Had a FANTASTIC experience with the pharmacist, Frida. Fast service, super knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Will change my usual cvs location to this one for prescriptions going forward.

I just wanted to update my review to make it well known that its the pharmacy that receives one star everybody at the front counter and the managers are absolutely great... But you could have just looked at every other review and seen that. At least I get entertainment because every other person has a problem with the pharmacist but theyre too old enough to know how to leave a review or they just dont because every time I go in its always an entertainment show watching somebody have a problem with the pharmacist because of how horrible they are at their job. At one point I honestly thought it was a prank show and they were just mentally incapable but sadly that wasnt the case.

This pharmacy has absolutely gone down over the past few years. I have had to work with this pharmacy on a professional level which proved the staff is very rude and unprofessional. Personally I have been using the pharmacy for the past year and I am now moving on to another. They are understaffed, incompetent and violate HIPAA. Especially now during a health crisis they should be stepping up their game and not putting their staff and patients and customers at risk.

This cvs is really slow. Pharmacist is super rude and has made a lot of mistakes. Even then I decided to let it go and just changed pharmacies. Now I usually get what I need and wait for someone to help me then leave. I asked for a rain check and the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said no then started yelling that it’s almost closing. (It literally takes a second it’s just a piece of paper). I am so incredibly fed up with this place. I understand that these are trying times but that’s no excuse. This place really needs to step it up. I really don’t know how these kinds of employees haven’t lost their jobs.

Dont come on Sundays to the Pharmacy. It appears they employ less interested people on Sundays. I come here because it is the closest to my house. Service is poor when in the pharmacy they are chatting up each other instead of looking up the customers like now. It is always not the case, depends on who is working. Jasmine provides excellent service. Dont think she works Sundays.

Cust service at the NHP CVS is great. I’ve been a customer of this store for many many years & it is a busy store especially pharmacy dept. but I believe they do an excellent job of taking care of their customers. I would like to extend special thanks to pharmacist Jasmine for the caring service she provides & who in my most recent visit assisted with excellent svc in resolving an issue on my elderly mothers prescriptions. Thank you!

8 to 10 customers in pharmacy line at 5:45 PM on a Wednesday, only one rep to help. She didnt call for extra help nor other pharmacists cared. Manager also oblivious to this situation. At about 6 PM where people just coming back from work and dont want to spend 20 or more on the line to purchase a few items.No wonder this location has a 2.3 review outta 5.

Coming to this pharmacy for medication for mental illness has time and time again become practically counterproductive. I am very sweet natured and patient but every month I end up wanting to scream. I have the app which is does not ever properly correlate with whats actually going on. I always wait at least 15 minutes NOT including the line AFTER I’ve called to confirm when to come in. By the time I’ve left with my medicine I’m frustrated and so are they apparently because I almost always get met with an attitude.

Pharmacy department needs help! Need to hire more people. Prescriptions are not ready on time, phone calls are almost never answered and a long line and wait majority of the time. Pharmacists have no time to speak to customers or answer questions. Pharmacy needs to hire several more people ASAP.
