2022-03-19My partner bought a pair of vans slip ons here. He wasn’t sure about the size so he bought them and then put them on so we could walk around the Michaels next door while I ran another errand to see if they would be comfortable. After walking in them for less than an hour he decided they were too big. We put them back in the box and went back to the store to return them. We were gone for less than an hour but the manager wouldn’t take them back. She said they were scuffed but was literally a speck of dirt from outside that could be wiped off. I have returned plenty of shoes in the past without any incident.
