All my 3 girls had vered for a dentist shes absolutely amazing her staff his professionall highly recommend her to any family .
Dr. Maslavi put my son’s nerves at ease. She explained everything to him and was comforting him while he was in the chair. Lovely staff as well especially the hygienist and receptionist at the front desk. I highly recommend this dental practice!
For every visit to the dentist my children come without fear. The staff is welcoming and the doctor is very tolerant and smiling to individuals during the examination or treatment. The receptionists always welcome you with a smile and do their best to help schedule appointments. My family has been seeing Dr Vered Maslavi for 15 years and we have always been pleased.
From reception to hygienist to Dr. Maslavi - everyone is pleasant and friendly. It definitely helps to keep the little ones comfortable. We never feel rushed and Dr. Maslavi takes time for consultation and explaining results. Another plus is that the office is always clean and well kept. 👌🏾
What a pleasant experience The dentist is extremely professional while being very personable for the children to feel relaxed and comfortable in the chair. I initially only brought my youngest and decided that it was such a good experience that I would bring my other four children as well!!
Dr. Maslavi is so great with kids. Mine have been going for about three years now and my little one recently had to get a tooth pulled. Needless to say, he showed out, but Dr. Maslavi and her team were awesome. They took it all in stride. It’s really important to have a dentist who specializes in children work work them. I’d definitely recommend.

I used to work in different dental offices for many many years and since have have seen a lot of horrible things going on in the back office, I can NOT TRUST any Dentist Easily .Dr. Maslavi is the only doctor so far I could trust in NY. I am taking my two boys to her office for 5 to 6 years now. I never seen any mistake from her or her staff. She follows all the Protocol in dentistry. I wished she would accept adult as a patient as well.The office is clean of course , the staff are nice and knowledgeable .
Took us a few pediatric dentists to find Dr. Maslavi and so glad we did. We couldn’t be happier at her practice. Nice, clean facility with a friendly staff and Dr. Maslavi herself is great!! I wish we discovered her sooner. We highly recommend her.
The staff and doctor were very welcoming and patient with my 6 yr old daughter. The dr.took her time to explain the procedure that my daughter will need and answer all of my questions.
Dr. Maslavi is simply the best Pediatric Dentist out there. My son has horrible teeth and has been to multiple dentists, but was still in pain and unable to eat. Finally, after finding Dr. Maslavi, she was able to fix all his teeth, which took a long time and a lot of care and patience. Her work is impeccable. She is highly skilled, and now my son is able to eat comfortably and has been gaining weight back. I cannot thank her enough. She really can handle anything.

Friendly staff and clean office. Dr. Has good bed side manners and communicates well. They stay on schedule and do not make you wait, which is my pet peeve. Will definitely return and recommend.
Dr. Maslavi is a wonderful, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate pediatric dentist. Im so glad I took my dear 24 month old daughter, who accidentally fell at daycare and chipped her front tooth, to see Dr. Maslavi for an emergency visit. Four years ago I had to switch dentists and I went to Dr. Maslavi because she accepted my insurance. After getting one cavity filled with her I began to get extreme pain in my gum. I went back to my dentist where he told me Dr. Maslavi had put the filling into my gum instead of my tooth. It’s been four years and I hade to get my cavity replaced, have three fillings in that tooth, and have constant pain where I can’t eat because of this because a pocket has formed in my gums. I now have to get a crown because of Dr. Maslavis mistake. It has been four years and I have spent 100s if not thousands of dollars fixing this. In my opinion, stay away.
My experience with this dentist was very pleasant and lively. The office was cleaned and kept in tack.I honestly love the nurses and doctor at this dental office because they know how to deal with children very well, especially when they are doing the procedures. The staff is very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who is on need of a dentist. Overall, my experience with this dental office was pleasant and I would highly recommend anyone to them.
Great pediatric dentist. I’m in the dental field myself and I have been searching for a good pediatric dentist for my son which is hard to find. Many dentist treat people based on their insurance not the patients needs. She does the right thing for her patients regardless of the insurance you have . I’m very happy with this dentist and I recommend her to all my friends and family. Excellent service and honest. Thank you .
My daughter (8 years old) hates the dentist...but then we found Dr. Maslavi. She explained everything to her and was so patient with her. The office is clean and I love the fact they have a TV in the rooms to help distract the kids at least a bit while they are getting work done. My daughter had a cavity filled and a baby tooth pulled and I dont Ive ever seen her comer out of an office so happy.

STAY AWAY!!!! This woman wanted to give my 5 yr old a root canal. We were told that he has many more cavities than other dentists who have reviewed his charts/x-rays. She wanted to put him under general anesthesia and fill all of his back teeth for close to 4Gs. We were also told it was due to him being breast fed at night as an infant. There is no data to prove this in fact there is research proving otherwise. Money grubbing and unethical, praying on parents!!!! We were able to go to a better dentist without general anesthesia for two visits to get his caries taken care of. LOOK FOR ANOTHER PEDIATRIC DENTIST!!!!!
Let me start off by saying the office is gorgeous. Clean, well organized and has valet parking. The staff is extremely kind and sensitive and we barely had to wait. Dr. Maslavi is one of the most patient Drs I have EVER encountered. She explained the procedure to my child step by step, asking him along the way if he was ok and if he understood everything. My child was beyond comfortable with her. Her dental technique is IMPECCABLE and my child didn’t feel a thing. We were all so relieved and happy when it was over, it was totally painless. My kid walked in smiling, and walked out with an even bigger smile. Thank you for the most pleasant experience EVER. You are amazing, Dr. Maslavi.

My son has been seeing Dr. Maslavi since she was on Bell Blvd. The attention at all levels was always courteous and professional. Now the facilities on Francis Lewis are even better. She explains everything to the child in a clear and friendly manner. Would highly recommend this doctor.
I trust this ped. dentist completely. I drive from westchester to Bayside, Queens for her. Her clinic is spacious, clean. The staff is great- from the hygienist, front desk and billing. We dont feel rushed like in other clinics. Her clinic has a great system in place.I have compared her rates with other pediatric dentists and her rates are reasonable, her plans of care are sound.
I have been taking my kids to Dr Maslavi for years. She has a way with making my kids feel comfortable and takes her time explaining things to my daughters and I. She’s always been honest and forthcoming and I have recommended her to all of my friends.
The service and doctors are nice, but they have issue with billing. After annual checkup, we were told our 3y old has a small cavity that needs to be filled.We went back for the service and it was done in around 10-15 mins. When leaving, the receptionist asked us to pay $170. I have dental insurance from Metlife and thought it shouldnt cost this much. Since we were in a rush with kids, we didnt have time to look into it and paid it anyway.After I received the EOB from insurance, we were surprised to find out that they didnt disclose the cost of their services in advance. $170 is manageable for us, but i would imagine this is a real cost for some other families.There are a few issues:1) They didnt bill all the services to insurance. They charged $60 for whats call laughing gas and said thats not covered by insurance. We werent told in advance that this is not covered by insurance nor how much it cost. It also caused an issue with our FSA account as FSA goes by EOB statement and wouldnt reimburse me for $60.2) They used a better qualify filling as opposed to the one accepted by insurance which contains mercury. I am totally supportive of this decision, but i feel it needs to be disclosed in advance instead of surprising paitents with higher cost.3) They were overpaid by the insurance and us combined as our insurance paid slightly more than they estimated. They didnt say anything until i called/emailed asking for a refund.I liked the office and the doctor/nurse, but i feel this business practice of billing is not right. Patients should always be notified of the cost in advance.
I agreed with some other 1 star reviews. Stay away!!! This office is dishonest by telling people they accept their insurance then bills them for full price. They did this to me as well even thogh I asked about the procedures before going to my sons appointment and even before the doctor saw him on the day of the appointment I asked again the billing lady and she told me yes everything is covered. Then, I received a big surprise on the mail :( When I called to asked the billing person about the bill she was very rude and when I asked to speak with the manager she told she was the manager...so I just ended the call. I just paid what they asked since there was nothing to do and I did not want to ruin my credit. I will never recommend or come back to this place.

THE BEST!!!!! I live in the city and drive my child in to see Dr. Maslavi, she is the best, most honest, conservative and patient Dr. I have ever seen. Hands down the best..The staff is also great! They are always polite and treat the patients with care.
Stay away!!! My wife scheduled an appointment for my four year old after maslavis office said that they accept our insurance. We went for our first visit and was again told that they accept my insurance. After the initial exam we needed to schedule the first procedure for a cavity.. at that time they told me that i needed to pay over 600 dollars to cover the cap that my child needed.. because apperently my insurance did not cover it.. i asked to see the bill and it clearly showed that my insurance did cover the procedure in question however they were trying to bill me for the difference .. when i showed it to the lady at the front desk that the bill that i was given shows that the insurance covers the procedure she said that it wasnt enough .. bottom line they were trying to bill me for the full price after i was told that they accept my insurance... when confronted about it they said thats how it is... so i politely declied to schedule an appt and walked out.. i scheduled with a new dentist tht accepts my insurance as a full payment. Dont fall for this scam.. stay away.. they r thousands of dentists that will gladly accept your insurance as full payment.. this office is dishonest by telling people they accept their insurance then bills them for full price and demand the patients pay the difference.. there no insurance that pays full prices period.. i was very disappointed about my experience..
I love this place!! From the check in to check out everyone is great and accommodating. The wait is never long, and they keep better track of my appointments than I do!!

2022-01-15Dr. Maslavi and her staff are warm and welcoming. They are always willing to accommodate and help their patients in whatever way they could. They are very efficient and wait time is short. Visits are quick but thorough. The office is clean and organized. Scheduling is also very quick and easy. My daughter enjoys going to the dentist and is not scared. She’s greeted by name each and every time and always feels comfortable. My daughter has been going since she was 2.5 and is now 6 years old and All our experiences there have been positive!

2022-04-11Service was great & wait wasn’t long at all. I was a little nervous since this was my 2 year old first visit to the dental office. But surprising she didn’t cry & was very cooperative in the beginning. She did cry a little at the end but was still kept her friendliness & said bye to everyone. My daughter won’t let go her goody bag that she received after her dental exam (Toothbrush & toothpaste). Thank you & looking forward to bringing my daughter back for her 6 month dental exam.

2022-01-08Dr. Vered Maslavi is an excellent orthodontist. She keeps my daughter at ease through every visit and procedure. She often notices my daughters fashion sense, was able to spot that something she was wearing was sold at H&M and yesterday she pointed out how they were twins because they were wearing the same sneakers. Shes very friendly and always engages me in brief small talk at the beginning of the visit. How have you been type stuff. I have no complaints about her. Shes great with kids and great at what she does. My daughters teeth are looking straighter every day! :)

2022-02-02All the professionals in this office are wonderful. We never wait and always courteous. They took the time to explain everything to me and my daughter who is now 5 so she feels comfortable. Ive been taking her here since she was about 18 months. The office is colorful and of course her favorite movie or shows are playing. Shes always excited to come to the dentist.

2022-04-23My children have been patients of Dr. Maslavi for a few years now and she is an amazing pediatric dentist! Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants are amazing! Teeth are very important and we are blessing to have such an amazing dentist! I recently had an insurance change and I was so upset that my insurance was no longer accepted. Luckily I’m having another insurance change and my children will be back to visiting Dr. Maskavi!

2022-06-07I was told my appointment was at 1:45PM so I arrived at 1:35PM to only find out my appointment was actually at 2PM. I waited for probably 45 min before the doctor came in to see my child. We were the only one in the waiting room, I dont see other patients in the office either. It was the quickest dental cleaning, maybe like 5 minutes. It felt VERY rushed, my child did not receive the attention and care that I did expect for first time seeing this dentist. Very poor experience compare to our prior dentist.

She was even able to calm my extremely anxious 8 year old at his first visit in a new office, we just had our 6mo check up. I cannot say enough about the entire staff and Dr.Maslavi beyond patient and caring.
