Clean and a large selection, would be great if coupons included exclusions

I purchased shoes online and wanted to pickup at store. I needed the shoes asap for a new job starting the following day. I never received an email telling me to or when to pick up my shoes. I was in the area so I stopped by to pick up my shoes. Not familiar with this location, waited on line for a long while. Kinda, frustrating bcuz it wasnt a long line. When I finally get to the cashier. He announces pick ups are upstairs. So after waiting, I had to go upstairs to wait some more. Longer line, thankfully faster service. On line for so long and having to go to another floor. I picked up items on the way. When I go to pay. The cashier says I have to go back downstairs to pay. Normally, I would have walked out. However, I needed the item. Went back downstairs waited on an even longer line 🤷🏾♀️.#Frustrated and the shoes I purchased I will end up having to exchange.

Ive been here on several occasions now and they have been short staffed each time. The store has 2 floors, only one set of registers are being utilized and there was one cashier. Finally, a second cashier jumped on. I was looking for Croce and they dont currently have enough sizes nor styles on hand. I find that that happens a lot when shopping there. I usually have to order online.

Love this place. There is an incredible manager there. A very nice young lady. She has an incredible customer service skills. She is very beautiful to. Her personality makes you feel welcome to be at DSW. My first time being there but it wont be my last time.
Their selection although vast is limited. I love the heels and sneakers I got but i needed dress flats. And my fiancé wanted my same sneakers, bobs, but they didnt have it. Though I shouldve looked harder for the flats.
They always have great sales and since I can wear kids size sneakers it works for me, oh dont forget when you donate shoes you get mooooore discounts
DSW has a huge shoe selection and it is always neat and organized. This location is two huge floors. Theyre always running promotions and sales. Nice accessories but they are a bit pricey. They do not let the public use the bathroom anymore (it used to be a publicly available restroom) and that is a big deterrent to shopping there.
There wasnt one sales person available. There maybe only one on the payroll, sad! Hire some salespeople. The security guard was trying to help me determine what size I needed! Why does this only happen in our community? Nevertheless... I found everything I wanted at a fair price..

They have a large variety of shoes. Really amazing designs and the prices are not too heavy. Really recommend. They also have purses of mostly all sizes - pretty and well organized.
The place has various shoe and sneaker collection. If they dont have ur size they will order it and send it to to the store for u no extra size . the cashiers were nice .

It a nice store to go, For years I was always able to count on DSW for Nike Socks, Cause they always had a great selection, but lately I havent seen a good selection. I guess Cause of Covid.

I went to 3 DSWs to find a pair a shoes and not many people were willing to help me look for them even at this location except for Ariana. She went above and beyond to find the missing pair that claimed to be in stock online. Thank you to her I was prepared for my vacation and she made my experience great!!! Solid customer service. :)
A lot to choose from. The customer service is always on point. Such a variety from sneakers to evening shoes. Prices are good & the selection changes. What you see one day may not be there in a couple of weeks. Have fun going up & down the aisles.
The employees were very helpful and polite. I was looking for a particular shoe which can only be ordered on line. I bumped into two young ladies who happened to be shopping in the store and they helped me chose a nice shoe to go with my dress. I also found a wrap it was 80 percent of what I wanted so I bought it!

A 2 floor DSW with a great selection of shoes and accessories for men and women. The clearance section is in the back of the 2nd floor. Ive had shoes ordered for me when they didnt have my size quickly with no issues whatsoever. Would give 5 stars but the sales associates can be hard to find at certain times.
This visit I went to check on an order if it was ready for pickup. At first I couldnt find anyone when I did they told me it was expected later that day. I havent received confirmation as of today, days later that it is available.
I had a very good experience today at DSW. when I entered the store I had a great greeting the cashiers was wonderful and the manager was amazing, wonderful, etc, I was comfortable and I will always shop at dsw
This store is ok. Its two floors but the second floor is neglected by staff and its hard to get help up there. Good luck finding your size. One of the cashiers has an attitude and made it clear that she doesnt want to be there and another was so dumb and clueless that I didnt understand how shes working there.
Best to order on-line and have shoes shipped to store. Finding sizes in store can be overwhelming and lend to an underwhelming experience. Would be great if they had an app that would help buyers identify in-store inventory by size, styles, and aisle location.
While I love this store they are lacking when it comes to sales associates and they always seem to have 1 person on the register.even though its self explanatory when looking for a specific boot shoe or sandal. It just would be nice to have someone to help you if your size is not on the floor. And maybe just maybe open more than one register to speed up the process of checking out with your items. Truly a DSW fan of 125th Street store much love will still go there for sure :-)

Good selection but don’t like that they keep one show in the back from every box. What if I wanted to try on the right shoe instead of just the left? Weird.
Store was well stocked and employees pleasant. Process for picking up online packages was poorly laid out - I had to wait twenty minutes in line and then was redirected to another desk.
Terrible experience...went to buy ...3 pair of shoes...usually goes to the 84 st store...but wanted to try it...is closer to me...well went to stoe...went to 3rd floor...am handicap...no shoe horn...they told me it was on the 2 floor...forget it...only one cashier and a line...finally not going there again...Terrible....

Pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem. Good selection of shoes for both children and adults. I was able to pick up a pair of dress shoes for my school age son in less than 10 minutes.
So far I have choosen this location to pick up my items and will continue to do so. The reason is I have received my items in excellent condition (brand new) and the staff is prompt and professional. Compare to another location where I use to picked up my items they always looked used, scratched or stained and always had to return the items.
Ms. Cassandra the customer rep on the floor. Was a sweetheart!! Very helpful, and a joy to talk to. She the only reason why I giving this dreadful place 4 stars.
The store is nice, they have a variety of shoes. but I order my shoes online then pick them up because, there are so much more choices and sizes online.

I love DSW however when it comes to 125th street Dsw customer service they are horrible. Im writing this review while in store and the sale associate Devin unsure whether shes a manager, she was just unprofessional. She didnt even greet us while on the register, no form of conversation whats so ever, she also slam my shoes into the box. She had a disgusting facial expression like if I was bothering her the whole 2 minutes while in my presence. She is so lucky I wasnt entertaining her behavior. She needs some serious customer service training. Its just too early and its sunday. Amen!
They shouldnt call this store DSW it should be called simply trash. I went to this store soon after they opened tried on several pairs of boots and could barely walk after trying on these terrible quality low grade footwear. I think these shoes are designed to make people walk funny after wearing them. Purchase a pair of shoes from here and see how you walk after a week. Youll be walking like a crab.
Usually pretty empty in the evenings. Never super long lines. Shoes are awesome and prices can be less expensive online but there is also a discounted section which is cool.
Went to get the Moccasins on sale but they didnt have my size so I ordered from the website and will pick up the shoes at DSW on 125th street

I love DSW I love the quality of the shoes get sneakers that slippers that purchase they even have accessories like I got my pill dispenser thing near for when I only need to carry two or three pills with me the workers are very nice and very helpful and its always clean their thank you suck when you order offline they had a hard time finding my address they gave me a hard time to resend it back next thing I know the post office is holding it and I got very discouraged with my whole order and by the time they did get the address correct the function I needed the shoes for in the bag they were it was too late and I thought they would have did something complimentary sent it same day delivery or next day know these guys actually made me wait and I have spent some good money and DSW cuz like I said I love shopping but this day I had to order offline cuz they didnt have the shoe in the store theres room for improvement with those guys too

DSW has a large selection of shoes for the whole family as well as many womens accessories. Nothing really unique, mostly casual wear. They should hire more people as they seem a bit understaffed.
Online pickup is on the 3rd floor, it was almost my turn before an associate told me. They need a sign that says online pickup 3rd fl otherwise everyone that I interacted with were very pleasant and professional.

Need to work on the buy online and pick up in store. No signs was visible that pickup is on the 2nd floor I waited 15 minutes to get to the register to tell me its upstairs.

This store has shoes, sneakers, boots, sandals for all men, women, kids, children, babies, 2 floors with elevators and escalators, very near restaurants like Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Popeyes, many other name brand stores, Metro North is near, all trains to 125th street as well.
Shoe selection is awesome and the prices arent bad lot of buy one get one half off..then you can go downstairs and get your work on at @Blink Fitness

A lot of the shoes here are sold at bargain stores like, Marshalls or Century 21 for a lot less.

2022-05-20The store itself is a good store. They have a lot of styles and options of shoes. It was a clean store and the staff was friendly. Their loyalty club is free. And with being a club member plus random discounts, which can usually all be combined, the prices are excellent. If they carried a few other brands that I prefer Id give them a 5/5.

2022-03-14A found a nice pair of Timberland boots here today on sale. A large shoe store consisting of two floors, with a large variety to choose from. Prices can fluctuate depending on the brand of shoe you choose. Im throughly happy with my selection.

2017-09-20Nice quiet atmosphere. Not crowded at all. Got a pair of shoes for my granddaughter & one for myself. I always try to shop here if Im in the area. Only thing is they need to hire some people, the line is always slow even though its only one or two people ahead of you. Or train the staff over.

She insisted the other stores check the floor for the shoes and in doing so helped me get my wedding shoes! Thank you Cassandra for going above and beyond. You are appreciated.
