I always have hard time when it’s come to go to this doctor’s office.I have to wait for hour to be served. They never called you name when you ask they got nervous.
I had a brain aneurysm, a brain bleed. He was my primary physician. I went to the same emergency room he was at, and to my understanding, he orchestrated the treatment Doctors, the surgical team that saved my life. I am fully functional now, forever greatfull! The best.
Waited minimal an hour each time I go there for a simple script refill. Visited yesterday Friday at 12 noon appointment. Script never sent to pharmacy. Called again at 4pm was told it was being sent over them and there. 4:20 still no script sent. Called back the doctor at 4:25 and phones turned off even though they close at 4:30. Saturday comes says they open at 8:30 am. Been calling all morning to speak to someone about my script that still hasnt been sent over and nobody is answering the phones.
My boyfriend went to this office for an ongoing problem. They required this test, and that test and would schedule things without checking if it was covered by insurance. He ended up with bills and he kept calling and calling after leaving messages and no one getting back to him. They dont do what they are supposed to and now because of Covid he doesnt have insurance and this all couldve been handled before this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!
Have been leaving messages for my antibiotics refill for 6 days pharmacy has left several messages meanwhile my infection rages on they oviously dont care about there patience at all by dog gets better care at veterinary
I think e is a great doctor now I only saw him once because he left the massapequa office and went to North Babylon. So I will be making an appt there.
My experience with this office is amazing each time I go. The staff is so personable, friendly and quick when it comes to my needs. Always walk out of there feeling satisfied. Staff is always very helpful. Would definitely recommend!
Dr. Khalid N oori is an excellent doctor! He cares so much for his patients. Dr. N oori saved my life. I have some health issues and Dr. Noori got to the root of the problem. I feel fantastic now and I thank Dr. Noori and his staff from the bottom of my heart!
On my 2nd visit w Dr. Noori, he answered his personal cell phone during my appointment, interrupting me mid sentence & never apologized. That was it for me, never went back.
The worst office and staff , the doctor answered his personal cell, during my appointment, and when to see another patient, never apologize, also the nurse showdown the lights office before I leaves, and the person who schedule the next appointment is so nasty, unpleasant, very bad experience
Always helpful. Remind me of all my medications need staff is very kind and helpful they make my visit complete.
Dr Noori is awesome l first became his patients at Good Samaritan Hospital.The office is quite and thorough.😊

2022-09-09My name is Joseph Tabares, I was supposed to be a new patient with this practice but I am not happy with the service there, the lack of attention from the front office staff there. I had an appointment today and was not able to get ahold of a single person from the front desk. I have excellent insurance and not even with that, I cant reach a single person.

2021-10-19Absolutely love this practice ! sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but its sooo worth it ! I have seen a few different providers here & like them all !!! staff is very friendly & kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great PCP !!!!

2021-05-29This is the WORST practice I have ever dealt with. My elderly mother has been out of LIFE SAVING medications for several days now. Two days ago she was told her prescriptions were sent in and she should be receiving them. Just checked with the pharmacy and her medication was NEVER called in. It is now a Holiday weekend and she does not her her medication. This is not the first time this so called Doctors office has done this. My mother has to constantly argue and beg to get her prescriptions refilled. Is this how you treat your patients? Im disgusted with your lack of urgency and failure to provide desperate care for an elderly patient.

2021-08-02Hes been a great doctor for me, but DO NOT allow them to have your prescription sent electronically. Request a written script. Too many times they forgot to get it send over to the pharmacy.

2020-10-18I came down with COVID-19 and was quite ill and hospitalized for over a week. Dr. Noori and his team took excellent care of me and my wife. These doctors have an amazing bedside manner, answer questions and kept us in the loop on our progression. I was in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Noori.

2021-01-21Edit: I was reassigned to another doctor under his practice a few years ago (i don’t think Dr. Noori works himself anymore) and I’ve been going to him ever since. Office staff have been largely replaced by much nicer staffs with a few exceptions that are still very unfriendly and unprofessional (depends who you get). Definitely not as bad as a few years ago but still has room for more improvements.

2019-03-01It is amazing how Unprofessional, incompetent, rude, nasty and unpleasant some of the staff is.Not only are they that but they don’t know what you come in for half the time, constantly miss place paper work and don’t know how to set up basic appointments that correspond with your last appointment.They scheduled me for a EKG when I called for a PPD Tuberculosis test, And was confused as to why I came in for a PPD test, that day they gave me 2 other appointments for a few other things and told me the next time I come in two days later that I would get bloodwork done and have the PPD test read. I get the PPD test done and was scheduled to comeback the two days later and they were unsure why I was there, and were again rude because they messed up, which is absolutely ridiculous.After one of my next appointments That is an important one, I will never use this office or Dr. Noori ever again, it’s not like he’s ever there to see his patients anyway. It’s time to find a new primary care Dr.Over all it is sad that after the switch in offices how unprofessional their staff has become. I wouldn’t recommend this office or Dr. Noori to anyone.

2019-08-06I was visiting out of town and was referred to Dr. Noori. I can be a hard critic of doctors offices and the people employed there. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I’m not feeling well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time at Dr. Noori’s office was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was great to be treated with such a high level of professionalism and care. Thank you Dr. Noori and to your amazing staff for making me feel better!

2016-12-13This office is the absolute worst. All they care about is money. Its actually styled more of a clinic where anyone just comes in and talks to you, and they lie to you on when making appointments stating that you will see the doctor you made an appointment with only to see someone else upon your arrival. Dr. Noori may be a doctor, however he is not professional, and his ability to communicate with patients is pedestrian at best. Dr. Noori looks to maximize office visits so he can bank money from your insurance company and your cumulative copays rather than consider the quality of life of the patient he is treating.Please, if you are looking for a family doctor, consider looking elsewhere, as I will be.I only continued to visit this office because of Dr. Tangsuan, however it seems she has also had enough of this circus of an office.
