I like this CVS because its small, compact and convenient. However the female floor manager is fairly nice when you do get her to assist you, but its hard getting her to come. She is very engaged with young male assistant manager who is temperamental and doesnt realize that this industry is one of service and not to mistaken for a modeling job. He pretends not to hear the customers at times when he is in the isles and you try to get his attention -he and the store manager seems more interested in engaging each other than they do customers. Lots of immaturity on the floor with these two
WORST SERVICE EVER. I called 15 minutes before 9pm and spoke to the Pharmacy Department about a prescription I NEEDED to pick up. I explain to the associate that I am in traffic and may reach about 9:05pm, can they please wait so I can get my prescription. I then called the store back again and spoke to the pharmacy and explained where I was, and that I will probably arrive 9:02-9:05. I was blocks away. I arrived in the store 9pm on the dot. The pharmacy gate was closed and I asked to get prescription, the store manager was counting out the register, and the guy at the pharmacy said sorry we are close. I looked at my phone and told them it is 9:01. I called and spoke to you and told you I was coming. You knew I was coming, I begged and asked and explained I NEEDED the prescription. The pharmacy associates rushed out the store while I try to talk to the manager. The manager said the pharmacy is separate from the store and out of her control. She did nothing to try to help. This is my local CVS, and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Ive been shopping here 10+ years. This was ridiculous. They practically closed the department before 9pm knowing that I was on my way. They should have told me not to come on the phone. Instead they told me I should come and try. I am highly disappointed and deeply frustrated.
I have come to the cvs pharmacy for the past 3 years with no real issues.Recently, I visited this pharmacy on a week day after work to pick up a prescription which was sent over electronically. Seems simple enough. The line was long, longer than i have ever seen here before. Then it become clear why, the pharmacist on staff was overwhelmed, seemingly undertrained with zero customer service skills.She made so many mistakes, below is a list of the most notable:1) told me cvs didn’t have the medication, then she found it (the tech handed it to her)2) even after she talk to the doctor because she didn’t understand the script the prescription was improperly filled for the patients age (which i pointed out to her and she “fixed”)3) upon arriving home i realized i was dispensed only a 3 day supply when the script stated 5 days (not sure if i paid for 3 or 5 days). By this time cvs was closed4) when i expressed concerns i was not provided with counselingI called CVS customer service to voice this complaint but after being on hold 30 minutes...google review it is.
I have never written such a lengthy review about anything, but as a courtesy I felt it would be beneficial to the greater goods.I’ve given this pharmacy multiple chances, but they always have an excuse when it comes to filling my Perscriptions!!The first time I had an issue was when I went to fill a prescription. I dropped it off on a Tuesday. They said they had to order it and it would come in the next day. I came in on Friday after I receive a text message alert to come pick up my prescription on Thursday. I arrived at the CVS Pharmacy and they told me they didn’t order the medication or even process the prescription as it was still in the basket next to their computer!!! I had to go to another CVS 30 minutes away to go get it!!! I wasn’t even given a courtesy phone call to inform me if there were any issues even after I had received a text message saying my prescription was ready. This happened about 2 months ago.I’m currently sit waiting for yet a different prescription and they told me 25-30 minutes. I went to grab something to eat and came back 45-60 minutes later. I asked for my prescription and it looks like they still didn’t even process the prescription. I was told 15 minutes because they are backed up. I will never come back to this CVS. I will be transferring all my perscriptions to a different pharmacy. It is ridiculous the lack of communication between the staff in the pharmacy and their customers. They couldn’t have been that backed up because about 3 people back there weren’t doing anything. I’m incredibly sick and shouldn’t have had to gone through that. What’s worse is the two senior citizens in front of me went through the same ordeal as I did. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS PHARMACY!
Well I have to say that this place used to be amazing. Over the past year or so, the pharmacy has become atrocious. Medications are never ready when you go to pick them up. Everytime my doctor sends in a prescription, I have to wait or come back the next day. Usually they claim that they didnt receive it in order to buy some time. Im about to switch back to a local mom and pop that I used to go to. Its out of the way now but it will be worth it.
Worst pharmacy ever, I understand they are heavily overworked due to pandemic but even before it started they will always send the message saying that your prescription is ready but still keep you waiting and sending you from one counter to another. Never have I ever got a prescription in time...
I have prescriptions filled at another CVS location, including one that my health insurance pays about $55,000 a year for, and must be filled only by CVS. I was walking by this location, and had $5 Extra Care Rewards, or whatever they call it, from their loyalty program, that I wanted to use up, and which stated that it was valid for a minimum $5 purchase. I walked in and took 2 cans of salmon, which were on sale for 2/$5. I went to the self checkout, scanned my CVS card, the items, and the CVS Extra Care coupon, as indicated by the self service system/screen. The screen said something about requesting assistance, and a CVS employee came over. He looked at the transaction ($5 purchase minus $5 CVS Extra Care Reward = $0), stole the items (as explained later) from me, and stated CVS isnt going to give you that for free. I left, and a couple of days later attempted to use my Extra Care Reward for something else at a different location. When the cashier scanned the CVS Extra Care coupon, he told me that it was not valid, as the system stated that it was already used it on the date I attempted to use it at this store, therefore informing me that the employee at this store stole my items, as I was charges $5 in CVS Extra Care Rewards for the items he took away from me.
This pharmacy has to be the worst in Yonkers by far. Everytime I’ve been here, my prescription has not been ready. This last time, I called 3 hours in advance at 5pm and was told “It will be ready in 30min”. And here I am sitting here at 840pm and I’m told “We’re still working on it.”Without a doubt changing Pharmacies.
This pharmacy is HORRIBLE, after I waited 15 minutes in line to pick up my prescription that was submitted at 9:30am, I was told it not ready. It’s now 6:05pm. This is the 4th time my medication is not ready as supposed to on time. Poor service. I will definitely change to another pharmacy. Ridiculous.
Pharmacy its a disaster if you call for any information, staff yells, cut you on a questions, and literally stop you if you are saying something you dont understand. Very inappropriate and disrespectful. No ETHICS OR PROFESSIONALISM. I ignored they hiring process or customer service is the worse.
I called the pharmacy regarding a prescription for my father and was hung up on 2 times. The third time, Sarah, the pharmacist, picked up. She was was very rude. Instead of telling me she was aware of the situation she just started barking at me. Hey, Sarah, you should stick to filling prescriptions because you’re aweful at speaking to customer.
Very unorganized pharmacy. Was waiting on line behind a customer that needed extra help/ time and another counter opened up for 2 gentleman and when I approached I was told only one line was open!! I specifically saw one of the gentleman come in after me but he was helped and I was not! I am only here because my son needs a prescription they happen to stock but I will not return!! Very poor customer service!!!!

2022-02-09This cvs location is horrible , the workers are mainly Hispanic women with attitudes . Not much diversity at this location for the neighborhood that’s very diverse . The workers does not greet , gives nasty stare , are mainly huddled in groups speaking about the customers or just gossiping . The body language is horrible and nobody tries to help resolve problems . I only go here because of my medication and occasionally pick up other items which is always a mess also but I rather not travel far to get my meds .. this place has bad energy and no customer service . If u ask anyone of them a question they act like they don’t hear you . The manger hires her friends and family members so this place is horrible .

2022-03-26The store is so much cleaner and I’m finally able to find some more of the items I need still don’t have everything I need but finally the store seems to be getting more items and more cleanerThe young Spanish male manager that is new is very attentive to the customers and helpful it’s about time they got a new manager to fix this store and be professional

2021-10-12If I could give one review I would. The manager in the store Natasha is super rude and is always in the aisle talking with other associates when she should be managing the store and taking care of disputes. One day I really noticed how she was taking to one of the workers and it was absolutely disgusting. The manager needs to learn how to treat people, her coworkers and do her job properly. If I can escalate this to a higher up in the CVS company I would. Be mindful of who you put in charge to manage your store CVS!

2021-08-16For the most Part I used to like shopping here, you can definitely find everything you want or need, and I love the fact there IS SELF CHECKOUT... But what I dislike is the new Hires. Is like they do not want to help at all.. 😡😡😡 all the products are not in the system, so you have to wait for an employee to come and input the information only after waiting 10 min for him to acknowledge you or the issue your having... 😶😶😶😶

2021-09-05I hate this place with my whole gut i bought a expensive gift card from here and i went home tried it out and it said i needed to go back to the register and get it activated so i did but they said i couldn’t. that’s such a waist of money, that and on top i just had the worst flood and most of my expensive things destroyed. i hate this cvs the girl could have handled it better or at least give me back my money. hate this place and never ever going back here.

2021-04-04Super busy. One person visibly working. Absolutely chaotic between customers waiting on line to be assisted, and others having trouble with the self checkout. Waited half an hour to be told the passport photo pulldown wasnt working, after calling ahead 2 hours before and was told they were currently doing photos.
