Terrific place, a a lot Pricey on items, in other drug stores they are much lower on the same items. But I do enjoy going to CVS for home Products and the Pharmacy is Very Good
Love the convenience of being open 24/7.
No matter what time of year it is, time of day, the pharmacy always makes us wait minimum 15 min. It was fine the first time or two, it was busy, but even when its not busy, its the same wait times or more. A bit rediculous, hire an extra hand for behind the pharmacy.
Extremely upset with staff at this pharmacy. They switched my birth control pill prescription to a different brand without even letting me or my doctor know, when I asked why they said it’s been discontinued and they switched it to the same type of pill but after research I found out it’s not the same and a two months later the same pharmacy gave me my old prescription. I asked how is it possible if they are not making this brand anymore and pharmacy member said they just weren’t getting them delivered for a while and now they are again. So unprofessional and everybody who works there makes it very obvious they don’t care about their customers.
Unbelievably unorganized and nasty. I’ve actually gotten yelled at for calling to see if my first prescription with them was ready instead of just “waiting for the text message” only to find out they had my phone number wrong. I’ve paid out of pocket for “insurance issues” only to find out that the request was never even sent to my insurance company and the latest issue was when they received the script from my doctor and didn’t bother to even order it because they couldn’t figure out how to submit it to my insurance even though it was a refill of one successfully submitted the month before. When I discovered the issue the day it was supposed to be picked up I spent a half hour there trying to fix the name error and was told it would take a day or two since they didn’t have any in stock. When I called the next day I was told it wouldn’t be in for four day because it still hadn’t been ordered yet. How are these people still open?? I really wish Caremark had more choices for pharmacies.

Really disorganized in medical prescriptions. They send messages saying that the medicines are ready, but the orders are not complete and you have to go back again, wasting time and money. Enough with CVS
Workers have no dress codes, piercings in noses, lips, pants dragging down so underware shows. Very disorganized, never milk and when there is we the customers need to go in walk in and get it... not enough cashiers, always need to wait..... should i keep going? Manager states they cant hire anyone, not enough employees.....
Awesome place when you need anything - if you need a thermometer, lighter, snack at 2 am they got it. BUT BE AWARE: pharmacy isnt open 24 hours, the store itself is but pharmacy does close.
How can you be out of albuterol for the nebulizer? They say they can keep only small amounts in the store. I had to go to the hospital to get treatment cause cvs dont keep albuterol liquid...Thats crazy to not have that in stock.
They take forever to fill prescriptions, going to Rite Aid from now on instead. They don’t answer their phone either. Amazed how these people are trusted to handle patients’ medicine.

It would literally be easier and faster to build a lab and synthesize your own medication than it is to get anyone who works here to fill a prescription.
Yesterday Saturday 3, 2016 I went to ask a pharmacy technician about the name of the prescription for my daughter she just had surgery on August the 22nd, she had a tumor removed in her pituitary gland, and there was a woman telling me she cant release any information because my daughter is over 18, (she is 20) the only way is having a f...ing legal power, or bringing her to the pharmacy to prove that she was my daughter, what kind of woman if she can be called woman or human be request that?? And guess what I have to take my daughter to CVS pharmacy to prove she is my daughter, with just 11 days after surgery my daughter had to walk with me into this pharmacy just to prove this stupid woman she was my daughter and she needs the prescription, I hope karma can teach her how to show some compassion for others humans!!From now I will never go back to CVS for anything I prefer to go to Ride Aide, Walmart or Walgreens!!
This place is great. I am going away on vacation and the Pharmacist Mike was able to help me get my script before my flight tonight. Highly recommend this place! Thanks Mike you deserve a raise!

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs,,,customer service is disgusting and disturbing,,there breaking new York State laws and turning away customers based on there political views.There making up there own rules and people are not getting the medicine they need because of it.

2022-01-06I am actually really upset to see that someone from this CVS has updated their business info on Google 4 days ago....but seemed to leave out that their pharmacy is now closing at 8pm on Wed, Thurs and Fri. If they need to close the pharmacy early on these days thats fine...my issue is...there should be a greater attempt on this locations part to let their patrons know...besides a sheet of paper on their automatic doors that slide open and closed that I barely even noticed the sign. My mother had ls COPD and already has issues with even being able to get her inhaler at this location from time to time....and then for me to show up when it was only able to be filled by them today was highly frustrating and disappointing and honestly worrisome in regards to my mother and her health. I know now is a time that is extremely hard on everyone especially anyone working the Healthcare field....but it is also important to keep in mind the ppl who have pre existing conditions who are kind of being thrown to the wayside during this pandemic. Its a shame. Please update your pharmacy hours.

2022-01-13Had a prescription called in. When I arrived they had closed early but workers were still behind the counter. They said I could go to the 24 hour location in Amityville and prescription would be transferred. I arrived and was told that since prescription was in process and couldnt be transferred. One star for not giving me my prescription, they had closed 5 minutes before my arrival and for incorrect information

2022-01-15Pharmacy is helpful and nice. But recently their store manager and store cashier are lazy and rude. Don’t go to this store for photos. They don’t know what they’re doing, act stupid and are very lazy.

2021-08-14Horrible customer service!I’m not sure if this miserable lady is a pharmacist or a tech. She has Brown hair maybe in her 50’s. I can’t speak on behalf of the other staff, but this broad needs to stop working with the public. I came to pick up multiple prescriptions and as I asked her a question she looked at me in a rude manor and said “wow! I can’t get rid of you, can I?” I said excuse me? She said “and one more question, and one more , and one more”she was very annoyed that I had more than one prescription and a question.. needless to say I never said I have one more question.. I don’t care how understaffed you are, no one should ever speak like that to a customer! She was nasty snd rude! I will never return here.

2021-04-10The pharmacy staff is rude and not accommodating. They shorted pills for my dog’s seizure meds and wouldn’t take responsibility. They apparently would prefer that my dog has a seizure even though it is their fault I am short medication. The tech even made up a story about how their “count” doesn’t show any discrepancies. I used to be a pharmacy technician for CVS and know for a fact that they do not “count” this medication. Not everyone are drug seeking junkies and some people are actually good humans who are just trying to take good care of their pets. Thanks for nothing.

2021-05-22I have been going here for years. Most of the time I go through the drive thru to pick up any medication and its now become an unpleasant experience . There has been two different people that are always in a rush have a stank face and don’t like when you have a question or have anything to say. I had three scripts to pay and it was costing me over $100 . I asked if she can tell me for which ones to see if I can find a coupon on rx for less and it’s always rushed and with an attitude. I have just recently found out that stop & shop has the same medications for more then half less . So I will be switching over for prescriptions to them . I was paying double for attitudes and being rushed to get the same exact medications

2021-10-13Everyone has trouble at the self checkout and they make you go there. I leave everytime. I am almost DONE with CVS. Sadly i used to love the store , not anymore !!!!!!

2021-09-27Horrible customer service if i could give it a 0 star rating i would, i will never return to this place. The girl taking care of the patient’s pick ups has the worst attitude, seems like she is there for the money not for the care and the well being of the patient.

2020-01-17Pharmacy dept was able to easily fill my RX earlier before I left for a business trip. They were incredibly helpful and very kind. Everytime I pick up meds their team is helpful, knowledgeable and very kind.
