Dr. Kvetny has been my doctor for over 20 years now. He is a very caring of all his patients.
Dr. Kvetny has been my PCP for the last 6 years. He is very professional, caring and patient/topic oriented. Highly recommended.
Dr. Kvetny is an excellent doctor. He is our family doctor. I would recommend him to all. Some of his staff need ATTITUDE adjustment but Dr. Kvetny is great.
Every time I try calling to make an appointment the staff puts me on hold for 1/2 hour. Someone will come back and ask me if Im being helped which tells me they dont even know Im on hold. Ikl explain my story again and they put me back on hold. Then Ill hang up call back and either no one answers or the whole thing happens again. I like the doctors but the staff is ridiculous. If it happened once, it wouldnt matter to me much and I would just assume they are busy. But even when I get through and go in for my appt the place is never busy and I see them do it.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Dr Kvetny, was so nice and I did not have to wait for hours to be seen. Very professional and efficient.

Dr. Kvetny is an intelligent man who can diagnose any symptom and prescribe medicine accordingly.

DR. G! Please please do something about calling your office to make an appointment I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now, someone answers and puts me on hold for over 20 minutes.
They dont answer phone!!!! Ever. 23 min on hold is unacceptable!!!!!!!
Cardiologist upstairs is the worst dr. Office. I ever dealt with.
They put me on hold 5 times during one phone call!!! Without even trying to help me. Finally, When I expressed my frustration and politely asked for real help this time I was put on hold again and just had to hang up as it was ridiculously long waiting time!
He is a great Doctor, but front desk NOT so good.
Never available when needed. Only checks healthy people. The front desk girls doesnt understand patients. No one in the waiting room and yet they are always booked.

2022-03-22I’m a patient of Dr. Kvetny and while he is a good and caring doctor, his front desk staff is very rude and unprofessional acting like they are doctors themselves. I complained about the front desk staff many times but to no avail. They even disregard Dr. Kvetny’s orders. Yesterday, for example, I had an appointment with Dr. Kvetny and he recommended that ALL my medications must be refilled including the one that they stopped refilling without authorization from Dr. Kvetny. Today, when I called my pharmacy, there were no refills. When I called his office, about four times, and each time I was put on hold for 15-25 minutes, I was told by someone named Angela, that she doesn’t see any refills ordered by Dr. Kvetny, which is obviously not true because I was there when the doctor called the front desk and order that all my medications must be refilled including the ones they stopped refilling on their own. Not only that their actions show the most disrespect and disregard to said doctor but they also jeopardize my health and my life. Please, Dr. Kvetny hire better front desk staff who don’t make you look bad or jeopardize people’s lives.

2021-05-05My experience here wasn’t the best. I’ve been going here for almost a year and dr Kvetny is an alright doctor. Unfortunately the staff is horrible! They put you on hold for 30 minutes just to come back to the phone and put you on hold again. They do not even hesitate, The second they pick up the phone they just say “ doctors office hold “ that’s it!!! They also had me in their system mixed up with someone else’s name which ended up making my appointment get canceled. I also called in to be late to an appointment where the girl told me it was ok. When I arrived 25 mins late with my baby in the stroller they told me they asked the doctor if he would see me and he said NO!!! So unprofessional and disgusting to do to me specially after I called in and said I’d be late and was told it was fine.... It was wasted time and money for ubers on my hand. It bothers me that nobody cared for me. I know I deserve to be treated right let alone better than how they dealt with me. I look forward to finding myself a new general doctor along with friendly organized staff! I hope my review helps other people as well as single mothers doing it all on their own like me.

2022-01-15Most unprofessional health care provider I dealt with in my life. I spoke to a doctor G.Ram over a virtual call Thursday. He told me if the medication he prescribed doesn’t work to give the office a call back on Saturday and promised to give me the stronger medication which does work. It’s now Saturday, and I have been calling all day basically begging them to help me because my cough has got to the point where I can’t get any sleep. It is becoming persistently worse and unbearable. Instead of helping me they would be very rude and hang up on me. I was put on hold countless times and when they would answer they would already know my name. I was hung up on numerous times as well.They told me around 10am stating they were messaging the doctor for me to get the medication I need, it is now after 6pm and still nothing.

2017-05-24Ive been going to Dr Kvetny now for over 20 years now . I have no complaints with the Doctor of his staff .The Doctor is always on the money with diagnose or issues I may be having at the time of visit. I feel very comfortable with the Doctor! The office sometimes is a bit slow picking up but no worse than anywhere else !But also In certain times in an emergency they managed to slip me last second to see the doctor !You dont get that treatment in many places anymore!I highly recommend Dr Kvetny !

2018-09-04Dr. Kvetny is my family’s doctor. We’ve been with Dr Kvetny for over 20 years. He’s the best, most professional and efficient doctor I’ve ever dealt with. He is always readily available when we are in need of appointments, promptly completes school physical forms or any required medical forms. He’s been both of my children pediatrician since birth, my daughter is now 25 and still see’s him even though she resides in another state and my son is 17. Dr Kvetny never prescribed unnecessary antibiotics when they were young and gave my kids top notch care to this day and they are pretty healthy. Thank god for doctors like Dr Kvetny.

2017-08-01I checked on Dr. Kvetnys site just to get his fax number and happened to see some negative reviews on his practice. well i had to comment so others can get a good idea of what hes like. I have been going to him for approximately 25 years. im now married and my wife goes to him also. He has ALWAYS been very helpful, caring, informative and accommodating. he is an excellent doctor who truly cares for his patients health. His staff is always busy because of the amount of patients that Dr. Kvetny has. At times they have been a little unorganized which i chalked up to young, new and inexperienced temporary medical students that they have there on a rotating basis. any mix-ups or delays are normal for any & all doctor offices that are busy. The sesoned help in the office have ALWAYS been very helpful, professional and have done the best that they could have done.if youre those persons who hate to be on hold for a while, try your luck with a doctor that doesnt have many patients.

2017-12-01I have been going to Dr. Kvetny for a few years now. Great bedside manner and very good at listening to concerns you may have, he always diagnosed me on point. Trust him so much so, my wife sees him and now my baby does too!

2016-10-21Dr Kvetny has provided our family with excellent care for close to ten years. Hes as competent as he his compassionate. Id certainly recommend to anyone in need of a quality doctor.
