Dr. Barsa is what you expect a physician to be. He explains everything in detail and does not rush you if you have questions. Dr. Barsa and the staff I encountered at Albany Gastroenterology were efficient, professional and pleasant at the same time. Something you do not always find these days.

Took my 75 y/o uncle for a visit with Dr. Barsa and he was wonderful. Dr. Barsa gave my uncle his undivided attention and seemed genuine with his concern for my uncle’s health and understanding.

I was more than happy to make the 3hr drive down to Albany. At first I wasnt thrilled, but that changed when I walked in the door. Everyone was sogenuinely pleasant. I preregistered before I came down on the the computer. I saw 3 people, a receptionist, insurance/co-pay, in 15 minutes I was in with the nurse. I saw Dr. Barsa and was given plenty of information. So within 45 min I was on my way out the door. Not one issue, high tech place, awesome staff. No complaints !!

Dr Barsa is very attentive. He explains things well and listens. The Clifton Park office is friendly and quiet. Both Albany and Clifton Park are nice to go to.

Every staff is respectful and kind. Dr. Barsa is a very knowledgeable doctor and always helps to his best ability. This place is very easy going and follows ALL COVID protocols. I feel very safe in this environment. I highly suggest Dr. Barsa because he makes you feel comfortable and always makes a solution. He will always listen to you and you never feel rushed. Im happy I have him as my GI doctor. This office is wonderful and I highly recommended it, thank you guys

Safe environment, the staff makes sure all of the patience info is accurate. The staff also makes you feel like a person not like some number in a file. Dr. Barsa makes you feel comfortable and tries to answer any and all questions you may have. I definitely recommend this office to others. Thank you for all you do@

Kind, professional and courteous staff. Dr. Barsa took notes on everything answer to his detailed questions. Listened to everything and did not make me feel rushed at all. Very confident in my treatment with Dr. Barsa and the practice.

The pre appt check in made things so much easier, no digging for insurnace cards, etc. I wish all offices had same. The medical assistant was curteous and pleasant. Dr. Barsa and the student PA were both very thorough, did not rush my visit and truly listened to every thing I said, went over each of my complaints and described medical possibilities. Great bedside manner!
