I have gone here throughout highschool and it was really nice to have a convent way of getting adjustmets. Yes it is overbooked and the waits are long but service is friendly if you are open to asking questions. Now I go to school in philadelphia and I can still have my retainer adjusted when I visit home.

Its not the best set up as far as the way the appointments are handled however Ive been treated very well i find the staff to be friendly and nice,Im not sure what other reviewers are referring to regarding rudeness and attitudes.
Would be a great place if the front desk talked to their patients with some respect and empathy.

It was the worst experience every they dont respect you time it looks like an emergency room in there people all over the place you can have an appointment for 3 and wont get seen till 5:30 Im currently trying to change my orthodontist now
I love this place... the wait wasn’t long , it was quick!! The only thing is that the place is to far. But other than that I recommend this place to everyone..❤️
ITS TERRIBLE.VIOLATING SOMEONE PRIVACY IS AGAINST THE LAW,THEY VIOLATE IT EVERY SINGLE MINUTE ON A DAILY BASIS. ITS A MAD HOUSE.THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. If i get there at 1:30 they serve me by 2:30 waiting is the wors but the job is well done
Even with an appointment set up you still end up waiting about 2 hours to be seen. Their organization is terrible.

I was referred by Dr. Suresh Vakharia MDS, DDS, FAGD to Dr. Zayda Sanchez, a wonderful Dental specialist, and today I started my Orthodontics treatment. Trust me I highly recommend this place without a doubt. I guess time is a fact for anyone to believe when is your time no matter what is going to be. The entire team is just amazing. I cant wait for my final results. It started to look fantastic. Do not hesitate to give it a try.Thank you to the entire team member. It feels great. I give 5 stars 🌟since is the highest rate. 2022-07-17NOHORA ESTRADAIM ALMOST FONE WITH MY TREATMENT. I had a situation and it was immediately address. Ramona is who always taking care of me. Very professional, kind and respectful. 2020-11-21Have always kept my opinion to myself for a while They need to work on their service skills and organization skills...the lack of communication with patients will always make patients feel undervalued and disrespected.Please note that just because your business seems to be doing well does not mean your clients leave happy.Dr. Sanchez seems like a great Doctor...but the office flow is something I would work on...

2016-05-13I love the staff, Dr. Zayda and Dr. McGuire! Yes the wait can be frustrating but personally for me it is worth it. The payment plans are reasonable and the doctors here really work with you to satisfy your expectations and then some. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but again I will advise to be aware that the wait time is pretty long.

2016-06-13I had been coming here for about 3 years and had never had a bad experience. Although the wait is super long, the staff make sure you are satisfied with what you came for. Some days they can be moody but go in, get your teeth straighter one appointment at a time, and go home.

2017-12-15Ive been visiting this place for almost 3 years and at the beginning everything was fine Besides the problem with the waiting to be attended which is never exact or even close to the time your appointment was booked for. Every time you have to wait about 2-3 hours, but thats not the worst thing about this place, it is the CUSTOMER SERVICE, dr. Sanchez(barely see her there), dr. McGuire and some of the staff are nice, specially the ones on the right side, but most part of the staff got an attitude almost always, specially the tall, light-skin, light-brown long hair lady who is always on the right side of the front desk when you enter the place and the old lady with short hair that looks like this one who is on the right side too other week days. The staff is disrespectful and MOST part of the time theyre always talking and gossiping about things irrelevant to the job,(ladies less talking more working please), and I believe it is one of the reason why people spend a lot time there. If you come by emergency without an appointment they will overreact and make a drama over it( even if you call before), blame you if you got one bracket broken like it is the end of the world, sometimes feels like they dont want to work. And lets not forget to say how they treat some college and HS students, they think they can play with their class schedule. But well, it is on you if you still want to book an appointment there, at the end of the day you just have to go for the brackets adjustment, try to ignore everything around. Thats what I do, I just think relax, it is once a month, dont stoop to their level, cant wait to be done with my treatment.

2018-06-18Dr. Sanchez is not only extremely knowledgeable in her field but also has a great personality. Highly recommended orthodontist with great staff. They are very busy but also very efficient. I travel from NJ - Essex county to her office and it only takes 30-35 to get there door to door. They are located very close to GWB.

2014-03-27They book every appointment for the same time and the place gets so full I am sure its a fire hazard. One of the employees got an attitude with me for standing in a doorway and asked me to move but the place was so packed she couldnt offer me a better place to stand so she just said just dont stand here. Service is more like an assembly line than personalized. They need to work on customer service big time.

2016-01-22Horrible ppl her staff very uneducated I ask to speak to Mrs. Sanchez she is never around she needs nice staff. They suppose to take my daughter braces off they give me the run around Im sick of the way they treat ppl. Its all the time mrs. Sanchez is a great doctor I wouldnt change her just her staff. She should pay more at to her patients and what they say on line about her staff and the wait is like 3 hours. I wouldnt recommend thai place to anyone

2019-04-29I’ve been coming to this orthodontist office for years. every time I come I have a pleasant experience.if I have to rate them from 1 to 10 they’d get a 10.im happy I chose them for my braces work.thank u to Dr Sanchez & the fort Washington staff for changing my life & giving me the best smile I can ask for.you guys are truly the best in business in the whole NYC area.
