The pharmacy staff is disgusting. They constantly have an attitude and whenever I call they never pick up and Im continuously placed on hold by several people from the front. I dont have this problem at your other locations.
There is definitely a lack of customer service, there’s a new employee at this Duane reade that looks upset every time I go in there, she’s rude and never responds when anyone says thank you, she’s definitely not a people person and should probably change jobs.
24 hours... Only gripe is when I go there and the peanut arent on sale. I have a Walgreens near by but sometimes I miss it and I have to go here to get it.
I love this duane reade. The people who works there is always pleasant and helpful. I just wished the pharmacy was 24 hours.
Nice new layout but prices are a bit high.I guess one would say that is due to the convenience of having a place thats open 24 hours a day.
The line for prescription pick up, could move a bit faster, especially since thats usually the only line in the store.
Always find what Im looking for. Convenient holiday hours. Usually isnt a long checkout wait.

Disgusting humiliating attitude towards foreigners! My friend who came to visit a couple of days ago bought a coffee here that costs $6.99 he gave $20 in cash he was given change of $3, then they stood laughing at him because he does not know English they gave him $5, only when he said that he went to the police they gave him all $13 change! Respecting the administration of the pharmacy, pay attention to who works for you at the checkout, knowledge of English does not give them the right to mock foreign customers of your pharmacy! Is it really your company motto Fraud and steal money from a visitor! think about who works for you at the cash desk and how many people they deceive.

2018-08-0124 hours!!! Jackpot!!!! A truly convenient anything you need establishment thats open all day every day, and all night every night. This location also has free parking. Has a CitiBank atm on the left as soon as you enter and has a pic/media center to the left of the registers. What I didnt know was that you can also get balloons at this location. Pharmacy in the back of the store but that isnt open 24 hours.

2021-03-31My experience with this location has always been tragic. The Express Pick Up Line for the pharmacy is not express. You can download the Walgreens app, pay in advance, and you will STILL have to wait because there is always ONE person working the check out and their system is almost always down or they start late because of an emergency so even if your medication is “ready” via the app the store representatives will tell you otherwise.There is pretty much almost always an issue, whether it be a line, or an incredibly long wait or, general staff are not highly communicative. Additionally, their signage is wrong. As of March 31st, 2021 the store’s signage stated covid19 vaccines were not available at this location however the clerk at the pharmacy asked if we were here for a vaccine. They need to do better overall but the location is always clean and airy so that’s one perk.

2020-01-02Went to urgent care nearby for inner ear pain and who transferred a script for immediate processing at 7:30am to this DR/WALGREEN location at 2265 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn, NY...walked there to give them time to fill script...only to learn by the sole cashier that the pharmacy opens at 9am...do not believe that they have a PHARMACY with not 1 pharmacist on staff as soon as the location is opened...but...they have a cashier present to take your money at 7am for outdated magazines n tamponz and frozen food...totally ridiculous!!! the Walgreens sign should read “supermarket open but pharmacy ineffective”

2017-09-15This Dwayne Reade has a great staff and maintains a very clean environment. This is my Dwayne Reade of choice. It is convenient and close to my home. However, they need to work on restocking their shelves in a timely manner. This is a business! if an item is out of stock, clearly it is a necessary item. At this site, the shelves stay empty for weeks, especially in the make up and baby aisle. OMG! Totally ridiculous!Concerned customer.

2020-03-04The pharmacy here is by far the rudest people I ever felt with. The Pharmacist was great but her stuff are straight up nasty. If you can find another location to fill your subscriptions. STAY AWAY!!!!!

2013-07-13Location with a huge parking lot. Has a wide selection of greeting cards, snacks and items for quick gifts like candles, travel games and a variety of magazines.Its opened 24 hours in case you need meds, vitamins, pedialite and other medical needs.The pharmacist isnt too wise, they have no clue about meds or vitamins. I told them I was allergic to pineapple and she was trying to sell me a vitamin with that ingredient.I could not find Hanukah wrapping paper here, but they did have a good selection of Halloween costumes and put them half price on Oct 31. Just in time for my party.They develop film and have a machine to customize your digital camera.Staff tries to be helpful but not to smart.

2019-11-12I picked up some photographs I had printed out from the store. It only took a minute for the customer rep to handle my needs which was great but it’s only because they saw me by the counter. Otherwise, not one employee was behind a register...
