This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever delt with the staff here are very rude and I always have a issue getting my medication every single time I come. This should be a quick process instead it usually turns into an all day thing. Been here today for over an hour. Then they tell me my script is done only to tell me that I still have to wait because there not finished. Like what kind of service is this. Also one of the pharmacists had the audacity to call my doctor and change my medication With out even asking me which I find very unprofessional never even heard of a pharmacy doing that. I’m certainly done with this place and will not even come back here to shop. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This place definitely needs a whole new staff.
I experienced the worst and I mean the worst customer service at the Pharmacy area yesterday. Liz and Kate should be terminated. As a loyal customer to CVS for over 25+ years, I can guarantee you all that because of these two ill trained employees I will be taking my service elsewhere. Saddest part of it all is that I was in Shop Rite venting after my encounter with them and others in the community knew exactly who I spoke of. Their behavior does not reflect the professionalism of the others that work in that department. I am so disgusted that I filed a formal complaint. 1-800-Shop cvs1. Rude/condescending, throwing up hand, eye rolling2. Walked away from counter3. Refused to cash me our- pharmasist had to ( both Liz & Kate)4. Blatant disrespect5. Poor communication skills.- did not contact me to let me know price change
I never write reviews, but was checking the pharmacy hours for holiday hours and cant believe the last review was on an automated phone system, WOW! Listen to instructions! I have called the pharmacy twice today I have gotten thru to the pharmacy & pharmacist twice. - and yes there are people everywhere who should not be working with the public, however, not all are bad. I think they do a good job - BUT there was a pharmacist there about a year ago, ***HE*** was nasty, and arrogant, but I dont see HIM any more .... hope he is gone forever, but for all the hard work everyone else does, thanks!
Ongoing issue with this CVS pharmacy staff members being rude and now deceptive. My wife has experienced their unprofessional bully behavior , and now they have ehanced this by giving false information with regards to a medical issue.Please stop playing God or at minimum playing doctor.
Terrible customer service. Went there in the evening one of the cashiers was eating her food at the counter. Never greeted me or anything. Got on line and waited for the cashiers to acknowledge me (they never did) and let me know when they were ready to take me. Tawnee the cashier just stared at me (I guess thats what they do to let you know they can take you). I walked to the register and she asked me if I had a cvs card I said no and she rung me up. After she put my stuff in the bag she THREW it on the counter. You should never hear an item you just purchased bang on the counter. Then when she went to give me my receipt she acted like she didn’t want to touch my hands. The entire encounter left me feeling like I did something wrong. Completely unprofessional and rude. DO NOT GO HERE. If I didn’t need these batteries I would have returned them on the spot.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS!! There is always a problem getting medication. I just called over and the girl who answered the phone was rude and bothered. She wanted to know what medications I needed today. HOWEVER some doctors just prescribe Meds and you dont know how many meds or what they are, as in my case. They send them to the pharmacy. This seemed to bother her immensely which leads me to believe that she has no clue how to work the system. She should be able to look up this info in her computer! She told me she could not. Ultimately she made me feel like I was bothering her and even mentioned how she sensed she was getting an attitude from me. Of course I was annoyed she couldnt find my VERY IMPORTANT MEDS. This pharmacy needs new leadership that can live up to the CVS Brand to train and hire great employees.
The middle aged bigger blonde they have working days at the front counter is an absolute horror show. Rude. Discourteous. Obnoxious. Where are the nice ladies that always run the place? Nice shorter lady with glasses? Younger dark haired girl? Get them back because this one is just atrocious. Terrible customer service.
I wish I could give a negitive star to this place. I was just recently in this location because I had to get a perception full. I normally deal with rite aid but sadly no rite aid around had the itemI needed. They called this CVS to make sure they had it in stock and then faxed over the order. I then drove 35 min one way with a fever over 100 to pick up my prescription. First they tell me they didn’t get it. I then call my rite aid. They said they did and that it was faxed. The kid behind the counter goes “oh a fax” and sees it. I then asked him if they needed anything. The kid told me no. I hung up the phone. Then the pharmacist (with out acknowledging me) says to the kid “I can’t fill this, tell her I need to call and get verbal authorization”. I’m sorry. You clearly see I’m extremely sick. There is zero compassion from either the kid behind the counter or the pharmacist. The kid then asked me to leave and come back in a half hour to an hour. This experice by far is terrible. When someone is sick they don’t need to be treated like they are a nusance.
I had an Rx transferred here on Monday morning. They said they were busy but could have it filled by Tuesday pm. Tuesday pm they had no record of it and they would have to start the process again on Wednesday. This is my second similar experience with this CVS. I will not use them ever again.
Horrible service at front counter two women did not even acknowledge me on line kept doing what they were doing I had a question on a certain item but no help so I used self check out and left with what I had 3-13 -21 at approx 12:00 noon they just lost cvs a sale good work

2022-07-09This place is unreal worst service at a pharmacy by far every month its a new excuse why they cant fill my prescriptions. If the staff wasnt so worried about people and there personal lives they could focus on the job they are hired for.

2021-12-15This location is pretty run down. Service wise, I do not blame the customer service folks one bit. I one hundred percent blame the cvs cooperation for their negligence. You can tell their employees are working their hardest and are severely understaffed. The bathroom, which is passlock protected, was very gross, very unsanitary. Many elderly and disabled people go there to pick up their medications, unbelievable that cvs does not support their staff appropriately, corporate should be ashamed.

2021-11-14I just want to give a big thank-you to the CVS Store Mgr as she made everything right over the phone crediting our cc. We went in there to get Passport Photos for an older relative that we were visiting from out of town. The photos looked great. However, the Post Office rejected them & we had to get new ones at the PO. We left Middletown w/out having a chance to get a refund. I called a week later, sent her the receipt (including the POs receipt) & she funded the charge back to our cc. This is why we go to CVS...the Customer Service is Fantastic.

2021-10-25Brittany the pharmacist is extremely condescending. She refuses to admit when she is wrong. She blames everything on the insurance so that you have to make a million calls in order for her to do her job. Then when she realizes she has no choice but to do her job she tells you your medication will be ready in 2 hours. It takes 2 hrs to put 14 tablets in a bottle. No..it doesnt. I would know since I was a pharmacy tech. Since it was her mistake and Ive been waiting for them for a few days you would think she would say Im sorry Ill get those ready for you right away. Not Brittany ..she has no people skills and is apparently very miserable.

2021-10-04This location needs new employees and I wont even mention how the Manager is. Rude and not understanding what Customer Service is about. Maybe they should focus on doing their job and not bad mouthing their customers and how they hate working. Delusional training must be their experience to be hired. Go to the East Main Street CVS 100% better. ✅

2021-06-29If I could give negative stars I would. I understand that the pharmacy is quite busy, but waiting for meds should NOT take over 45 mins. I have waiting on the drive through line for at least 15-20 mins EACH CAR AHEAD of me. Inside is just as bad. Cvs needs to figure out a plan to move the patients quicker and effectively to pick up their meds. With such a big chain - there has got to be a better way. DO BETTER CVS 👎🏾

2021-05-21Drive thru employees are absolutely not helpful. Am a pregnant woman that need my prescription because of an infection that i got, and the pharmacist is telling me that it’s on hold till the 24th cause it was sent to my old pharmacy . I informed her well I didn’t pick it up and i need it . She asked me to go around till they contact them to pull it out . I said am not staying in the line for another 30 min . Absolutely horrible if i can give them nothing not one star i would . And i told her to keep the prescription

2022-01-11Constantly seems to have a problem filling prescriptions I dont understand how you can be out of important medications that people get sick without and not be apologetic but instead be extremely snide and just say I dont know when they will be in stock this location needs new staff or to be shut down

2020-08-21I recently had a medical device stop working (manufacturing issue), and I wasn’t due for a new one for a few days. The company sent a replacement, but the mail was running really late. I was so stressed thinking that I’d have to go days without my diabetes supplies that I need, but I called CVS and Debbie worked to get me what I needed. She figured everything out so that I didn’t even have to fight with my insurance company. Not only did she try to help me on the phone, but she went above and beyond and kept working on my issue after we had hung up. She quickly called me back and told me everything was all set. I am so incredibly grateful that she kept trying to help me, even after we had ended the call, it shows that she really cares and it isn’t just about doing a job. She cares about helping people. Thanks to her, I had my new sensor hours before my last one expired and did not have to go one minute without. Thank you so much, Debbie!
