As others have stated, the office staff are all very pleasant. I had botox for the first at this office.Two weeks after the initial injections, I needed touch up as it did not take very well.Went back for additional injections. Unfortunately if not done correctly, if can cause droopy eyelids.That is what happed to me. After years of boxtox, this was the first negative result. The botox has worn off after only two months, but I still have droopy upper lids. If you go to this office, perhaps you will get a better result if Dr Fugo does it..not his assistant.
Dr Fugo is amazing he has done 3 surgeries for me and I’ve never had a bad experience. He makes you feel so comfortable and his sense of humor is amazing. I would not trust anyone but him with my body

My experience w Dr. Fugo has been very good. I am 62yrs old & almost 3mos. post OP, following my neck lift. I am very pleased so far w my results. Dr. Fugo is very honest & down to earth. He is very patient, caring & explained the procedure thoroughly. My results are amazing...no more turkey neck & no one can tell Ive had anything done! Dr Fugo is by far the BEST DOCTOR IN HIS FIELD that Ive ever met!!!! His bedside manner as well as his work, is over and beyond excellent! If theres anything you dont like about yourself and are nervous and indecisive, go see him , he is thorough explaining everything. A family member of mine would not have had the procedure if it werent for him and his amazing staff. Call him, you wont regret it!!!!
I couldnt be happier with the hair removal process offered by Dr. Fugo. His staff is caring, professional, discrete, and pleasant and I always looked forward to seeing them. For me, I had challenges associated with extensive nerve damage. The pain was quite intense and the hair on my leg and torso became so sensitive that I had difficulty wearing pants and shirts at times and seatbelts proved to be almost unbearable. After several doctor consultations it was recommended that I try hair removal. As a man in my early fifties, I was very hesitant about going to a plastic surgeon but I had no alternative. I took treatment from two other doctors before finally coming to Dr. Fugo. I really wish I went to him first. The results I received from his practice were beyond my expectations. I was so pleased that I actually had other areas treated as well. Jenny proved to be a superior technician and ensured that all procedures were extremely thorough and ended in the results I needed. She made these visits pleasurable and put me at ease. I could not have asked for better treatment or environment. If you are looking for excellent results in a very pleasant and professional atmosphere, I strongly recommend Dr. Fugo. You will not be disappointed.
The most pleasant experience from beginning to end. I had prior consultations with other surgeons and the moment did not feel right because I did not feel genuinely comfortable and at ease with the surgeon. Dr. Fugo did my breast lift on August 8 2017. I have amazing results from him. My scars are now almost all gone after five months. After surgery I was up and moving the next day. I did take it easy for three days. The staff is amazing and Dr. Fugo is always availed if you have questions! Highly recommend him.
I am 6 weeks post surgery having finally decided to undergo a long wished for change. I am so pleased with the results and more than pleased with the work of Dr. Fugo. His manner is delightful and reassuring, yet not at all patronizing. He was willing to see me on a moments notice when I thought there was a problem. Of course, there was no problem. Also, important to me is to be welcomed by a friendly and efficient staff, and to be seen by the doctor at my appointment time. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Fugo’s office, I knew I was going to be happy with my choice of surgeons. Not only is he a professional, sympathetic, kind and funny man but his office staff is just as amazing!! He spent an hour with me during my consult. Never once did I feel rushed. He answered every question about abdominoplasty and liposuction in detail. There was no doubt in my mind that I made the best decision with scheduling the surgery. After surgery, I called at least 50 times and sent probably the same amount of emails. Dr. Fugo himself would always answer immediately or email back within minutes. He helped bring my confidence back and I feel like a person again! At just 3 months post op, I’m enjoying my new body and don’t feel a need to hide under countless layers of clothing.
I knew after my first visit with Dr. Fugo I would definitely be going back. I went to another doctor before deciding the results I was getting were not what I tried to describe. Being 60 plus, I wasnt attempting to look 40, yet I still wanted to look refreshed and natural. I discussed my sought after results in depth with Dr Fugo. He listened, explained everything and answered all of my questions. He made me feel so comfortable while also keeping my expectations realistic. I can not say enough good things about him and all of his staff! His experience speaks for itself. I always knew that my breasts were different from other women since I was a teenager. I often compared myself to the breasts of the women in my locker room and the women in the media. I never felt like a normal woman. My self-confidence suffered for decades until I came across an article about tuberous breast deformity in my early 30s. This article led me to reach out to doctors and later surgeons. One of the surgeons was Dr. Fugo. He helped me feel like a normal woman and proud to be in the skin that I am in.As a teenager, I thought that maybe when I got older, I would develop normally. Time passed and I still didnt develop. My breasts were oddly shaped and were not full in the bottom. I disguised my breasts in padded bras. I felt uncomfortable in my own skin. Being intimate with my partners always made me feel uncomfortable but I was fortunate to have loving partners. Still, I wanted to love the skin that I was in. I knew that there had to be an explanation of why I was different.My doctors never said why my breasts were different. It wasnt until I started researching weird breasts in my 30s that I came across pictures of women with tuberous breast deformity. I went to several doctors and many were not aware of this deformity. I went to a few plastic surgeons who were experts of this deformity and they confirmed that indeed I had this deformity. I felt relieved knowing that I finally could identify my issue and find a solution to the problem. The solution was surgery.Having surgery was something that I contemplated for about a year and a half. I went back and forth with the idea of playing God and manipulating my body. I felt guilty for wanting surgery and was concerned about my finances for the surgery. I met Dr. Fugo and he was the one of the three surgeons that I saw. He made me feel comfortable and discussed the process to surgery which was not as complex as the other doctors had recommended. Other doctors recommended that I have liposuction in my breast area as well and they quoted me a very high price. Dr. Fugo quoted me considerably less and he was the only doctor that said that I should only do the surgery when I was sure and when I saved enough because he did not want me to stress about the money. He was very honest and there was something that put me at ease about him. After much thought, I decided to book the surgery.When I made the decision to have surgery, I was nervous and excited. I saved up all of my funds and scheduled the appointment. Dr. Fugo took time to explain the recovery process to me. After the surgery, I recovered well. Within two days, I was feeling like myself again. Dr. Fugo sent me flowers to wish me well and his team constantly checked up on me to make sure that I was recovering okay. I had frequent visits after the surgery for checkups. I made great progress and it is noticeable in my pictures.This is the first time in my life that I feel normal and like a woman. I feel confident and comfortable in my clothes. My breasts look natural and I absolutely love them. I do not owe any debt for the surgery. Im glad that I took my time with my decision to have surgery and that I selected Dr. Fugo. I wish that I would have done this year ago. I would strongly recommend anyone with tuberous breast deformity to meet with Dr. Fugo and explore options.

There are only 3 words to describe Dr. Fugo, awesome, gifted, and talented. Ive been a patient for almost 5 years. He performed my upper/lower blepharoplasty surgery aka eyelid surgery, cool sculpting, facials, and microblading on my eyebrows. Jen does the skincare, and Kate does the microblading. I will be a life time client, and grow old gracefully with his help. He isnt pushy at all, and his bedside manner is polite/kind. You have nothing to lose just by picking up the phone, and make an appointment for your consultation.

2022-06-26Today is day 3 post op tummy tuck with lipo. I feel absolutely amazing already! Dr Fugo is hands down the best doctor and I am very pleased I chose him to do the works on me. He is passionate with what he does-and his work definitely shows for it. His office staff and staff at the surgery center are just as great. They all made me feel safe and comfortable through the whole process. I will refer everyone to this team!!!

2022-07-11I went to Dr Fugo’s for lip augmentation and one of the practitioners, Cassandra Tutalo, did my lips and I ended up loving them! Everyone at the building was very welcoming and nice as well, which meant a lot because I was quite nervous, this being my first ‘surgery.’ Will definitely go back again :)

2022-01-26I hesitated in posting this, but I think it’s fair I did. About a year ago I went to Dr Fugo’s office to get filler by one of the nurse practitioners. This was the end result of my lips being done here. This photo is a month after my lips were done and all swelling had essentially went down. I expressed my concern and requested to meet with Dr Fugo himself. He attempted to fix my lips, but this was still how they ended up. I took several pictures of my lips documenting how they’d looked over time and showed him, he told me it must be my phone camera because they don’t actually look how they did in the pictures. I ended up going to a different place to get all of this filler removed.

2021-07-01Dr. Fugo is the best plastic surgeon in the Hudson Valley. He is extremely experienced and an overall well rounded person and doctor. I have never met such a genuine, caring and relatable doctor. Dr. Fugo performed otoplasty on me and I have not felt this confident in so long! Not to mention, the entire staff here is extremely welcoming and personal. Definitely suggest going to Dr. Fugo for any of your needs or simply just a consultation. His expertise and honesty does not go unnoticed. He will not tell you something just because you want to hear it. I appreciate his honesty and him wanting the best for his patients.

2020-10-05Dr.Fugo is amazing , his bedside manner is terrific and he has a great sense of humor! I will look into getting rid of my mirror (LOL) His compassion shows and true honesty . I trusted him right away and felt very comfortable I knew I was in good hands. I had my eyes done and I feel and look wonderful. I will definitely go back to him and I will recommend him to my friends and family without a doubt! He’s the best!!!

2019-03-20Dr. Fugo is everything plus more that I had hoped to find in a doctor and surgeon. Along with his sweet nurses and office staff! I spent a lot of time researching plastic surgeons before scheduling a consultation, and I found his work to be the absolute best. I was even more pleasantly surprised to meet him and realize what a great/personable personality he has! Dr. Fugo is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on the newest techniques - you know you are in great hands. My procedure and recovery went perfect and my results are even better then I could have ever imagined! I’d highly recommend Dr. Fugo to anyone.

2020-09-21Dr. Fugo is amazing! I had a buffalo hump on the back of my neck that I was extremely insecure about. He performed lipo on it around this time last year and my neck and back profile has never looked so good. It still looks amazing to this day, a year later. I am finally comfortable and happy in my own skin. He is such a sincere and genuine doctor. He truly cares about his patients. He listens thoroughly and offers the best solution. I would without a doubt go back to Dr. Fugo for any of my cosmetic needs. Thank you Dr. Fugo!

2021-02-04Dr. Fugo, the NPs, and office staff are phenomenal. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable immediately upon the preliminary consultation. Everybody you speak to is friendly and warm. The NPs are knowledgeable and helpful. The office staff are accommodating and understanding. Dr. Fugo answered every question I had throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable. Every concern was taken seriously. He was never pushy or impatient and had an awesome sense of humor. My procedure went flawlessly and I am ecstatic with my results. I will definitely return for other procedures at some point. If you’re looking for a surgeon who cares, is excellent at what they do, and has an awesome bedside manner, Dr. Fugo is your surgeon.
