I came from work to get my vaccine - it is unprofessional to talk about how me being early will throw them all off if everyone comes early to another employee. I also didn’t appreciate her telling the pharmacist “she’s early so no need to rush”. I came right from work. I am well aware I was early and had no issues waiting. It was the way it was discussed - like I wasn’t here - to another employee that was inappropriate. The pharmacist was professional and very nice. The staff needs to be mindful that we sit here for 15 minutes and can hear every comment regarding the people who visit the pharmacy.

I am a long-time resident of Port Jefferson Station and patron of CVS Port Plaza. Christine has been working there for as long as I’ve been living here almost 2 decades. She has always been helpful whenever I was looking for something she’d walk me over to it and show it to me. Every time I walk into the store the cashier greets me. It is a fine store. The pharmacy is also very helpful.

Now I know why the people who work here are so nice. They dont have to do anything, the shelfs are most of the time empty. If I could get paid and not have to work, I would be nice like them.

I went there some time ago to try to get a flu shot. I called before going and heard an enthusiastic automated message urging clients to go there to get the flu shot (Just come! No appointment necessary!), so I hung up and I just drove there. And then I was told by the people behind the counter, rather dismissively, that it would take at least 40 minutes before they could look into giving me the shot. So I just left, without the shot. So much for walk-in flu shots. Someone smarter than me might have waited to talk to an actual human on the phone before driving there, to check how busy they were, but they still get two stars, because they should cater to the smart and the stupid alike.

Pharmacy is terrible. They did not have my prescription in stock and did not communicate with me that they were unable to reach my doctor to re-prescribe my prescription in a different dosage but did not let me know until I called. Now they told me I need to contact my doctor to write another prescription to another pharmacy. In the meantime I ran out of my prescription.

Pharmacy is very lazy. There was a problem with a script but didnt tell me for 2 days then said I should call the doctor. Im moving to a different pharmacy

I, Personally, dont like that they dont have a drive thru and that their prices are double that of anywhere else.
