After researching for chiropractors, in my area due to a neck and lower back pain. decided to choose West Side Comprehensive. First contact with front desk was warn and friendly, not to mentioned they were able to provide a fast appointment. My initial visit was with Dr Park, he was very patience and listened to all of my concerns. Dr Watins, provided an evaluation as well. Both Dr Park and Dr Watins were awesome both providing a high level of care by listening to my concerns and providing a great level of expertise and professionalism. Genuinely impressed! After searching long and hard I found this awesome practice. They know exactly what they are doing. Extremely attentive, flexible, most importantly knowledgeable. I have meet with Dr. Watins, gets to the point tells you what you need to know. Office staff extremely friendly, Tanya is awesome, I am greeted by name and it’s only been a month. Love it. This is by far the best chiropractic office I have ever been to. Many years ago I was a dancer and got an injury that over the years has required chiropractic care on and off. As a result I think of myself as somewhat of a connoisseur of chiropractors at this point. I was recommended to Dr Watins by my chiropractor who had moved his practice from New York City to Florida. Right off the bat I thought it was a great sign that he’d been recommended by another chiropractor. From the initial phone call the reception staff was professional, welcoming and friendly. They sounded like human beings instead of the hurried, robotic approach that has become so typical in doctors offices. When I arrived, the front desk was adequately staffed and they were expecting me. The the chiropractor I saw was Dr. Watins. Great guy! He was professional and thorough and interested. He also is extremely knowledgeable and offered comprehensive approach. He told me what to expect both in terms of my treatment program and during the adjustment. There was a younger associate who came in and did some additional testing of mobility. He was also friendly and professional and very courteous. After the adjustment I felt somewhat better immediately. They made another appointment for me two days later and I got additional relief. It’s A busy office but I never felt rushed and as an extra bonus, they play great music too. If you are seeking chiropractic care in New York City this is definitely a place to consider.

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Watins for several years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to work with me to accommodate my sometimes crazy schedule. Dr. Watins is professional, knowledgeable and gentle. He listens and asks lots of questions every visit to ensure the right adjustments are being administered. He takes the time to give advise on everything from proper posture yo stretching or exercises to help keep you pain free and healthy. Highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Watins and the entire staff at West Side Comprehensive Chiropractic have been excellent. A few weeks ago, I arrived with lower back aches that could sometimes be debilitating. West Side Comprehensive Chiropractic Care is an excellent office for helping to treat a variety of spinal and muscle issues. Dr. Watins and his associates have treated me for the last 8 years. They have always been able to pin point each of my spinal issues and treat them accordingly. I started treatment with West Side Comprehensive a couple of months ago and was immediately impressed with their safety standards during the pandemic. Safety standards aside, my care has also been impressive. Multiple weekly adjustments paired with physical therapy have me well on my way to recovering from chronic pain and adjusting my posture. I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for relief and/or spine maintenance.
Since I got injured in 2007 with a severe concussion, I have seen an endless number of doctors, and only a few of them have actually helped me because it is so complicated. To be honest, it did surprise me when I started seeing results with the problems I have with my back. I went from having a terrible posture to now being able to stand up straight. Because I was in a horrible condition when I first went to see Dr. Watins, he made sure to go gentle on me which included not cracking my back at first but only doing mild adjustments till I was ready for the more heavy adjustments. It also helped me that his clinic has a physiotherapist and a medical doctor affiliated who where able to diagnose me with a pinched nerve and also help me build up strength by giving me exercises.Overall, Dr. Watins and his team are an all-around great group of doctors and It is rare to find a chiropractor who cares that much about his patients as Dr. Watins does. I therefore give him my highest recommendation, and I have already recommended them to some of my friends.

Excellent Chiropractor office. Dr Park is my main man! He’s brilliant. I’ve seen all 3 chiropractors and they are all excellent. Kind, thorough, easy to talk to and really have made me feel better. Posture has improved dramatically to the point of comments from friends and family and I can see the difference in photographs. They’ve also added their massage therapist Frank to my routine and he is a magician. So happy to have found these guys. Highly highly recommend.
The Team at West Side has been incredible from the first meeting when I could barely make it to their office due to back pain.They got things under control and have went above and beyond as talented and skilled Professionals, and as great people who actually care for their patients and how they are doing in life.They’ve got me back playing competitive soccer now just 5 weeks in and gaining strength, confidence and have reduced the consistent, nagging back pain I’ve carried on with for 20 years.I’ll be continuing there 2x/week indefinitely as they work to alleviate long term issues that started this all.The best team I’ve worked with and I’m very thankful.😊
Dr. Park is amazing. I had been struggling with hip and lower back pain and most recently neck pain. After 3 weeks I feel insanely better, I’ve been able to workout pain free. We are working to keep improving my posture and doing targeted stretches and a couple strength exercises. Absolutely worth it. Will continue to come back.
In November 2019 I began regular treatment & chiropractic adjustments with Dr Watins, Dr Park, and Dr Jacobson. I had in the lead up been experiencing chronic pain in my mid/low back & trapezius muscles. The pain had been worsening & was causing an inability to build muscle during weight resistance exercise. I also was getting respiratory infections & colds 4-5x year which typically lasted 10-12 days each time. Fourteen/fifteen months later, I have not been sick once, I am managing my weight better than ever, I have approx 1/10th to 1/15th the amount of pain & inflammation, and am feeling better than ever at age 36. I am even sleeping better. This is a result of regular adjustments, PT, stretching, and core exercise. Dr Watins gives great adjustments, but also motivates patients to push themselves toward wellness by executing specific, customized exercise & stretching routines consistently. He is flexible, knowledgeable, patient & empathetic. I strongly recommend Dr Watins to anyone seeking to reduce pain & inflammation. My immunity, strength, flexibility, and pain management have all dramatically improved during the 14-15 months I have been working with Dr Watins & team. I am very grateful for Dr Watins

Dr. Park has helped me tremendously in the span of a few months. I went in with intense nerve pain in my left hand and really bad posture. I can happily say the nerve pain is about 95% gone( if I keep up with my stretches) and my posture is a bit better. Dr. Park is easy to talk to and no question is ever too weird or stupid to him. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and fun to chat with as well. WFH woes be gone!

EXCELLENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM. I have been coming to Dr Watins near Columbus Circle off and on for years (15 years over time, Id guess). His prices are incredibly reasonable (I dont often have insurance). He greets me and cares for me whenever I come back as if I have never been away. He has a deep, modest caring for his patients. He has fabulous equipment, all kinds of gadgets, and, when I was recovering from a heart condition, he has the capacity to do the very slightest manipulation so that he knows his work will be safe for my body. He also has very good office personnel, and he hires the best of the best associates for those periods of time when hes not in the office. Ive never been disappointed when I go there and am seen by one of his associates instead of him. Very very good. And, during this time in which Dr Fauci et al are decreeing how we need to be touched and/or seen by medical personnel, Dr Watins maintains a very compliant office (face-masks, sufficient disinfectant, etc., etc.) without a loss of the healing touch that makes everything work. Just the very best. He is clearly an expert at what he does. You can trust.

I have been going to Westside Comprehensive for over 15 yrs after an injury at work. I encourage anyone with back pain to go see Dr. Watins. I always tell my friends, and family that I was in unmanageable pain at first. I used to walk around with a pillbox filled with Aleve, and it did nothing for my pain. Finally, a friend (a patient of Dr. Watins) encouraged me to go. I was in such pain I remember thinking well it cant get any worse. After my first adjustment I was immediately feeling better, walking straighter. After two weeks, and being a lifelong sufferer of migraines all that was behind me. I no longer suffer from migraines, and no longer have the back pain I once did. I go for maintenance as needed. I often contemplate how unmanageable my pain, MY LIFE would be had I not gone to see Dr. Watins that day. Thank you so much to everyone at Westside Comprehensive Chiropractic!! Dr. Watins cares about people. His entire staff is there to serve. The examination is individualized. Time is not an issue here. A lot of places get you in the door, Give you a snap crackle pop chiropractic adjustment and then get you out of there fast. That’s not the case here. As I said Dr. Watins cares about people and every aspect of the operation is professional. That’s why people keep coming back.

After the second visit felt so much better working on getting my neck aligned both doctors are very patient oriented and explain everything in detail to help reduce and remove the pain you have I can only speak for myself but just after getting one alignment I felt allot better and my pain in my shoulder is definitely not as bad and looking forward to going back and working on my posture.

2022-06-03I just had my first appointment today and had such a great experience I had to rate them right away. Ive had a lot of problems with my legs, hips, back from running. The people at West Side were so great. Dr. Watins and Dr. Park actually listened to me and all the problems I have been having. They actually took the time to do some simple tests to see what was going on. I felt so respected and taken seriously as a patient. For the first time, I feel hopeful that my pain and issues will be resolved.

2022-05-20Highly recommend! I came here barely able to walk in severe back and neck pain and within just a few visits I am able to go back to all the actives and exercise that I love again. Now, not only is my back feeling better but Dr. Watins also helped me get rid of my headaches in addition to my ankle pain. I feel so much better now thanks to Dr. Watins and his team!

Dr. Watins put a treatment plan together for all of it, which after 2 months is going great. The environment of the office is very positive and flexible, and the treatments have been very effective. 2021-04-30I came to New York City for vacation and I’m so glad I found Dr. Watins! He’s truly the best chiropractor. First off, booking in was super easy and a lot of the time I was able to get an appointment the same or next day. All of his staff are super friendly and helpful and the office is always clean and neat. He really took the time to address and understand my concerns, and I love that the start of every appointment they hook you up to a tens machine to relax your muscles prior to adjustment. His adjustments were great and honestly I’ve never had a chiropractor that was able to take all of my shoulder tension away in a single adjustment. When I come back to NYC I’ll definitely be visiting again and recommending to everyone I know. If I could give 10+ stars I would.
