I had an amazing experience at this Walgreens location a few days ago (Thursday I believe) with a group of my friends around 5 PM ! One of the employees named Zennor if I remember correctly was one of the kindest employees I’ve met ! She gave me a little bag of skin care samples and helped me choosing a skin care serum for my eczema and acne scarring. Everything she chose has helped my skin so much ! When I have the time I will definitely come back and pick up the full version of the skin care samples she gave me ! If you come by, look for Zennor, she knows her stuff and will usually hang upstairs by the skin and makeup session ! But I definitely believe Miss Zennor should get a promotion because she knows her stuff, is engaging, and is kind. The cashier downstairs was also a lovely lady. Everyone in general was just so kind ! Overall the vibes were so positive and made my day better than it already was !

Worst customer experience Ive EVER had in my life. The cashier was extremely rude. When I greeted her and asked where the pharmacy was, she scoffed at me and looked at me like I was such a problem. I could understand if she was really busy and I interrupted her but the store was almost empty and she was just standing there. When I went upstairs and waited at the pharmacy, every employee was unfriendly and unapproachable. I thought maybe the manager would be more helpful but no, I was very mistaken. The manager was also very RUDE. I am NEVER shopping at this Duane Reade location again. I hardly ever write reviews but the experience I had there was so absurd I just couldnt believe it...very unprofessional and terrible service.

Worst customer service experience ever! The cashier was polite and helpful however manager on duty was very rude. The manager was standing in one of the aisles so I asked him where an item was located in the store and he helped me to it. But, when I asked him about another item the first thing he did was to roll his eyes. I ignored him and walked to the register to pay for the items. After paying for the items I asked the cashier if I could use the restrooms and he gladly walked me to the 2nd floor. We found the manager on the second floor and the cashier immediately informed him that he was taking me to the restroom and at that point the manager looked at me and said you again!. I didnt respond to his comment and continued to the restroom.

The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday at 8:00 am - 8:00 pmPharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday.This place is clean, bright lights, variety of snacks, health products, long lines that go fast when they have enough cashiers open 24 hours, filled with tourists, no self check-out, and sell cigarettes vapor or electronic cigarette products, home cleaning products and magazines and shampoo, body wash, aspirin and lotions.Great place if you work in midtown and need to get a few items before you get back home.

This Duane Reade is only good for essentials. No ready made food section, no good deals and the service is ok at best.
