I have been a patient of Dr. Weisenfeld for many years. Over the years, I have found him to be competent, caring and sensitive to patient needs. My entire family is now a part of his patient family. It is a wonderful feeling to know that he truly cares about each individual. He instills confidence and a sense of calm in his patients. This is based on his good judgement and expertise and wonderful interpersonal skills. His staff members reflect his values and office operation and scheduling are efficient. It is without hesitation that I recommend Dr. Weisenfeld and his practice to anyone who is searching for excellent dental care.
Dr. Weisenfeld and his staff are great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the office is clean and modern with all the latest technology. He knows his craft, cares about you, and is there for you when you need him in case of an emergency. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend him.
I have been going here for years. The entire staff is friendly, nice and very professional. Dr Weisenfeld is great as are Anna, Jill, Michelle too! I have had various dental fillings and crowns and never had pain or any problems. Highly recommend.
Dr. Weisenfeld and his staff are AMAZING! I has serious dental issues and as soon a Dr. Weisenfeld examined me he made an appointment to take care of the main problems in ONE visit. He spent 3 hours with me and I walked out of his office not embarrassed to smile or laugh for the first time in years!!!He also saw my 2 youngest daughters 8& 6 they both had one cavity he drilled and filled my 8 yo without any needles. My 6 yo needed an injection and he was so gentle she didnt feel a thing. He interacted with them as individuals and made them comfortable. I would recommend anyone I know to use his practice.
The entire staff at Harry Weisenfeld DDS have always been great to me and to my family. Doctor Weisenfeld himself is a gentleman and a great dentist. Ive been going to his office for years and I will continue to use his services. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone who may be reading this review.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!I had a crown put on a tooth which has been an absolute nightmare. Every 3 months it falls off. For the past 3 days I’ve been trying to get an appointment to put it back on as the sharp tooth is cutting into my tongue causing me to bleed. I have been given the run around an was told this isn’t classified as an emergency by the state an due to COVID 19 that I cannot be seen until June. Now Dr. Weisenfeld office won’t even answer the phone. I called my insurance and they gave me a list of new dentists I can switch to. While calling around trying to see who has earliest appointment 7 different Dentists in Staten Island told me they can see me for it. DO NOT GO HERE! They will gladly take your money and when you have a problem...Oh well
I’ve been seeing Dr. Weisenfeld since I was a child (I’m now 42). I’ve continued to see him through the years because of his professionalism, expertise and skillful hands. He genuinely cares about me and my health. His staff does a great job and is always friendly. It is easy to make appointments and he has evening and weekend office hours.
My son went in for first appointment ever, was a big deal for us. While some there were nice, others couldnt care less. Not at all happy with their idea of customer service. Like pulling teeth asking them to do something that theyre required to do for you.
Dr.weisenfeld . Made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and help me make the right choice of treatment. His assistant. Was pleasant and seem to know what he needed before he asked her for it.I also loved. he excepted my insurance!
Horrific, ill tell you why a year ago i went in for a root canal and dr kind had me split my root canal in 12 different appointments, took a month and a half to finish the root canal, covered it with some white puddy which ended up falling out about 1 month later they told me they would call me back to see if my insurance covered the bridge to my tooth, and never recieved a call, if my insurance didnt accept the coverage they should have atleast let me know and i would have found another alternative, yet nothing, now 3 months go by and i still have a hole in my tooth, i called in and let the receptionist know the situation, she had me go in for a comp puddy which only lasted a week, ive had root canals at other places and have never experienced a place like this. Its a whole year later and guess what? I have a tooth with a hole and im in so much pain from the actual tooth, the root canal that the dr kind did was horrible i should not be in pain, shes also very rude, her and her assistant. They milked my entire insurance and didnt care one bit. Im never going back and not recommending. Completley horrible
Dr weisenfeld, the other doctors and staff are outstanding, kind, understanding, and generous ! They are very compassionate, try to accommodate, and go up and beyond for both old and new patients. Its a honor to work among such amazing people!
Ive been going to Dr. Weisenfelds office for decades. From the receptionists to the hygienists they make you feel like family. Dr. Weisenfeld has always been available to me for emergencies. My last visit with Dr. Diamondstein for a filling was painless. I would recommend a friend
Hi, I know everyone has been giving this dentist great reviews for his work which is fine. Office is ok not great like all theses reviews say! This office zoom whiting procedure is horrible!!!! Took my daughter had a zoom whiting done it looked a bit brighter so obvious we were not happy and we expressed this so we were told that her teeth would get brighter and whiter in a few days!!! Which one did NOT happen and THE PAIN that comes with this is not like the dentist or hygienist tells you- it was beyond painful during and after even worse!!!! My daughter was in so much pain and when we called office they honsety didn’t care!!! Everyone I called they would tell me i would get a call back which I NEVer did! We were also told she can get a touch up since we paid $500 for something that didn’t work at all!!!! We never received call backs or a touch up!!! Office just kept telling me someone would call me back!!!! So here we areMonths later horrible results a waste of 500$ and she will need another whiting because it did NOT work!! So people please save your money DO NOT do ZOOM especially with dr Weisenfeld’s office - he don’t care ,they don’t care if your dissatisfied , but they will gladely take your 500$ and tell you yes, your daughter will be happy and get what we telling you! WELL WE DID NOT at all!!! Worst part was trying to communicate with the office when we were told they would make sure we’re taken care of!!! Also, other office that do Zoom they GIVE you a take home kit! THIS OFFiCE does not give you this THEY want you to 100$ more for this!!! When i called other dentist in other places this kit is PART of the ZOOM treatment and is given to you!!!!! So people please save your money, spare yourself of stress DO NOT do ZOOM here! Go for the laser whitening- amazing results and NO PAIN!!!! It really saddens me how we were treated at Dr Weisenfeld even when my daughter was on sooooo much pain! DONT COME here for whiteing very dishonest on results and what they will do for you!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING but anxiety Dr. Weisenfeld
Dr. Sarlo is an outstanding Dentist. At 55 I still suffer from Dental Phobia. He is kind, caring and compassionate and always makes me feel at ease. Entire staff there is courteous and friendly.

I have been going to Dr Wisenfeld over fifteen years. I now take my two children to him, thats how much faith I have in him. His staff is wonderful and a special mention for Anna who is amazing.
I had a great experience overall; the office was clean and spacious and my hygienist Clara was very caring and helpful. The only thing is that I got called in 30 minutes after my appointment time when the office seemed quite empty.
Front desk is a mess loose paperwork dont know when appointments are etc.Dentist isnt great either

Great experience, staff is very nice, a woman named diana on the phone with me was a sweet heart she helped me alot and answered all of my questions ! My dentist was also very great took xrays and preped me for my root canal on wednesday !

Spent thousands to have dr weisenfeld do my crowns ....having problems with them years later two dentists have conformed that he scammed me with cheap materials and improper fitting ....I need implants now in all of my front teeth ....Im in the hole 40k.....dr weisenfeld is all about the money .... the office is terribly rude .....

2022-07-07As many others mentioned, the doctors and hygienists are great but the front staff is just awful. Honestly, Ive been treated better at the DMV. Kindness goes a long way ladies.

2021-09-13Dentist does great work but the front desk people nothing but attitudes. Every single time. They act as if you are doing them a favor. In the waiting room it feels as if you are in a police precinct: take a seat and don’t ask questions. Hangin up on people left and right and expressing frustration in front of costumers. Why they even bother showing up for work, just stay home. Maybe some costumer service classes are in order or continue to lose costumers.

2020-11-18Totally awful experience. Dr. Kind was supposed to conduct my root canal today 11/18 but she refused due to my gag reflex. When I asked her my options, she told me to go to another dentist that offered Nitrus Oxide, which that specific dentist did not even offer when I inquired. When I asked Dr. Kind if my tooth will get worse, she laughed and said its already rotten. This is a very unprofessional office. The employees all look at you strange and talk down to you. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

2020-06-30After my insurance changed, I was searching for an easily accessible dentist in my neighborhood. I read so many great reviews online for Weisenfelds dentistry so I decided to give them a try. I went for a regular teeth cleaning and check up and did not like my first experience at all. Going to the dentist is nerve wracking enough for me and I didnt feel any welcoming vibe coming here. Though the overall appearance of the office is very clean and modern, in terms of bed-side manners, very poor. I felt like I was left in the dark on the state of my teeth. I had the x-rays done and instead of being thoroughly explained to on what they see, they just gossiped with their backs turned to me about it and was about to walk away. If it wasnt for me questioning and asking them if they can clarify and fill me in on what was going on, I wouldnt have known I had a cavity. The lady who saw me and helped cleaned my teeth was overall nice, but I didnt feel her work was gentle... lets just say never have I seen so much blood in my mouth and only being told I have mild gingivitis. Litteral chunks of gum tissue came out and looked as though I just had my period. Though I do have a cavity, they claimed it was so severe it needed to be extracted immediately despite never feeling or noticing it before the visit. Never coming back to this office again. I hope this review helps someone out there decide if this is the right dentistry for them.

2020-02-13My husband goes to this dentist ,all I have to say is make sure you bring your wallet ... the office is all about money ... they make up things so they can bill the insurance and than your left with a 300 dollar bill when all the doctor did was take off a cap which I could of done for him at home for free ... when you ask to see an explanation of benefits they print out a form that have a bunch of patients on it and just numbers and they just write the numbers down on a piece of paper without any explanation to what your paying for..the doctor is very rude and will only accomplish one thing at a time , I called a week ahead for an appointment and they charged me an emergency visit fee... they will find any way to get money from there patients ; as a nurse the patient care is horrible , the doctor brushes you off if you explain your concerns to him and belittles you ; people go to the dentist to fix the problem.. when you express your concerns the doctor will disregard you and than when you call back to make another appointment he will say why didn’t you tell me about that issue the last time you were here when clearly you did... all of the doctors have no bedside manner and it’s unfortunate as a medical professional you always put your patients first and you listen and if they have concerns / questions are in pain you acknowledge them not say everything is fine and in reality you go back in a months with the same issue and they say why didn’t you tell us sooner when you clearly told them at your last appointment ... I know that many people have made great reviews but honestly I don’t see it.. I didn’t encounter what they did , I hope this review helps someone .. because I wish someone would of alerted me before going to this dentist

2018-06-28I have been coming to the office for about a year and I must say I am extremely happy. The office is very organized . Appointment times are met in a timely manner . Staff is friendly . I highly recommend Clara, my hygienist . She is the absolute best. She spends a great deal of time cleaning your teeth and explaining ways to keep your mouth healthy . Very satisfied.

2020-08-18Appointments always getting cancelled or rescheduled then I’ll get a call from the office to reschedule again, impossible to get an appt. Once dr Sarlo Seen my 5 yr old son he walked in didn’t say a word to us, looked in his mouth and walked out. Not a pleasant or welcoming environment and poor bedside manner, just feels like it’s all business. Dr diamondstein did a few fillings for me, my teeth were hurting for months after and one cracked a yr later. Now they say they’re only taking emergency visits after COVID. My family and I switched to a different dentist, they seen us right away, and we couldn’t be happier.

2017-11-22Been going to Dr. Weisenfeld for well over 30 years. Friendly staff and always the best dental care no matter what procedure your having. They take the time to answer all your questions and always make you feel at ease. Appointments are always well on time without excessive waiting. Emergency visits are always treated with top priority to get you in as quickly as possible. Definitely a 5 Star Dental Practice.
