The sheets were clean and the room did not smell like smoke. The heat was not turned on yet for the season but they nicely provided us with a small but adequate space heater. The water was hot by didnt get quite hot enough. Overall it was adequate
This place doesnt look like much from the outside but you will be pleased once you step inside. I checked in with an older Asian gentleman. He was very nice and let me know if I needed clean towels I could pick them up myself if I refused turn down service because only management had keys to the rooms, not the general cleaners. I had a king size single room. The bed was very comfortable with a pillow top cover. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room. The TV was 28 or 32 with basic cable. It is about 15-20 minutes from Buffalo where I was attending a wedding. Anytime I need a room in/near Buffalo or Niagara Falls (American side) I would not mind this great affordable place.
We stayed in the family room that had 3 queen beds and one sofa bed. The staff was very professional and polite and helpful. The room was very big and clean. I recommend staying in the family room.
The room I stayed in was a little outdated, but clean. The whirlpool was clean and functioned properly. The employees were helpful and courteous. They addressed any issues I had promptly. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in the off season months in 2014.
The motel is located about 20 mins from the falls. The owner was nice and the room had a fridge and microwave but that was all that was good about it. The bathtub was really dirty. We got bleach to put in it because we really wanted to use it but just decided not to. There was hair around the sink and dead bugs on the floor, we even found a couple small ones on the bed. Also the site we booked it from said check out was 11, but the paper in the room said 10.
Was ABSOLUTELY STUNNED with how beautiful, classy the decor was- especially for the ultra-cheap price I paid! I have paid far more for far less pleasant stays. Room was clean, heater worked great, location great too. Place was not run-down like many other hotels in the area, and management was friendly and helpful. Will DEFINITELY return!
We looked up reviews, on this motel and several other of the huge number of motels i n the area. The pics posted made us go take a look. If you are looking for an overpriced place with all the amenities, dont stop here. If you are satisfied with a super clean room for $45.00, this is the place. Our room had a really cute retro look. The owners were friendly and helpful. There was a small refrigerator and a spotlessly clean microwave. My husband is a trucker and we will be recommending this place to the other guys who pick up and deliver in Niagara Falls, and his company does often. Very happy with the accommodations
The motel is a place to sleep, but very minimal on any luxuries other than that. There is no breakfast, the bathrooms are bad, there were some little red ants in our room, and a funky smell. It isnt terrible for the price, but it was pretty bad, even for motel standards.
The jacuzzi was comfortable but leaked and soaked into the carpet all night so all of our things were wet when we woke up. The bed was so uncomfortable we couldnt sleep hardly at all. The bed also had just a sheet on it. No comforter or thick blanket at all. It looked very trashy and unfinished. The ceiling was peeling and chipping. Overall the experience was terrible and I do not recommend the motel to anyone. The pictures look great but the mattresses are lumpy and feel more like laying on just the box spring. Find another place to stay if you want to sleep. Almost every motel in this town has a jacuzzi so dont worry.
It is a OK place. Rented 3 rooms. Rooms were clean but very basic. Some doors did not work properly. Shower was small but good water pressure. No maid service and no breakfast. Overpriced for $155 a night. Worth maybe $75 a night.
For the price this motel was not worth it. The room felt dirty as soon as you walk in. The tub in the bathroom was filthy to the point where you could see dirt build up on the sides. There is a hot tub in the room but is marked out of service even though it clearly worked. It was obvious the owners just didnt want to bother cleaning up.For a few extra bucks find a better place to stay.
Small family friendly motel. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave. It doesnt have contenetal breakfast. We had two queen size beds which left very little walking space but the kid bed we were able to push against the wall which gave the adult bed more walking space. The bathroom was modern and every one was friendly. The door was a dead bolt which was nice because we kill magnetic cards lol. They do not clean your room while you are there inless you ask. Which made it feel safer.

Room is not clean at all we had stayed for 2 days they dont come for cleaning and said that its company policy you have to inform them earlier does this make it aby sense.We found bed bugs very poor cleaning just stayed away from tthis it is really harmful for you.

I went to Niagara with my family 4 adults and a kid. I am satisfied with the service. Our room was in new building. The room was clean and not smelly.
Beware! Reserved two rooms a month + in advance. Had to cancel two weeks later, was told no problem. Their cancellation policy is 48 hr. They never offered a reservation or cancellation number. Lo and behold, two days before the original reservation date they charge my card anyway. Not cool. I will let my credit card company handle it.
Everything you need in a clean way, sheets are clean, bed is very relaxing, toilet papers, dryer, TV, microwave, fridge. Soap.Its cool and fair enough to me. Loved it

I thought these were new but I found out different. It kinda had a feel like a dormitory or old renovated half way house. The manager is quite wonderful though. Hes very helpful and sweet.
Price was high for quality, however it is a high tourist area. Room was dated but clean. Area was quiet. If you are looking for lower price lodging than the surrounding area, this is about it. Go into it not expecting much and you will be fine.

Arrived here after a 5 hour car ride, got to the room (jacuzzi suite) old opened shampoo packs in shower jacuzzi had no warm water also electric outlet not gfi right next to it door wouldn’t lock and the heat did not work (January weather) asked for a refund for second day because I wasn’t going to stay here another night the owner seemed ok about that at first only to have an attitude when it was time to put up! I think I may need to get a tetanus shot after staying the 7 hours I was there!
While the room is clean and doesnt smell it is very tired and old. The bathroom is very small. The curtains on the window are a cream color with no backing. So all the bright unfiltered light hits you as soon as the sun comes up. The furniture is straight out of 1965. There are no outlets on either side of the bed for our cpap machines. We bad to find a walmart and buy exstension cords so we could use them. No coffee maker in the room. Had to plug in the fridge and have to inplug it when we leave. Spiders in the tub. Dont think we with ever consider staying here again. Will deffinatly find a bettet place from jere on out.
Ceap price and very close to Niagara Falls. Rooms are Clean and neat, I reserved two rooms for me and my friend he liked it too. Receptionist is very good and helpful.
There is no pool so dont risk going. Also, the rooms are small, and there is no kitchen except for the condos.There is only a tiny microwave and mini fridge in one room. Lastly, there is no breakfast served, and the furniture isnt good.

Location was convenient to drive to Niagara Falls and a lot cheaper than the hotels around the falls. The room was clean, but not a lot of amenities, but it was just fine for a night or two stay.

Old laidback hotel with some bleach smell. They dont change linen everyday like other hotels and costly for what they provide. Except that if you are not expecting much you should be fine.

Stayed in the three bedroom townhouse, it is very convenient alternative to multiple rooms. Dont expect fancy furniture. Staff and management for very helpful
Went to pick up a friend who was staying there. Was hounded in the parking lot because i had a dog on my lap that dogs were not allowed in rooms. Not the best first impression, since I had no intention of getting out of my car anyways.
It was fine for what we needed--a place to shower and sleep. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Beds need to be replaced. Floors are very loud and creaky. This is for the townhouse. Has a kitchen but no plates, pots or utensils. Could be a little cleaner.

The room we stayed in had a very lumpy mattress and flat pillows. There isnt a room phone, no ice machines provided, very small tv and the bathroom exhaust fan and light stopped working while we were there. The walls arent sound proof either.
The hotel is only clean and the sinking is cramped. There are no services or a phone to call the reception. Unfortunately, he lied to the reception. He said we will give you a large room instead of the room I booked, and it came out very small and expensive for nothing.... I advise staying away from it as much as possible.
Comfortable rooms to rest with the family, I recommend it, it has a fridge, microwave, it has bathtubs, air conditioning.
Very nice little motel not far from Niagara Falls and the city center. Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Here we come gladly again.

2022-06-23The room was junky as heck! Looked real sketchy at first! I did notice, however, that it was clean. The bed linens and towels were also very clean. So, if you want a cheap room that looks very cheap but is clean, then this is your place.

2022-06-20The rooms are smeling bad and needed to change a room whichcosted us additional $40 more dollars. There is no one helping you if power is off. The rececptions are locked and no one is arround. Never recomended!

2021-09-19Id put no stars if I could. The smoke detector was not attached to the ceiling, it fell off at some point and they put it on top of the microwave. The a plug has the a/c, microwave, and refrigerator in it. The toilet has a leak somewhere, so there was water on the floor. Nats in bathroom sink. The tubs hot water nozzle had a leak. The tub was so slippery I was afraid I would slip in it. The couch had lots of rips and stuff, and they tried to hide it by putting towels over it.

We checked out early tho because of our trip. We did make it to our destination in Canada. Thank you for being so nice.

2021-07-15Clean apartment set up. Needs a few things such as mirrors in bedrooms (only one mirror in bathroom), toaster and a better couch. There were 2 very uncomfortable futons. Needs a fresh coat of paint. Maybe they just need a decent investor.

2021-07-06I have stayed at some questionable places before. At least they have had good beds. At this place the bed was horrible. My husband and I kept rolling into the center. Also the shower is like a cruise ship shower. Super small.

2021-08-28There was mold in the bathroom the beds are old, the rooms smell, I wore shoes in the room , the ac u have to use a twistie tire to keep the vent upward. Not recommended, we only stayed 1 night

2019-05-27I was satisfied with the service I received. We checked in last minute after receiving horrible service at the motel we originally we’re going to stay at and the receptionist was extremely nice, we received a discount and since we had 2 rooms he made sure we could be right next to each other. The rooms were basic, mini fridge, microwave, somewhat spacious, the bathroom could use a little work at least the doors, but overall it was a comfortable stay. Quiet and near lots of stores and food down the road. I would consider staying again.

2021-04-01Def not what it looked like in the pic. The jacuzzi was better, it wasnt a heart shaped one lol I was happy about that. The circle bed through me off a bit but all in the owner was nice and it was just a quick stop for the night.
