Tommy was great. My drapes looks new again. Very easy to book and I am super happy with the results. He wore a mask the entire time. The cleaning did not take very long at all.
They were very quick to respond and very professional. My roller shades and shutters looks as good as new. Will definitely use them again for my cleaning needs.
The technician was on time, affable and experienced with cleaning our rugs and mattress. The price was right too. We will use the company again for our carpet clean when we vacate our rental.
Drapery Cleaning Brooklyn just cleaned my roman shades and did a great job. They removed them and put them back up when they were delivered. They even steamed them when they hung them up. Great service.
Joe is the most professional carpet cleaner you will ever find. I like to haggle but I never do with Joe because his prices are good and he always does little bit more than expected.

Evan has been cleaning our Austian shades for years, and always does a great job. I had some pleated shades I needed cleaned. Evan picked those up, cleaned and returned them back looking like I just bought them.
They were great. Super punctual, and they really did a great job on my valances. Best part is they were cleaned right where they were on the window. The value was good and I could tell that they really take pride in their work.

2022-03-04Very impressed with their service. They were on time, finished our entire upstairs and 3 area rugs in a few hours. They left everything spotless. They even wore masks without us having to ask. The price was fair and we are more than satisfied with the results. Definitely will be using them whenever we need carpets or tiles cleaned.
