pressure very good. My mon, my brother and my aunt are all the patients here. We saw different doctors for the Diabetes problem, but the result were not good, since we came here, the blood suger and blood pressure get be controlled at good and stable level. Yes, when we go to the office, we need to wait a little bit, but we all get good treatments, thats enough for us, our health is the most important thing. Good doctor and good clinic deserve a little bit waiting time.

2020-03-08You can get good treatment over there because you wait a little longer because the doctor goes back to the hospital or kidney dialysis center in the morning to see the patient. If you need or dont line up you can go in the afternoon.

2020-07-10The worst receptionist that I’ve ever met. Unbelievable! Never seen a receptionist yelled at patients. One star to the receptionist that is rude, lack of patient, and irresponsible. Seriously thinking about switch to another medical office.
