One of my favorite places in New York City! Love the friendly staff, the clean aisles, and the amount of shoes they have!! Will always be my go to shoe store!! Keep it up!!
I have never seen a poorer more incompetent customer service than this store. The ugg boots i bought through them got deformed and they told me you can’t wear ugg boots in the snow. I live in nyc and didn’t realize ugg boots are only for indoors. I have multiple ugg boots and never had this issue. So clearly they are defective. Never will shop here again even though i have been a customer for years. It is better to buy these items directly from the brand because you have warranty. Terrible everything!P.s. the online store remedied my situation for which I am very happy and appreciative as a customer. dsw online did a great job and I will remain a customer of this store. You guys should learn customer service from them.
I went to every shoe store on the same street before coming to this DSW. I saw the same shoes the others collectively had, but the were typically a bit cheaper here. My only criticism is how small the mens section is compared to everything else and the fact that they had womens clearance overflowing to the mens floor, but had no mens shoes on clearance at all. As a bargain shopper this was a bit disappointing but I still saved some money while shopping here. Will come back again.
Spent $$$$ over years at DSW on shoes.Spanish girl with long straight hair (worked at the cash register) was rude!!!! No hello, no thank you, no nothing. She had a nasty attitude towards meShe needs to go to Union Sq DSW and take a look how GREAT Costumer Service looks like!Will not come back!
What can I say. Spacious. Clean. Friendly staff and a ton of styles and brands of foot wear, socks, wallets, handbags n some smaller Knicks and knacks.
Its ok has a great selection of shoes but no one greets or ask if u need help but I still recommend.

I walked in this place looking for rain boots and a pair of flats. Walked around the entire store and walked out. You would think with a location this size they would have better selections.
Excellent service and selection. 4 floors loaded with organized easy to navigate options for any type of style. Brian the Manager is especially accommodating and helpful. Anything that we needed he was able to provide and did so happily. I am very impressed with the staff at this location. There is a security guard at the door when you enter on 34th that greets you warmly and they have both escalator and elevators. There is no confusion about what is in each section. Even if you are looking at clearance items on the second floor there is a sign letting you know about the additional clearance on the 4th floor. You wont be disappointed.

They had some decent shoes. A few high end designers like Gucci, Ferragamo, etc.They did not have what I was looking for.Its really 4 stars but I gave it 3 because the escalator is broken between the 2nd and 3rd floor, meanwhile, the register is on the 2nd floor and the elevator was moving in snail mode.But the had a wide variety of shoes I was a bit impressed, the staff was friendly and supportive.

I liked the DSW at Union Square because even though they were having a sale things still looked very organized. Additionally I was able to find the sneaker boots I was looking for. The staff was also very helpful in providing me the rewards info I needed before I made my purchase.

The best place for purchasing shoes in New York! Go to the 3rd and 4th floor for high quality shoes with much lower price. Bench and mirror everywhere make it comfortable and convenient shopping inside. Numerous shoes, bags, socks, hats, scarves, accessories of famous brands such as Adidas, Puma, Clarks, Aldo, Naturalizer, Franco Sarto, Guess.
This is always a fun place, even when trying to find shoes for work. That day I found Steve Madden, Kurt work boots. Perfect! Along with dressier and knock-around every day boots, you cannot go wrong.Here are my Madden Girl work boots).
DSW is my favorite shoe store, specoally the one at 34th St. I always find what I want and service is superb.
I recently traveled to NY for a quick trip. The service was excellent on my return to exchange an item. You see when I first purchased my shoes the cashier checked and said I had 2 different sizes, she proceeded to go and correct the error. Its only when I got back to my hotel I realized I had 2 right feet( its a good thing she corrected the error). Needless to say I had to go back to get it sorted. The person who I encountered was extremely helpful. She allowed me to shop while she went ahead and found my left foot lol.
Good service, but purse selection is less than it used to be. Well stocked with footwear and items near the registers. Purses are scattered in different areas. Prices even on sale items have gone up.
I recently visited DSW New York. Floors & Floors of shoes. There are so many shoes that its difficult to choose one pair. The Mens shoes are located on the top floor and I was glad that the Men have our own floor. Less Confusing & Complicated that way.
Carolina is the most unprofessional employee! I shop a lot at other DSW locations and the employees have always been respectful and helpful. However, when I I went to pick up my order at this location not only was my order not ready but she had a nasty attitude towards me. I don’t understand. If you don’t like your job just quit don’t take it out on the customers. People please if you go there avoid going to her! Hopefully someone looks into this and takes action.
The people that work there are very helpful and friendly and everything is well organized and the prices of shoes and socks are so reasonable I bought 2 pairs of socks that were very expensive in other stores I bought 2 pairs of socks for 10 dollars and in Macys one pair of the same socks was 10 dollars and I bought 2 pairs for 10 dollars and the shoes.are great prices I could not believe how reasonable if you are looking for reasonable prices on shoes and socks DSW is the store for you all thumbs up from me for DSW👍👍👍👍

I have been a dsw shoe lover since 2014- I literally spend over 200-500 a month in shoes but unfortunately for them this is the last time i will be shopping at DSW. I made 2 orders totaling 500 last month and they canceled 4 pair of the shoes I bought and never game me my refund. They charged my account but never sent my money back now I have to dispute with my bank.The icing on the cake was the customer rep telling me that because the item was canceling had to pay again for the shoe they already charged me for.Also, this store rarely pick up the phone and when they do their customer associates hang up or leave u on hold for 4hrs 56mins and 4seconds currently running.
Great prices , very convenient location as its close to all major public transport stations and just block away from Penn station. Doesnt have the best selection of shoes but its a 5 story shop with a big selection , especially for wpmen.I had great designer shoes from this store over the years for prices you cant compete with.
Probs not the norm but Twice I’ve gone shopping here and twice they’ve left a buzzer on at least one pair of shoes (the first time all 3 pairs I bought had the buzzer by the time I was exiting, the second time only one of the two pairs). Nothing is more embarrassing than being displayed front and center as security goes through your bags.Shoe selection is average- nothing you wouldn’t expect from a DSW, nothing extremely notable. Just wish the cashiers were more attentive. Redeeming quality- security each time was able to find and remove the tag within 15 min of finding the tag.TLDR: shop online or another dsw if you plan to buy more than one pair of shoes; the cashiers aren’t as keen to detail as one would hope .
No bathrooms for paying customers. If I’m spending over $200 on shoes you should be able to let me use your bathroom. Unacceptable. Both employees I talked to were unapologetic and couldn’t careless. They were very short with me when I asked about the bathrooms. I guess the store is more frequented by people who are desperate to get out of the heat and don’t wanna walk an extra few blocks to a more suitable store.
Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Woman checking me out told me, a paying customer, to check my attitude. When I then asked for the manager I also received an extremely rude response and got no apology for the way I was spoken to. Would not return to this location solely because of people working there.
I LOVE this DSW location. Every time I visit the sales associates are extremely helpful, they give great suggestions and they try their best to help find the right shoes for your feet. The variety of products is also great and I always manage to find something I love, shoes, leggings, socks, etc. If I dont theyre great at helping me find it on their website and send it to my home with free shipping. I highly recommend them!
Great location, always greeted by staff upon arrival. The manager, Jonathan is very helpful and polite. Staff is helpful and the store is well kept. Always quick to offer online orders when a particular shoe or size is unavailable at the store. Highly recommended as there are plenty of options and inventory available with a wide clearance selection.

I think this store has like 4 floor to it and they had a bathroom too but they claimed it was not working so I couldnt stay to shop because I had to hunt down a restroom so I just never went back.

This was the biggest one Ive ever been to, and I loved it!! There was such a huge selection! I couldnt carry all the shoes I wanted, but Im ordering the ones I didnt get online a.s.a.p.!
This store is hit or miss many things here are not that much different than other places .
One star because:1. I ordered pair of slippers, got a notification that my order will be ready in 2 hours. I showed up after 5 hours and not only the order wasnt ready, they did not even have slippers I paid for2. Caroline is the most unprofessional employee I have ever met + extremely rude. Did not want to listen to what happened and the issue with my order and allowed herself to treat customers disrespectfully. At the very end, when she explained what the issue is, she continued talking about my order to herself, cause I couldnt even hear what she was saying, but the other employee explained that Caroline said my order will be refunded in a few days and that I will get an email. Caroline, if you read this, think about taking customer service training.
Escalator was out on 1st floor. Had to wait on a line for elevator and then to purchase stuff. Couldnt wait had to returned back to work. The wait times were way too long. It ate up most of my time
I have bought many pairs of shoes at DSW over the years. I dont live in the US anymore, but every time Im back, I look for a DSW. Bought two pairs this time.

I love getting my shoes at this place because they carry my shoe size and if is not available at their store they order it for you. I am part of their members program which is free to join and they will send you coupon at home as you accumulate points. It is worth it to join I got $50 off a pair of uggs boot and discount on other items 🤗 my bill was $ 205 and I ended up paying about $130. Happy shopper!

Im a huge DSW shopper but this is by far the best location Ive been to. Its 4 floors and it even has a booth that you can put your phone is a secured charging locker- for free! I was able to charge my battery while I shopped. The staff is friendly, patient & helpful.
They didnt have the shoes I wanted because they sold out, but I was able to find a nicer pair. This store is clean and the staff is extremely helpful. There are a variety of shoes brands and styles within a reasonable price
They have absolutely nothing in my size. The place is there for women with small feet only size 8 and smaller. Women with big feet like myself will be told to order your size online and feel free to pick them up there. That is not convenient at all. Why have a brick and mortar establishment then tell the customer to order things online.Oh, and to be told Its summer we always run out of sandals in the summer is NOT what I want to hear when Im trying to purchase sandals in the summer.To add something positive to this review post this was the most clean and organized store Ive ever walked in.DO BETTER DSW.

This is a huge shoe store where you can buy more than just shoes. They offer a good selection of socks, purses, and other accessories but the main focus is shoes. Their prices are usually better than other department stores and sometimes they even beat Amazon.

Every shoe you could ever want and then 2 you didnt know you needed but must have. This store is four floors of shoe fabulousness. I was so overwhelmed I didnt even know where to start or where to end. I would strongly recommend going and looking. Join there shoe club for additional discounts, coupons and information on sales.

I love window-shopping at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. Their selection is also up-to-date & nice but not too hipster. Not exactly cheap but for brand new shoes, the shoes they carry are worth it. Nice area to sit and try on shoes as well, nice staff.
An easy to find location with a very helpful staff.We visited in the evening during the week and it was not too crowded. Checkout took less than five minutes and they even offered to take the shoe box for recycling.As for selection, I feel that the inventory was very limited at this location. Also the prices dod not reflect the savings we usually receive at DSW.

Like most DSWs this one was well organized. The second floor has good staff presence but the third floor is understaffed.... I could not find anyone. They have a great selection of all sorts of shoes but dont expect to find sizes between 6-8 for women. In the other hand, prices are way below expectations for shoes in NYC. Also, even though this warehouse is in the middle of one of the most crowded streets in Manhattan, the store was relatively empty.
Yes this store carries most of the brands, a variety of colors and styles... but what happened to the people with smaller feet.Im a size 4.5 / 5. Hello I have feelings too. Stop telling me to go to the damn kids section... Im 35 years old.Once in a blue moon, I will find something I like in a 5.5, but then, I have to invest in those insoles that takes off one shoe size ( brilliant idea by the way)...If youre gonna have a store thats 3 levels high, then cater to the people with small feet... get rid of the mens section... they own like 1 pair of shoes... unlike women who has a thousand pair per household.Come on people this is a huge market that youre not profiting from. We actually want to give you our money!!
Oh my god! It was the greatest! 3 floors full of shoes and I found flat over the knee boots for a tall person! I wish I had more time to look around! Staff was also super helpful to me... my sister had an issue with her sales person though because they wouldnt let her use her coupon because it was on retailmenot instead of DSW but didnt bother to tell her that the same coupon was on the DSW website. I told her though and she was able to get the discount. It worked out though.
Nice layout and organization (ordering of shoes by type). big selection of shoes formal, casual, athletic, etc. prices consistent with the internet. upon choosing a model, the size i needed was not in stock, so i ordered online (free shipping) and was satisfied.
My wife found what she was looking for, and when I loaded up the DSW app there was a 20% off coupon in it. Cant complain about that! BTW, this DSW on West 34th in NYC is easily twice as big as any other of their stores Ive ever been in with a huge selection of shoes. And now they are advertising shoe repair services too.
I work pretty close to this location so I come here often when I get a coupon in the mail. The location has three floors with a small womens clearance section in the front entrance of the store. The store has a couple of associates but they are all mostly at the register. The store is usually clean and well organized. Although, do note, they do not sell children shoes at this location.
Staff is super helpful. Selection is great for middle of the road footware. Good quantity of sizes. Stores stock is well kept. I wouldnt choose DSW if youre looking for the most hip footware, especially mens. Pricing is fair and if you catch it right can be very good if an item had moved to the clearance section.
I have many friends who swear by this place for buying shoes. Especially mens shoes. Most men tend to go here to buy classic styles for church gatherings or weddings or high end office shoes. The womens shoes are fine with the young women for pumps and boots but its difficult to find flat heeled leather high top boots and flat heeled walking dress shoes for women at all because everything is picked through as soon as the season opens to buy such women shoes. I go here for the leather accessories like mens designer briefcases and in the clearance aisles you find sometimes designer quality leather messenger bags but they go fast. The prices for these youthful styled leather mens briefcases or messenger bags are less than a hundred dollars and sometimes on sale or clearance priced they can go for forty to thirty bucks. I buy a few of them them and give them as gifts for youngsters I know who dont know how to shop. I never got a complaint about the style or quality from anyone and the bags have been used for years. Take them once a year to a reliable shoemaker to be polished and sewn at the seams and for that twenty bucks you have a new designer briefcase. Nobody will ever tell its the same bag. This is true about any old leather pocket book or purse or briefcase. A shoemaker can do anything to a quality leather bag and make them look brand new so remember buy quality bags and with the right care can last decades. The quality you find here for mens briefcases and womens bags are this type. I recently purchased several excellent quality womens leather backpacks for thirty dollars each and with the discount card they ask you to sign up for I now have ten dollars credit towards my next purchase or if you want them to hold your purchase you can put the ten dollars credit towards this purchase if you come back to buy it. The leather on the backpack-purse I bought is excellent and I recently saw a very similar style backpack at Burlington store for one hundred dollars. And the quality of the backpack was not there in the hundred dollars bag at Burlington. The quality here at DSW is far superior and on a sale time of year like now you can find good deals. I highly recommend the place. Go here even if you just window shop for bargains first.
5 stories of shoes ! My wife absolutely loved it. I just need a pair of tennis shoes, but the selection was so great and they had so many options, I was able to find 5 pair that did the trick... and my wife found 4 for herself........

It was an okay visit. Though the space clearly showed where Clearance items are, there was nothing that really peaked my interest.There was a couple shoe shopping and they were doing it for the free air buds. Told them that it was until supplies last which they had not realized.
Nice selection of shoes/boots and select clothing items for adults and children. The prices are average to high ($150 for Rubber Rain Boots...a bit high for RUBBER). The staff was very nice and helpful. The store was organized.
Very clean store, easily was able to find what I was looking for. I also gained knowledge by staff for several different sections of the store, and what they usually have to offer. Everything gets restocked very quickly and I havent seen any unhappy campers around since my last visit.

A great place to shop for shoes because of the large quantity of options and decent prices. I went there to purchase work shoes and they had multiple options in my size; I went with the Dr. Scholls and they fit great and are very comfortable. My only complaint with the store is that the mens section was all the way up on the top level haha. Overall its a great spot to grab some new shoes and would recommend it to anyone in the Times Square area of Manhattan.
Nice store with lots of variety of shoes. However, the customer service is terrible. The cashiers in the 2nd floor are very slow. I was waiting and finally decided to try a different floor. I went to the 3rd floor and there was only one cashier. There were other workers there talking and seem to be very lazy. I will NEVER. go to this store again. If I need shoes I will go to one in 14 St

You need something -its here.Each time I come....ugh I have to buy a few pairs.You can sign up for their club and get points. Buy a few pairs and discounts will follow to drag you back.They carry bags, stockings and other accessorizes.Some of the staff was lazy. Long crowded lines.Lots of sales, shoes for less and clearance section.
Huge selection and great prices. Being from Cleveland, I was surprised to see shoe selection and some of the designers we do not see usually available. Truly great place to visit if you are in a need of shoes and are in NY at the same time.
Takes the pain out of shopping for shoes. Amazing store with a vast choice of shoes- and, if like me you hate to have to wait for a salesperson to bring that box with the right size, this shop is your best bet: all sizes are available right in front of your nose. Also shoes are sorted by type and not brand so its easy to find what you are looking for (and can make you discover new brands). A kids section will be available from July the 5th and I cant wait to take my two kids there.
Four floors of opportunity to just spend money. I love it here! I love their prices as well. The store is clean and organized. I espeiclly like the little sticker on thr boxes that help me identify my big size.
I hate this store, I really don’t know why I keep coming here for anything. Returns and even purchases are a pain to do. I buy tons of shoes from them online but the store itself and management is terrible because they don’t try a drop to satisfy the customer. I came today to return a pair of vans and some heals. I was told to go back to where I purchased the heals to get my rewards and coupons added back to my account. Are you serious? I was told management is different and they work by different rules, that is unacceptable. DSW representatives should all have the same goal, treat customers right and make sure they leave wanting to come back. The fifth time I come for a return or purchase and leave highly UNHAPPY! Never Again.

This store on 34st. Doesnt cater much to men. As the section is much smaller than 14 or 79st. But women have 3 1/2 floors to choose from. Sale racks though not that great. If youre in the area worth a visit. Otherwise check the others.

I went to exchange a pair of sneakers my wife bought me as an early birthday gift that wasnt the right fit and encountered associate Raven who checked for a particular shoe online that didnt have my sz in store then after trying another style and walking the store Raven helped me make a decision. I made the exchange and left happy

Great selection for me! Given that I fall into the range of normal shoe sizes, I never have a problem finding something great at a good price. This location is 4 stories, which means the mens selection span an entire floor, the selection is one of the better that I have seen at this company. From boots to dress shoes DSW has you covered. Not a huge fan of the sneakers and prefer to go to an athletic store for those purchases.

I love this shoe warehouse its extremely clean and organize. The employees are also very nice and helpful even when you did not ask for help but it looks like you might need it .I mostly shopping online sometimes I shop in stores when I need something right away.If the DSW online store does not provide to many details about their products that I need to buy I will see if its available in stores and goes there to check out the products at the shoes store local.Because this store is very clean and organize its easier for me to shop here at leave feeling good about my shopping experience and the things I have purchased. This is extremely important for me because I would get very stressed out trying to find what I need or if DWS store was not very clean and organize....This why I mostly do my shopping online sometimes stores are not very clean and organize environment. Sometimes this is because of mess customers. I know that this is also very stressful for the employees that work at these companies.....Shopping out in the real world can sometime be extremely stressful for many people.It also easier to save money for me when I choose to shop on DSWS online store.Its always fun for me to see the shoes in person when I am shopping in Manhattan or have anything important in the area I like to visit my favorite places and stores....

I found sandals that were super comfy, although I did go in search of a crossbody bag. Cashier was very nice, and reminded me about a coupon (which I already had in my hand). Very helpful!
Wow, this DSW has 3 floors of shoes galore for the shoes lover! Be sure to check out the clearance sections all the way on the top floor on the far back end. Dont forget to sign up for their Rewards membership which is free, and on your birthday, you will get a $5 gift certificate. Occasionally, there are promotions where you get $10 in the mail, which is exciting! A must do is to check out their Facebook page. They give out shoes to a number of people on Tuesdays from 12 noon to 1PM if you answer a trivia question correctly. They also have other promotions, whether its posting your favorite shoes or answering questions, you never know what surprises they might send your way!

I visited your store on 34th street in New York and was very pleased with the service I received, I was looking for a pair of work boots and remembered I received an email regarding a 25% discount on boots this week. I could not find the email so I figured I would not receive the discount so I was bummed. I then noticed the cashier Qunell, walked away and found a coupon on her own a brought it to me. This is absolutely awesome and I felt she went above and beyond for me. I am very grateful for the service she provided because other retail shops wouldnt have went out of their way to find a coupon for the customer. Well when I went to DSW designer shoe store , I didnt expect spent a good time over there. This store are located at 213 west 34th Street, Manhattan. When you enter the building , you have ahead of you a escalator. And after the escalator you have 3 floors of shoes, each floor you can have a ball. Choosing so many kinds and types of shoes. The staff is great, but maybe they can use more hands on deck, they seem stretched a little thin. Some of the customers get a little snippy about it, but I guess you can kind of expect at least a little of that with the UWS...Anyways, the prices cant be beat for what youre getting and the layout is very smart. Definitely sign up for the rewards program (Its not a credit card), the amount of special discounts you can get is STUPID.
3 full floors of shoe heaven! You can check out on any floor. The selection is fantastic. I highly recommend this location vs other smaller locations. Come take a look! You might walk out with a few pairs of shoes.
A place to get great bargains. So many designer shoes and bags to buy. Lovely scarves and accessories too. I start here before I go elsewhere for shoes. There is always a bargain here waiting for you.
So many shoes to little time this place is mountains of shoes......but would not let me use a bathroom. Its a very nice selection but I was way upset to have to leave to use a restroom. 300.00 dollars later you could of let me pee

Its ok, I mean some of the stuff there you can still get cheaper online . I just bought Nikes they had for $70 and found them on Zapados for $48. I also bought a pair of Keen boots they had on clearance for $81 and in Amazon theyre $99 when DSW at then marked at $170. So buyer beware on some of the items.
Used to love this place for the diversity and the quality ...now shoe companies seem to make low quality, redundant patterns for DSW. Not talking super high end brands either because non fashionable people equate brand with style and quality which aint always the case. Anyway shoe mannies are affecting DSW stock which is bland at the moment no matter which store you go to.
Designers shoes at great prices are bad for my pockets but I won t tell if you dont.I like shoes and if you do too..then you should go there!! Nuff said
Difficult to find shoes in my size, because I have big feet. They cater to every size known to man in the store. As soon as you ask for anything 12 or above, out of stock, we have to order them. Very frustrating.

They have a lot of variety in the shoe department, but size 5 and beneath practically dont exist, so save your time if this is what youre looking for. The bag selection is very nice and not particularly expensive.

Amasing quality shoes at ridiculous prices. Mens shoes are at the 4th level! But be carefull, they have no toilets in there on any floor, you will have to get out of the buildong and go somewhere esle if you meed to pee.Other than that I would strongly recomand everyone to at least chek out that store because you are able to find verry good products at a fraction of their usual retail price.Located near time square, it is worth the little walk.

This location has 4 floors of different shoes which I love. There is alot of variety there. It was a little difficult to get some help from the workers but other than that I liked my time here.
I go here on occasion for shoes but most of the time they do not have narrow width although the sign in the store clearly says we have your width. I did not get shoes that day but my son did. I did pick up a pair of eccco european sizing sandals a few weeks back at their 14th St location which is better and bigger- in clearance dept. very happy with them= velcro closures fit my size- sales help usually not helpful

The majority of customers in the store were waiting in line with only two registers open. When I got to the front I found out that they were asking everyone for contact info presumably to open an account for them without actually telling them that. The cashier I had did not know how to process an online return and was very slow to get help.
Rating solely due to the closure of the public bathroom because one year ago there was a drug overdose. Unacceptable policy particularly when there are a number of other solutions that they could use to add security and limit access to the space.This is an inhumane response to their customers and bespeaks poor managemen by choosing the least expensive solution at the expense of their customer base. Shame on you store managers and DSW management who support this.
Shoe heaven usually I go to the 125th street store but lately the never have what I want there especially for my granddaughter. Recently I put a pair of snow boots on hold at 34th street since 125th had NO snow boots at all long story short Ill never go to 125th ever again had no idea this store had such a wide variety of things besides shoes just picked up a pair of wide calf boots found a nice comfy pair of 9west slippers everthing I see or order online is there associates are very friendly knowledgeable and professional will be back big girls RUN!!! Great place to purchase shoes as it has a huge variety of shoes at a great price. Walked in with very bad shoes from one maker, only to find the very best shoes from another at a much better price. It pays to be patient.

Large enough selection of shoes and brands in the middle (kind of) of Manhattan. There is also a restroom on the 3rd floor so you wont have to worry if you are staying there long to shop.

I ordered a pair of shoes for daughter. Was supposed to be delivered to her address where she lives on her birthday. One month later no shoes. All I got was sorry no notice, nothing what the hell.

2022-04-21This is a pretty large well stocked and well staffed DSW. There are about four floors and there are many discounted items all over and of course a clearance rack. The items are reasonably priced and the clearance are well slashed. You will definitely find whatever shoe you are looking for!

2022-04-05I received what i thought was a great offer in the mail from the CEO of DSW. It was the promo WHATSNEW offering $30 off of $49 purchase. What i quickly learned while trying to use this promo was it excluded about 95% of the brands that DSW carry. Is this a joke (not laughing) or is this really how much you appreciate your customers?🤔🥺. Its nice sometimes to get a no frills non complicated reward. This is definitely not one of them. I decided not to use it or buy anything.

2022-05-12Great location, a few steps from the Macys on Herald Square.Clean and neat place.Good selection of shoes, both for males, females and kids.Good prices with clearences on each floor.Discounts are real, not fake, which means $20-50 per pair of shoes.I found today for myself a non-slippery pair of black shoes for my work for only $60. They are well equipped with large sizes as well, which works for me (12).

2022-06-22The biggest DSW Ive ever been inside, its shoe heaven! A fun store to peruse, plenty of misfit shoes in the clearance aisle looking for a good home. :) I didnt get anything but it was fun to walk around and scratch my retail therapy itch without breaking the bank.
