Hands down the best! Dr. Campanella and Dr. Kokkinakis are the most compassionate physicians I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their staff is top notch and made my pregnancy journey a wonderful experience. Being in the healthcare field I have come across many offices and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is!
Premier OBGYN is the best practice and I was so lucky to have found them. During my 1st pregnancy in my first trimester I would bleed often I was constantly worried I worked 2 hours away and would call sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, they even waited for me one day past office hours to check the baby and give me peace of mind. The staff is like family and youre always heard, there is enough to worry about while pregnant my doctor was never one of them. Campanella and Kokkinakis always kept me calm they made me laugh. Cathy Naima Britney Kathy the sonogram technician everyone in that office put up with so much crazy from me with a smile and kind words. They have delivered my two children my niece my nephew and 4 other close friends children, some of which were high risk. With that thank you Premier OBGYN Im truly grateful for all that you have done for me and my family
Dr. Kokkanakis is by far one of the nicest doctors Ive met, BUT his staff is so unprofessional and rude. His assistant, which I will only give the first letter of her first name and save her the embarrassment B denied me medical care because of an existing issue that needed to be resolved. She refused to order me medicine, which my insurance company was paying for because of an existing issue??????? If I get sick then what???! I have a horrible case of stage 4 endo and she wants to leave EXPIRED medicine in??????!!!! Thats med-mal at its best right here!Dr. Kokkanakis.....if you ever read this, please hire new staff starting with B! I wont be returning because of how I was treated and it doesnt look like Im the first to complain. Do something about your staff before its too late.
I had nothing but the best experiences at this practice ! Dr. Campanella and Dr. Kokkinakis are the best doctors around ! Their practice is fast, clean and most importantly professional. Everyone from the front desk staff to the midwives & Pas that I saw were kind, courteous, and helpful. I have been a patient for over many years and still would travel for their care . Happy to always have exceptional care ! Would highly and gladly recommend Premier obgyn
Dr. Kokkinakis and Dr. Campanella are wonderful. They are both very compassionate. I’m so glad I switched to this practice during my pregnancy. Nurse Kathie is also wonderful. They all got me through a very difficult time. I would definitely recommend them
Best OBGyn’s! Dr Campanella and Dr Kokinakis delivered my children via csection. They took amazing care of me during my pregnancies and Dr Campanella was there for me haha through a difficult gallbladder issue during my second pregnancy which resulted in the removal of my gallbladder while 7 months pregnant. He took great care of me and my son who is a happy healthy three and a half year old now. All my children are happy and healthy children. The staff are incredible! Soo soo nice! The nurses treat me like a friend and listen to me and love seeing my babies grow bigger and bigger every visit! Love them all!
I have only seen Dr. Kokkinakis but I LOVE him! He is absolutely amazing! I hear nothing but great things about Dr. Campanella and he delivered two of my nieces and my nephew. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the office is very clean! I have highly recommended this practice to anyone I know I will continue to do so!
This doctor and his staff are a godsend... from the moment I walked into his office I felt like family .... and when I found out I was having a miscarriage he spend his time with me making sure I understood the what .. how ... and why and I’ve never been more thankful for this kind of treatment. Even at the hospital he held my hand through it all .. I have my family impatiently wanting to make an appointment with him. THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR EVERYTHING and I can’t wait to continue my journey with you!!!
If I could give this office no stars I would have. The incompetence of the staff is absolutely astonishing. A call back from the nurse takes at least 5 hours and even then issues are not resolved. On top of there incompetence they are rude and inconsiderate. First they told me I was not pregnant , I went home took a CVS PREGNANCY TEST AND IT WAS POSITIVE.I have been waiting for a simple prescription to be sent to the pharmacy for 4 days! This is unfortunate because my experience with Doctor Campanella/ Kokkinokis has been great but the people they choose to run their office are imbeciles.
I could not be happier with Premier OBGYN - Dr Campanella, Dr Kokkinakis, and the entire staff are gracious, friendly, and approachable. They have delivered one of my children with another on the way and have always treated me like i was the most important person in the room. My daughter was a complicated birth and they handled everything with precision and explained each step and what the next one was. I read some reviews from earlier and it seems like someone with an agenda judging by the initial and subsequent comments. Its a shame because in my experience in their office, if theres a problem its not them its YOU. Go to Premier OBGYN with confidence knowing you will be in the best of hands with doctors and an office staff who cares!!!!
Have been going here for years. Both doctors delivered my children and make you feel so comfortable and welcomed! The receptionist try their hardest to fit you into the schedule and accommodate you with the best timing to fit your needs! They have all made my pregnancy and delivery a positive experience and I am forever greatful for that!
Premier OBGYN has always been there for me since I started going to them 10 years ago. Dr. Kokkinakis, Kathy, and the staff members always show me so much support and I could never thank them enough. I was with my gyn for 20 + yrs. I switched to this group because I have heard wonderful feedback . My name is Angela Brunetti-Percaccio. Well to be honest, Im definitely not impressed. In early November, I was told that I had a polyp to be removed in the hospital. The doctor was informative and I figured it was going to be a an easy ride. Well it is February and I still have no appr for procedure! I call and leave messages. I am told Brittny aka Ms Hollywood, would get back to me. If I spoke to her once, the 7 times that I called it is alot. How can you keep saying do to covid, no hospitalAppts? The receptionists could be rude! I just dont understand how an office is ran this way! I definitely will be transferring doctors ...
Dr.Campanella delivered my son and was amazing! He is kind,caring, and actually listens to you.The c section scar looks a million times better than what my previous doctor had done. I was nervous seeing a new doctor since we moved from a different state but he made me feel comfortable the entire time.
The most professional OBGYN practice I have experienced! Their kindness, caring and compassion knows no limits. Combined with their outstanding office management, this office goes above and beyond the standards of care! A wonderful practice that will take care of all your OBGYN needs!
First I would like to start by saying how wonderful this office is. I in all the years I have been a patient never once had any difficulties making appointments, having my phone calls returned etc. I would like to commend the office staff for putting their patients safety first and handling what became a very hostile situation in a calm and appropriate manner. A very irate women came in annoyed because she was nearly 45 min late and could no longer be seen. She proceeded to scream and curse at the girls. She was making outrageous threats towards employees and making a HUGE scene. Never once was the office staff rude or belittling to this women. Thankfully the police were called and the situation was handled. Dr. Campanella, Dr. Kokkinakis and staff are wonderful and I would recommend them over and over again!
This is my second pregnancy with Campanella and Koukanakis and I wouldn’t change a thing. They are the best doctors I have ever had I wish they were my PCP too! Great office, great staff, great doctors!
I am honestly disgusted and appalled at how the office manager and staff treated my sister! I would first like to meantion my sister is a high school teacher who cares deeply about her students and has a lot of unplanned events that pop up. She makes sure to call within a timely matter to reschedule. This is a person they are dealing with that has been suffering for a great deal of time not only did they treat her like a criminal today but now she also has to deal with the fact that she is still not healed and still in a great deal of pain! I work at a hospital and deal with way worse situations and actually get disrespected but i have to hold everything in and act professionally because that is what i signed up for as being a health care provider! unacceptable !!
I have been going to Dr. Campanella for the past 3 years! Im from South Jersey and dont mind the travel to Staten Island because I trust Dr. Campanella and his entire office!! Dr. Campanella is not one to just do the exam and be done!! Hes actually concerned about your well being!! And will sit and ask how youre doing! He explains everything very thoroughly and doesnt miss out any detail! The office is very friendly, professional and clean! I highly recommend this practice!!!
I switched over to Dr Campanella about 5 years ago. This was the best decision I made. I feel extremely comfortable with him. He is compassionate and gentle. Very informative takes his time explaining. I Definitely recommend him.
5 months pregnant and Ive been going here since I found out and I couldnt be happier. The office always answers my calls and the staff listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed and I never have to wait long to be seen. I always leave feeling relieved and happy. I dont have other offices to compare since this is my first pregnancy, but I would hope other offices are as caring and thorough as this one.
I have been a patient at this office for several years and referred several family members for their prenatal care. Every member of the premier team has went above and beyond to make my prenatal experience nothing less than great! The negative reviews are laughable, you can tell when someone isn’t used to getting their way !
I have been a long time patient they have delivered my children. They are professional and very detailed office. I have received quick return call and prompt refills on necessary prescriptions. I love the office and have total confidence in the care I receive.
I loved these doctors. Dr Kokkinakis delivered my son in 2014. But today it was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment with DR. Companella in Staten Island, because I had a problem and next available appointment in Brooklyn would have been in a month.My husband took half a day off to take me and our son to Staten Island. When I was already undressed a woman came in and asked what was the problem. I was surprised and started asking where was my doctor. She kept on insisting that I made an appointment with her. Jeanette Driscoll, and that dr. wasnt there. I asked specifically dr. Companella when I made an appointment. Then she got aggravated and raised her voice, Any issues with language? I guess she decided to diminish me because of my Russian accent, by the way, my English is fluent. I was shocked. I barely made it to the reception, because I started shaking and couldnt even find my way out, thats how I was stressed. She said, You want to find the way out? and showed me the door. Never ever in my life did I experience so much humiliation. Janette Driscoll shouldnt come nowhere near any patient. This person lacks not only professionalism but simple human qualities so necessary for the doctor -COMPASSION. Dr. Companella has been my OBGYN for the past 5 years. So sad I will never come back to this office. Nobody even tried to apologize.
I had the worse experience today. I was almost rejected again today because they are money greedy. I blame them for losing my baby this weekend, because if they would of seen me on my appointment instead of turning me away maybe I’ll be ok today. But they were nasty saying how this happens it’s no ones fault but yet at the end if you want to be seen today we will have to charge you. Like this is the sympathy they show me I’m crying my eyes out, and then they had the nerve to ask the father of my baby who are you, who are you, when I couldn’t speak for myself. Then they saw me but like just to shut me up, with attitude. And then when we were leaving they gave us dirty looks. I never felt so bad in my life and this is supposed to be a doctors office. Money greedy nasty workers.
I highly recommend this practice. Everyone from the Doctors, Nurses, to the office staff are excellent. They go out of their way no questions asked to try to accommodate you. Hands down they are an incredible group of individuals and I’m happy to be a patient there.
I had switched doctors because the doctor that delivered my first two children stopped delivering. I highly recommend both doctors in the practice. Dr.Campanella delivered my third child. He was so nice and calm in delivery room. It was such a pleasant experience and I did see Dr. Kokonokis the entire pregnancy because he runs on time. Today I had to get a procedure done with Dr. Kokkonokis not under the happiest circumstances and he showed a lot of empathy. His bedside manner was amazing. I am not one to write reviews but I felt like the experience I have had with this practice is worth writing about.
Seriously the best Doctors on the Island. Theyre very patient and have the best bed side manner. They delivered two of my babies and I would have 5 more just so I can see them more lol.
Dr. Kokkinakis is the best doctor and one of the best people I have ever met in my life. He saved the life of my baby and my life and I will be forever grateful to him! He is a great doctor and a wonderful person - he is very intelligent, caring and compassionate. I always recommend him highly to my friends and family. He truly cares about his patients - I referred my mom to Dr. Kokkinakis and she is so grateful too.He is my doctor for more than three and a half years already. I have seen many ob/gyn doctors before I met Dr. Kokkinakis - and he is absolutely the best! He always treats his patients with a great respect, takes his time to explain everything and always goes above and beyond to help. He is amazing!I’m so happy that Dr. Kokkinakis is my doctor and I always look forward to my appointments knowing that I receive the best medical care possible. His clinical and surgical skills are superior. I feel so safe knowing that I’m treated by the best doctor in the ob/gyn field. He is a true hero. I wish we had more doctors like Dr. Kokkinakis. So far my experience has been . . . Not the best.The woman who answers the phones needs to be trained a little better on answering the phones and people skills.Really enjoyed Jeanette she was wonderful.

Had an appointment for today, when I arrived I was told at the front desk that I have it a month later and probably there was a “miscommunication”. No, there was no miscommunication, I clearly remember it was confirmed for today. Nobody even said sorry.
I have visited this practice on a few occasions. I can’t find anything to complain about very professional and courteous environment. For any of my appointments, I did not have to wait long before being seen.
Such an amazing fast fun and friendly office this is! I enjoyed my visit the MA’s and Doctors made me feel so comfortable and welcomed me in as family during my first visit! I will refer them and ANYBODY!!😊😊
What I just witnessed in this doctors office was a disgrace. This poor young lady came in seeking help and the doctors office completely ignored her. She looked in pain and in need of medical assistance and because she was rattled up, they called the cops on her. I will never be coming back to this office or bringing my doctors here again.
My Wife is a long time patient of this office , they delivered our twins and , this is a very professional office. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to see good doctors

2021-09-23Had my first appointment with Dr.Kokkinakis yesterday and was very pleased not just with the doctor himself, but his support staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, as my pregnancy brain took me to the wrong office 15 minutes away. As someone in the medical field I hate being that client - but they were very sweet and got me seen as soon as I got in. Dr.Kokkinakis was the type of doctor I prefer, answered my questions and reassured me in a timely matter. Im sure if I was the type of patient that needed a more in depth exam I wouldve received it, as he asked me numerous times if there were any other concerns - but I like to get in and out of my appointments and was thrilled that I could be seen efficiently and without having to dwell. Front desk was super sweet, and I look forward to my following appointments knowing my little guys health is in good hands.

2021-03-04Dr. Kokkinakas and Campanella have delivered both of our children. They always return calls promptly, explain everything in great detail (no matter how many times it takes to understand), and are very thorough and professional in their examinations. My wife switched to this office during her first pregnancy, and we couldnt be happier. The staff is always professional and accommodating and the office is very clean - it truly is a top notch experience. We are very thankful we switched to this office when we did. Both doctors delivered our children, both were awesome during the process and leading up to their birth. We strongly recommend this office to everyone and anyone.

2021-03-15Dr. Campanella & Dr. Kokkinakis are by far the best doctors I have ever been to. Their knowledge and bedside manner is unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. I have had two high risk pregnancies, resulting in premature labors/births, and can never thank these doctors enough for saving my boys lives. Believe me when I tell you, they were “the calm in the storm” for my pregnancies and births. THANK YOU!

2021-01-02I am so grateful I was able to find two truly caring and compassionate doctors during my second pregnancy which took place during the pandemic. Although I was not able to have my husband attend any appointments which was a fear of mine, I was always made to feel comfortable and cared for. They paid very close attention while monitoring me during my pregnancy, addressed all concerns I had and they took every precaution to ensure my baby came into the world healthy and of course that I was healthy. Thank you Dr.Kokkinakis and Dr. Campanella for taking such good care of me and my baby!

2021-09-23I cannot express how amazing this practice is - Dr Kokkinakis delivered both of my children (c-sections) and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Dr Campanella, he too, when I was in the ER with high BP he came right to my bedside with a plan and answered all my questions - the bed side manor of both doctors is like they’ve been your best friend for years - my girls in the front LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! Kathy I would call for everything and she never made me feel unimportant or annoyed when I’d call - I couldn’t be happier being a part of this practice!!

2020-02-03I am having my baby this week and had an excellent experience dealing with both doctors (they are amazing!) and the office staff. They provided me with appointments to accommodate my hectic work schedule, they took their time at each appointment to be patient with me and explain everything, they have a great online portal that they are very responsive to where you can send messages, they helped complete forms I needed for my maternity leave at work. I really couldn’t ask for more. I am especially grateful to head nurse Kathy who is a true professional and kept me calm every time I was nervous about a test result - she is an amazing person along with the doctors and rest of their team.

2019-03-20We were so incredibly happy with both Dr. Campanella and Dr. Kokkinakis. They are both amazing doctors and made my first pregnancy such an amazing experience. They are both so compassionate and I never felt rushed by them. All of their staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I would recommend them to everybody!

2020-01-14Anytime a conversation starts regarding an OB/GYN I always recommend this practice. There is never a long wait time and once you meet Dr. Campanella, Dr. Kokkinakis and their amazing PA Jeanette Driscoll you will fully understand why.They are family oriented themselves so it makes it easy to talk to them. They are the best listeners and always have taken good care of me.As far as the office staff, Kathy the nurse manager basically saved my last baby. I called to just say I didnt feel my baby moving as much as he normally does. She demanded I stop everything I was doing and go straight to the hospital. She also let the staff there know I would be coming. If she hadn’t been so aggressive I would’ve taken my time and my baby would not be alive today. She is an extremely educated nurse with many years of experience. Im so grateful for her!People are always quick to write horrible reviews the minute something doesn’t go their way. I thought I would take the time to write this review because they really deserve people to know just how amazing they are.

2018-05-18It’s unfortunate that the people in other reviews have had such a bad experience when I have had nothing but positive experiences with both the staff and Drs. Dr. Kokkinakis and Dr. Campanella are extremely knowledgeable and their bed side manner is top notch. Any questions or concerns that I have they will sit with me for as long as I need to understand and feel comfortable. The staff always greets me and asks how I am doing and are very friendly. We even had an issue with the insurance company that took months to fix and the office staff stayed on top of it and got the bill paid and saved us thousands of dollars. I refer all my friends and family to this practice. I love Dr. Kokkinakis and Dr. Campanella and the staff!
