Not only is the entire store filthy but I went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription apparently 2 minutes too late. The pharmacist was WILLING TO ASSIST 2 other people in line but advised me that they aren’t helping anyone else. Now, how can a pharmacy change its name to CVS HEALTH & the health of others is their last concern since they’re staff are turning away certain patients at their discretion. TERRIBLE!!! Never filing with CVS ever again.

Worst experience in printing photos. The one hour photo turned into 13 days for one of the two to be duplicates and then for the unfriendly manager to tell me that the photo is not there although I had an email with confirmation. Don’t waste your time sending your pictures to print tho that place.

I’ve been trying to reach the pharmacy for over an hour I’ve tried every single option and no response i can’t even receive a call back because the reason i was calling was to update my contact information for a prescription i need to pick up they should shut down this entire pharmacy if they can’t even answer a phone call

I have recently been going to a different CVS Pharmacy and was not getting a good customer experience, so I decided to try one closer to my job and I must say it was the best experience ever. The were friendly, attentive, and answered all my questions. They even called back to inform me when my prescriptions would be ready.

I AM NEVER SHOPPING HERE EVER AGAIN! I came here to buy some products a week ago. They did not have everything I wanted and their prices were ridiculous compared to Target, so I decided to put everything back. I was then profiled by a young man with dreadlocks. He aggressively stopped me and demanded to look at my pocketbook. I am the daughter of an attorney. I have no reason to steal, and I should sue! I then went home and came back to the store with my mother to make a complaint to the manager. The manager was decent, but he made us wait 30 minutes for him to check the cameras and come up with some lame excuse. The associate was shocked and hid from us when we returned. The manager bought us into his office and claimed that my body positioning looked like I was stealing something. Complete nonsense. They did not even give me a chance to go through the metal detectors. And the sales associate looked stupid when he saw that my bag was clear. I wish I was making this stuff up. He treated me so badly and I was humiliated in front of everyone. Trust me, you are better off going to CVS in Jericho or Hicksville. This place is TRASH. The parking is terrible. The management was cooperative and understanding of my frustration, they did not do anything to satisfy my concern. The sales associate was clearly uneducated and unprofessional. They must hire bums here. Incompetent bums who do not know how to interact with customers. Never, ever again. I rather take my honest money somewhere else.

Poor Pharmacy service.Date of Service: Feb 1st 2018Their Pharmacist lie stating that they sent text message on my cell phone about my prescription. My urgent care has sent the medication to this store around 10:30 AM. I called in around 11 AM and they took all my information and stated that they didnt receive my medication from urgent care. I come to know about this around 2:45 PM they cant prepare my prescription without insurance details. The pharmacist said that they sent a text message asking me to report my insurance details. No one from this store called or sent me a text message asking for my insurance details. When we dropped off of the insurance card, they still need 20 mins to prepare the medication.Recently this happened with my wifes prescription. She dropped off her medication for pickup and no one calls for 24 hours for pickup. The 2nd day she had to go to store for pickup.POOR POOR SERVICE. Management has to fix the staff.

The dude on the pick up counter in the pharmacy is the coolest and most efficient worker Ive seen! The store workers are pretty pleasant even though CVS in general is usually a sort of depressing place to be :)

There is only 1 thing that I do not like about this CVS. They are not handicap accessible. When my son wants to go there someone always has to be with him so that he can get inside. They really need to consider the needs of people that are handicap.

This is one of the worst CVSs I have ever been toThe pharmacy are terrible- they lose prescriptions, dont properly fill in the information - think it is ok to make you wait forever even though they have had the prescriptions from the dr hours before.Plus dont bother going for any sales- they have a sale and never carry the products- worst pharmacy in westbury- Poorly managedThe CVS on old country road is much better

Very rude pharmacy service...just came to pick up my prescriptions and asked a question about it, the response was angry and rude from the front desk pharmacist..very uncalled for.
