Waited in line one hour, with 5 cars behind, waiting for a COVID test with An appointment, then they say, the system isn’t working, instead of telling me from the start and asking us if we’d like to wait for them to try, they make us wait 1 hour with the car on. People were honking behind us on the line, and I don’t blame them. Then they even asked for our information, which made it seem like all was good and that we were gonna get the test, but nah, no I have to wait another hour at urgent care just to get a test. Ridiculous.

I love this CVS. People are courteous, its clean & has everything you need.Shamika noticed me walking around in circles and offered her assistance. Shamika was friendly, attentive & extremely helpful. She has excellent customer service and saved me so much time. Seriously appreciate it!I highly recommend this CVS!

I have covid testing and was there an half an hour ago and no one was in drivethru for covid testing and lady give BS and told me my system isnt allowed me to take any patients earlier. Meanwhile I was there a month ago for someone else and he took it an hour before my schedule time and told us since no one is here than he can let us for testing. What a disappointment. If rules are rules than follow every time not once in while.I was very disappointed because she blame system for her situation and meanwhile a month ago other person who kindly to us before.Look at all the reviews for pharmacy and I am sure mangment should be looking into otherwise will loose business.I told her they will get bad review, she just walked away. Employees dont care about business as long as they get their paychecks.....

Worst customer service! Drive-Thru is the worst... they take forever and also do not verify your prescription with your insurance in order to confuse you and make you charge for your medication. Plus, they never apologize.

Despite their times they say medication will be ready, they are never accurate. This happens with every medication sent to them. Was told today that it was ready at 2pm, stopped by at 4:30, waited a half hour and still was told to come back. Also needed a cream for my daughter 2 weeks ago, my husband stopped by after calling for confirmation that it was ready. Despite being told it would be ready by the time he got there, it wasnt. I went 1.5 hours later to pick up cream, and they said they were still finishing it. Very unreliable.

Thank You CVS for caring about your customers during this epidemic.I drove up to CVS and asked if they could get me an over the counter cold and cough medication, it is for my mother who is 86 and has dementia. I explained that I could not go into the store because of many underlying conditions but I didnt even have to finish explaining to them, they were very happy to go over and get what I needed.I appreciate them so much right now you have no idea.I happen to be at Walgreens at 210 S. Broadway getting a prescription for my mother and I asked them, I told him about my underlying conditions and they did not care, they told me I had to go inside anyway.REALLY !!

Love the pharmacy. The pharmacists and employees are always helpful and knowledgeable.Theyre well stocked for Easter and for all the major holidays

Their a white blond lady that always follows me and would ask if I need help? How come she doesn’t ask three other white ppl and still follows me after I reply no thank you. It’s obviously she racial profiling me. I’m over this CVS IM just better off going to walgreen the staff is much more friendlier
